Beachwood TGirl Josh Mandel’s got secrets real “God, guns and country” loving conservative Ohioans won’t appreciate in the U.S. Senate

The race-baiting and anti-Semitic campaign the Beachwood Tgirl ran against Christian Kevin Boyce in 2010 still leaves a nasty taste in the mouths of Ohio voters who don't see him as fit for office

CLEVELAND, OH – The picture in this story’s featured image is from Beachwood High School’s 1996 yearbook.  Josh Mandel is the transgendered woman on the right with dark hair.   Ms. Mandel and her transgender friend appear to be exercising.   Before Mandel decided to become GI Joe in the United States Marines he appears to have been readying for a role on RuPaul’s Drag Races.  “Work it girl.

I was searching for some affirming information that supports a story I heard in 2018 from a well-connected Republican source about the “real” reason Mandel dropped out of a long-planned return matchup with Democratic United States Senator Sherrod Brown.   It had something to do with pictures of Mandel and a stripper at a bachelor party in Columbus right before he announced.  The picture of Ms. Josh Mandel in what appears to be the early stages of “trans” development popped up among my queries.

Mandel’s campaign communications director told a Politico blogger in 2012 that she was being funny in the transgender picture of her exercising with another transgendered friend.  With so many transgender women being discriminated against or murdered across the nation the answer was unconscionable.  He also broke the 70th Mitzvah.  “Men must not wear women’s clothing—Deuteronomy 22:5

The stripper story surfaced in the background of his second campaign against Brown around the same time Ms. Mandel was going public with her announcment on January 4, 2018 that she was dropping out of the race.  I was told Mandel’s wife, Albert Ratner’s first cousin Ilana Shafrin, wanted a divorce.  Mandel told the public Ilana was having “health problems.”

The former Mrs. Ilana Shafrin-Mandel, as expected, filed to dissolve her marriage last April 2020.  Instead of doing so in their home county here in Cuyahoga, they drove 90 miles south to Sherrod Brown’s home county of Ashland in the city of Ashland.  Brown was born in Mansfield.

Neither of the Mandel’s were residents of Ashland County.  It is a county where they got a judge to violate the Ohio Rules of Superintendence of the Courts and seal their marital records.

Mandel’s public marital records are now open to the public as the documents belong.  There are virtually no real details for why they wanted out of the marriage.  Publicly they can portray themselves as good friends as they each go their separate ways.

Now single Josh Mandel’s Adam’s Apple is not visible like most men.

Josh Mandel as a candidate for United States Senator can now maintain the image of a “father” but one from a failed marriage.  It only takes 50 signatures to get on the ballot as a major party candidate for United States Senator.

What’s left in the public’s mind about Mandel’s divorce drama he created with his announcement is all the great lengths he has gone through to hide his marital and other secrets.  Published reports are saying he’s had his social media presence “scrubbed” clean of anything that might incriminate him.

One of the highest “national security” jobs in the United States of America is that of an elected official: particularly a United States Senator.  The American Ohioans elect to serve us in the United States Senate shouldn’t be one who’s got secrets to hide.  It’s a trait that makes a politician vulnerable to being controlled or manipuated by the secret’s possessor.  A controlled federal Senator is one who can’t be trusted.

President Dwight David Eisenhower on April 27, 1953 signed Executive Order 10450 with the intent of protecting the federal workforce from being compromised by workers with secrets.  It exists under the heading, “Security requirements for government employees.”  Generally, President Eisenhower’s order directed the heads and supervisors of each federal department and agency to investigate every hire under them.

Ilana Shafrin-Mandel works as a college guidance counselor at the Fuchs Mizrachi Hebrew school in Beachwood and is now happily removed from her marriage to Josh Mandel. They haven’t explained why they divorced.  She could have caught him trying on her panties.

It was 1953 and the year I was born.  The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was only six years old.  Russia’s Josef Stalin’s NKVD had been in existence since 1934. Stalin died that year.  Foreign intelligence throughout Eisenhower’s career had been associated with our war efforts and handled through the Office of Strategic Investigations or (OSI). The CIA under Allen Dulles had given him a different global view.

President Eisenhower had served in the United States Army since World War 1 as a career war administrator.  Stalin’s 13-year NKVD jump on the CIA had him planting Soviet Communist infiltrators throughout the nation.  Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director John Edgar Hoover had identified thousands of infiltrators and Communist subversives inside the federal government.  Our national defense secrets were being stolen by planted agents.  “Ike” had to act.

President Eisenhower’s executive order directed federal department heads to determine who was fit and loyal, under this nation’s laws, for federal employment or service and who was not.  It had nothing to do with homosexuals, specifically, and made no reference whatsoever to sexual orientation.  Eisenhower’s being lied on today like every other past president with this “Lavendar Scare” nonsense by people exploiting their lifestyles as handicaps to gain an advantage; or what they believe should be “special rights” for themselves or their statuses in society.

This is the “if you don’t like me you’re a racist” generation.  It’s partially why I’m trying to be somewhat politically correct about Mandel and his transgender photo.  In 1953 the lifestyle along with homosexuality was considered to be a mental illness.

President Dwight David Eisenhower assigned Robert Cutler, a homosexual man, to serve as the nation’s first National Security advisor in 1953. Cutler and another homosexual, FBI Director John Edgar Hoover, worked together to investigate and remove federal workers who were deemed to be national security risks.

Today a man whose physical characteristics have been altered to appear feminine is President Joseph Robinette Biden’s nominee for Secretary of Health. If a pediatric Mandel wanted to be a little girl at 10 years old Dr. Rachel Levine would have treated her.

President Eisenhower was specific in the type of investigations of federal workers he wanted pursuant to Section 8(a).

The investigations conducted pursuant to this order shall be designed to develop information as to whether the employment or retention in employment in the Federal service of the person being investigated is clearly consistent with the interests of the national security. Such information shall relate, but shall not be limited, to the following:  (1) Depending on the relation of the Government employment to the national security: (i) Any behavior, activities, or associations which tend to show that the individual is not reliable or trustworthy. (ii) Any deliberate misrepresentations, falsifications, or omissions of material facts. (iii) Any criminal, infamous, dishonest, immoral, or notoriously disgraceful conduct, habitual use of intoxicants to excess, drug addiction, sexual perversion. (iv) Any illness, including any mental condition, of a nature which in the opinion of competent medical authority may cause significant defect in the judgment or reliability of the employee, with due regard to the transient or continuing effect of the illness and the medical findings in such case. (v) Any facts which furnish reason to believe that the individual may be subjected to coercion, influence, or pressure which may cause him to act contrary to the best interests of the national security.

(2) Commission of any act of sabotage, espionage, treason, or sedition, or attempts thereat or preparation therefore, or conspiring with, or aiding or abetting, another to commit or attempt to commit any act of sabotage, espionage, treason, or sedition.(3) Establishing or continuing a sympathetic association with a saboteur, spy, traitor, seditionist, anarchist, or revolutionist, or with an espionage or other secret agent or representative of a foreign nation, or any representative of a foreign nation whose interests may be inimical to the interests of the United States, or with any person who advocates the use of force or violence to overthrow the government of the United States or the alteration of the form of government of the United States by unconstitutional means.(4) Advocacy of use of force or violence to overthrow the government of the United States, or of the alteration of the form of government of the United States by unconstitutional means.(5) Knowing membership with the specific intent of furthering the aims of, or adherence to and active participation in, any foreign or domestic organization, association, movement, group, or combination of persons (hereinafter referred to as organizations) which unlawfully advocates or practices the commission of acts of force or violence to prevent others from exercising their rights under the Constitution or laws of the United States or of any State, or which seeks to overthrow the Government of the United States or any State or subdivision thereof by unlawful means. (6) Intentional, unauthorized disclosure to any person of security information, or of other information disclosure of which is prohibited by law, or willful violation or disregard of security regulations.(7) Performing or attempting to perform his duties, or otherwise acting, so as to serve the interests of another government in preference to the interests of the United States.(8) Refusal by the individual, upon the ground of constitutional privilege against self-incrimination, to testify before a congressional committee regarding charges of his alleged disloyalty or other misconduct.

Russian Jew Mandel’s campaign is kicking off early as he and his strategists think he gets an advantage to define himself outside the secrets he’s hiding.  Mandel engaged in an anti-semitic smear against American Negro and former State Treasurer Kevin Boyce when he campaigned against him for the job thinking he’d use his Christian faith against him.

Christianity and Islam are semitic religions.  Mandel lied that Boyce, a member of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) church like I’d been raised under, was a Muslim.  He falsely claimed that Boyce had given a job to a Muslim woman that had only been known to their mosque.  The wife beating drama about Brown’s first marriage was already swirling around Ms. Mandel’s 2018 campaign before she dropped out.  All I’ve heard about Mandel is he’s a smear artist.

It’s doubtful a political candidate with a history of race baiting and anti-Semitism like  Ms. Josh Mandel is going to be given a pass on his own secrets as the investigative bloodhounds smell blood from the way he and Ratner’s cousin chose to handle the end of their marriage.  Someone who operates like they have something to hide has something to hide.

Ms. Mandel might want to reconsider her political future as a politician whose public image can’t survive a deeper look.  She is not as conservative as he pretends.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
