CLEVELAND, OH – Ward 12 Council candidate Shalira Taylor gathered more American residents to boycott outside a League of Women Voters (LWV) debate than there were those in attendance inside and seated six feet apart inside to hear two of her opponents. Italian American Councilman Anthony Brancatelli and an ex-Russian New York attorney named Rebecca Anne Maurer. Taylor shared an email with EJBNEWS that she’d received from Michelle B. Jackson who was coordinating the LWV event.
According to Jackson in her email to Taylor, Ward 12 event attendees who signed up in advance to ask questions were required to show proof of being Covid vaccinated upon arrival at the candidate debate. Without proof of vaccination the LWV representative advised Ward 12 residents to watch from home via the internet.
None of the Covid restrictions were on the flyer the LWV was disseminating to the residents of Ward 12. Masks were required. The effort seemed intent on restricting attendance, in advance, as much as possible. Not all Clevelanders purchase internet services nor is all of Cleveland is internet wired.
Taylor said the “covid vaccine proof” demand was only included in an email from Jackson in response to her written request to ask a question at the forum. The recent candidate for 11th District Congress told EJBNEWS she saw anti-Democratic “games” being played by Jackson’s deceptive marketing tactics as an official of the 501.c3 non-profit.
As a federally-designated non-profit organization registered under Title 17 of the Ohio Revised Code, Taylor knew the LWV was restricted by federal Internal Revenue Service (IRS) laws from playing political games to favor one candidate over another. Fair and non-partisan debate moderation is allowable for 501.c3 non-profits. But when the rigging starts to favor one candidate or political party over another the partisanship associated with the tactic is unlawful.
So instead of “going along” with Jackson’s verbal assurances that she, as a candidate, was not required to show proof of vaccination, Taylor withdrew from the deceptively advertised LWV event and took her disgust with the non-profit’s un-American activities to the next level.
“This is not how we roll in the United States of America,” Taylor said. “I’m not going down this slippery slope to participate in their funky forum.”
Taylor saw Jackson and the LWV’s demand that questions be submitted in writing in advance for screening and censorship as so un-Americanly offensive and Communist-inspired she organized the protest and invited local media. WEWS-TV5 sent a reporter. Taylor also intends to challenge the LWV’s non-profit status.
“The more I see the politics practiced in Cleveland the more I see influences that don’t resemble our Constitution and laws,” Taylor said.
Before the WEWS-TV5 report Jackson took to social media seeking to “cancel” Taylor. EJBNEWS captured Jackson’s comments and those from her friends in a Facebook post she published the day of the event. The post and comments appear to have been deleted after Taylor blasted the LWV on WEWS-TV5.
Jackson’s “post” language seems offensively foreign coming from the mouth of an alleged American citizen. Instead of calling her fellow Americans by their appropriate nationality she labeled the Ward 12 residents as “protestors.”
Jackson appears not to have seen the 1st Amendment offense in the idea that American citizens had to “register” to attend a candidates forum, submit an email request to speak or be required to wear masks even if they’re healthy or restricted, medically, from having their breathing obstructed. The LWV official’s statement that none were registered or tried to attend the restrictive event didn’t justify the non-profit’s Communist-inspired “free speech” attack.
In her now-deleted Facebook post Jackson suggested that Taylor should seek elected office in Florida. It’s okay to engage in “vaccination discrimination” as Jackson claimed on her social media page.
Jackson also showed her disdain for Taylor’s respect for life as she referenced Americans who choose life instead of abortions as “anti-choice.” Describing an American who chooses life as being anti-choice is the most ignorant argument … ever. “Life” is a choice. What’s sad is in reading words from an American Negro arguing that the assumably vaccinated and masked guests in attendance didn’t care about the Americans who were not in attendance as long as they received some special privilege.
“The voters in attendance gave zero fucks about vaccination discrimination,” according to the hypocritical Jackson.
The feature image includes a picture of an unmasked and non-socially distancing Jackson up close with Indian alien Kamala Devi Harris and other “Democrats” at an event. An unmasked United States Senator Sherrod Brown is in the background. Harris’ Indian countrymen just celebrated 100 years of real Communism on October 20, 2020. Jackson’s social media comments did not include language that she and every attending LWV member shared evidence of their vaccination cards to the attendees.
Practices to mitigate pandemics are identified in Title 37 of the Ohio Revised Code. The authority to issue health orders come from the Ohio Director of Health under the state’s general laws. None of the state’s pandemic-mitigating laws were obeyed by Governor Richard Michael DeWine’s quack ex-health director, Russian with a medical education and who’s authorized to call herself a “doctor.” Amy Stearns-Acton.
The ex-health director answered “yes” to being treated for a mental illness and substance abuse addiction on her Ohio Medical Board application; and claimed to have been homeless and lived in a Youngstown park with her mother and brother. She “taught” instead of practiced medicine.
Social distancing and shutting down the state are not words found in any language in Title 37 of the Ohio Revised Code. Stearns-Acton only had authority to quarantine the 9 Russian Jews in Cuyahoga County health director Dr. Terry Allan identified out of 13 Ohioans as being the first to bring CoVid to the area.
Health care information is privacy-protected under the Health Information & Patient Portability Act also called HIPPA. In an alert to American’s last year the United States Department of Justice warned us not to share our privacy-protected information with anyone. What Jackson, a LWV official, did was use the non-profit to violate the 1st Amendment rights of American citizens in freely assembling and questioning all the candidates without restrictions.
Cleveland’s campaigns for mayor, city council, municipal court and clerk of the municipal court have been non-partisan since 1974. Until then candidates seeking the city’s “municipal” office declared their affiliations with “any” political party.
Mayoral and city council candidates through the years were on the ballot as Republicans, Democrats, Progressives, Libertarians, Socialists and Communists until Communism was outlawed under the National Security Act of 1950. Taylor’s father and I are both anti-Communist United States armed forces veterans and I know she’s the devoted daughter accompanying him on hospital visits. There is at least one Cleveland city council candidate I know who’s concerned about the nation’s 22 million armed forces veterans and the 22 suicides a day.
The Plain Dealer has identified 8 “Progressive” candidates seeking seats on Cleveland city council. Some like foreign-backgrounded Russian attorney Rebecca Maurer are recent New York transplants. No one knows anything about her or them other than the stories they’re sharing with the public. In 1984 the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigated the League of Women’s Voters for its role in aiding Communist candidates for local offices who were masquerading as “Progressives.”
Registering to attend candidate forums. Advance requests to speak at public meetings. Demands that American citizens submit questions in advance. or not asked by the questioner at candidate forums have never been a part of America’s “free speech” culture. That shit is so un-Americanly offensive no American living in Cleveland should tolerate it. It reeks of limiting participation and stacking the deck to help candidates with immigrant backgrounds to Communist and Fascist nations.
Brancatelli and Maurer should have stood up for Democracy and the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America; and it’s offensive that they weren’t protesting instead of participating to secure some “advantage” for their own candidacies. Maurer has claimed some affiliation with a group of Clevelanders promoting the idea I promoted, among others, during my 2017 candidacy for Cleveland mayor.
Clevelanders should have a right to speak for up to 30 minutes for two minutes each on legislation before it’s voted on before council meetings; and any matter of public concern for two minutes for at least 30 minutes after the meeting. The former New Yorker can’t promote free speech to push her campaign and seek to suppress it to her benefit based on the LWV and Jackson’s free speech suppressing tactics.
Taylor has a right to be offended over Jackson’s political games and her less than forthright social media postings. Americans living in Ward 12 have a duty to reject and report the LWV’s failure to adhere to the IRS’s limits on its political involvement.
The silence of Taylor’s campaign opponents about the LWV’s malicious efforts to restrict free speech speaks volumes about their commitment to the Constitution of the United States of America. It reeks of Bolshevik control and the filth of Communism many Eastern European immigrants rejected when they or their families left those nation’s for American shores. If they won’t speak up for the rights of Ward 12 residents to be heard without restrictions during a campaign for mayor and council they’ll be silent on council.
There was no color to the Americans joining Taylor and clearly affirming their rejection of the LWV’s political speech suppressing tactics. As much as Jackson and her political associates seek to divide Americans they don’t know us. After over 400 years of co-mingling DNA lines among long-rooted American families there are no divisions between us.
There were more Americans outside the LWV’s constitutionally offensive event than there were inside it. American media is standing up for America and our values by aiding American candidates like Taylor in exposing constitutional abuses and the identities and affiliations of the abusers.
The “characteristics” of forums that are not “American” are those that come with restrictions on speech and participation. Read the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America in plain English.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
As Congress shall make no law there are no laws “abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peacefully to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Candidates fearful of being confronted about their conduct in office, in life or on the campaign trail are not afforded any special protections by speech-restricting moderators. Whatever is not heard in a forum will be heard in the streets. An American voice can not ever be suppressed.
Forums with speech restrictions, and the organizations promoting them, should simply not be attended and the individuals promoting them rejected. The Word Church’s pastor doesn’t live in Cleveland. He doesn’t get to limit who Clevelanders consider for mayor. The 501.c3 non-profits have no business in politics.
Taylor’s opponents and the LWV only drew more derogatory attention to themselves; and it’s Jackson’s now-deleted Facebook post that’s been silenced as Taylor’s voice grows louder. That’s the truth of American democracy.
It’s no fun when what you think is a rabbit’s got the gun. Truth is a bullet. There’s no more powerful a bullet than the truth that exposes a lie and the liar.
Taylor to serve Ward 12 on Cleveland city council makes “American” sense. Instead of participating in political deception she exposed the political deceivers.
