CLEVELAND, OH – City club President Dan Moulthrop interviewed Barbara Snyder and Thomas Mihaljevic together and didn’t ask Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic’s president and chief executive officers a single question about the large presence of aliens instead of Ohioans studying medicine. Mihaljevic is the Croatian Cleveland Clinic’s board hired and helped get a green card to run a hospital Dr. Gus Kious could have easily managed as the former President of Huron Hospital in East Cleveland.
The irony is the Cleveland Clinic board closed Huron Hospital as the state’s number one gunshot wound trauma center, something this community needed, around the time they were helping Mihaljevic open one in Saudi Arabia to save foreign lives. Again, another non-question for Moulthrop.
It didn’t even matter to Moulthrop, a Russian American Jew, that prior to Mihaljevic’s hiring, ex-CEO Delos Cosgrove’s “foreign vision” cost the so-called “non-profit” hospital with seven-figure executive wages 70 percent of its operating revenue. Mihaljevic, the alien leading it, just lost $240 million during this year’s first half. So much for foreign ingenuity.
The answer to the question Moulthrop did not ask Snyder about the number of foreign students studying in this town is between 14 and 25 percent. Four to seven percent have been “African American” but that label as an indentifier doesn’t mean the student is an American Negro whose enslaved African and mixed-blood ancestors suffered under this nation’s segregationist laws as they built it.
Moulthrop also didn’t ask Mihaljevic why Cleveland Clinic was sending foreigners instead of this city’s public school children to medical school for free. Russian Jews stick together. It’s understood. The nation’s 280 million American Negroes should do the same.
There’s the Daily Case website CWRU publishes for insights about the 1360 incoming freshmen of 2020 who will make up the class of 2023. Only 18 percent are Ohioans. The university is claiming that this year 13 percent are coming from outside the United States, but 13 percent are first generation immigrants whose parents may or may not be legal citizens. Last year’s incoming enrollment was 14 percent as President Donald Trump’s administration expresses an “American student first” interest.
There’s a provision in the Constitution of the United States that would not make a child of an alien who is not a citizen a “natural born” citizen of this nation because their parents were still under the “authority” of the nation they’ve not renounced. So the total of aliens with Dreamers for CWRU’s 2023 class is 26 percent.
Now here’s where the “selectivism” comes in so that CWRU “narrows” who they want as students to make the population at the campus even more foreign. 56 percent hold citizenship in other nations.
English is not the language 40 percent of CWRU’s students speak “in their homes.” That makes the barrier between the English they know and what they don’t even greater. The average natural born American has an English vocabulary that exceeds 15,000 “separate” words that are exist far beyond the average of 500 known by a foreigner.
The bottom line is that Snyder and her enrollment and admissions vice president, Robert McCullough, are “selecting” natural born Americans and Ohioans with pre-Civil War roots to the nation “out” of the 28,897 students who apply at a school receiving federal funds. Selecting this nation’s natural born citizens out of CWRU seems racistly unlawful and traitorously un-American. And this is for a university that once maintained an internationally-reknowned observatory in East Cleveland.
Jessica Krug is a Russian American Jew who recently confessed to lying about being an “African American” and stealing an educational opportunity away from an American Negro by applying for a college grant as a minority. CWRU uses labels like Black, African American, minority or persons of color to identify individuals who, from this nation’s affirmative action perspective, should be “American Negroes” with first opportunities to this nation’s schools. None of those labels apply to the 280 million pre-Civil War American Negro majority in this nation under its “one drop rule.”
Krug’s only avenue to an affiliation with the American Negro of this nation is the reality that so many of our people can and do “pass for white.” It’s why a Rachel Dolezal can lead an NAACP chapter in Portland, Oregon and it’s not questioned.
American Negroes have bred with every nationality that exists in the nation. Under this paradigm a campus president like Snyder would not require students to prove their family history like my 14th generation son and 15th generation grandson can do with pictures and names. So labeling a person as an “African American” like Krug, a Russian American Jew, would let CWRU meet an affirmative action “quota” without meeting it.
Consider that Dr. Michael Nochomovitz was hired from South Africa by University Hospitals around 2000 to buy up Cleveland-area private medical practices with surgery-ready patients. American Negro Dr. Fred Harris, a Shaw High alumnus, was one of the physicians Nochomovitz approached. He said no and was offended when Nochomovitz, a Russian Jew, described himself as an African American at the time despite his being technically correct. I wrote about the story as Cleveland Life’s editor in chief in 2001.
Every person born in Africa and given a green card can identify as an African American, person of color or minority even if they’re Chinese, Indian, Russian or whatever. A Nigerian can label him or herself “Black.” None can describe themselves as an American Negro whose enslaved ancestors built this nation. Their children can but only if their bloodlines co-mingle with ours.
The “intent” behind the political movement for affirmative action relative to campus enrollment and government contracting was to ensure that the descendants of the natural born citizens of this nation, whose ancestors actually experienced its segregationist laws, were uplifted.
During the 1994 campaign for Ohio governor, George Voinovich, a Serbian American, accepted $240,00 from Asian Indian aliens here on EB5 visas to add them to this state’s set-aside laws as “minorities.” His act, with the support of the general assembly, violated the spirit of a “predicate study” that had been authored to specifically identify who, among the discriminated groups, had been effected by segregation in Ohio. Ike Jenkins, a contractor who resides in East Cleveland, served on the panel. He still posssess a copy of the report.
Voinovich then could claim his “minority” hiring was at 19 percent. J. Kenneth Blackwell, an American Negro, was elevated by Voinovich to an appointment and then a supported election as Ohio’s Secretary of State. Ken is a friend I supported for Governor as East Cleveland’s mayor in 2006. He explained how he was forced into cutting up the “minority” pie because of the law.
The universities describe their foreign enrollment as “international.” It was around 4 percent during the 1990’s as CWRU offered this area’s students a program called “Upward Bound.” Today 1.1 million students from foreign nations are inside the U.S. taking higher learning opportunities away from this nation’s natural born citizens. 369,000 Communist Chinese and 200,000 Hindu Asian Indians are the largest among the group of aliens displacing natural born Americans in our nation’s universities.
In 1965 Governor James Rhodes, an American Protestant Christian, led this majority Protestant Christian state to enact Article VI.05 of the Ohio Constitution to offer guaranteed loans to “residents” for higher education. I knew Rhodes and his grandson, Rick Walker, through my close friend, the late Pat Gallina. He was one of my son’s two Godfathers. When Rhodes accepted the Cuyahoga County Republican Party’s endorsement for governor in 1987 chairman Robert Hughes sat me next to him. Pat was on his other side.
VI.05 Guaranteed loans to residents attending colleges and universities. To increase opportunities to the residents of this state for higher education, it is hereby determined to be in the public interest and a proper public purpose for the state to guarantee the repayment of loans made to residents of this state to assist them in meeting the expenses of attending an institution of higher education. Laws may be passed to carry into effect such purpose including the payment, when required, of any such guarantee from moneys available for such payment after first providing the moneys necessary to meet the requirements of any bonds or other obligations heretofore or hereafter authorized by any section of the Constitution. Such laws and guarantees shall not be subject to the limitations or requirements of Article VIII or of Section 11 of Article XII of the Constitution. Amended Substitute House Bill No.618 enacted by the General Assembly on July 11, 1961, and Amended Senate Bill No.284 enacted by the General Assembly on May 23, 1963, and all appropriations of moneys made for the purpose of such enactments, are hereby validated, ratified, confirmed, and approved in all respects, and they shall be in full force and effect from and after the effective date of this section, as laws of this state until amended or repealed by law. (Adopted May 4, 1965.)
During Rhodes term as governor, Grant Venn was serving as President Lyndon B. Johnson’s deputy education secretary. Venn’s 1971 book, “Man, Education and Manpower,” had become a pervasive influence among common thinking men like Rhodes whose educations, like mine, had not extended beyond two years in college. and was promoting the perspective that 96 percent of the nation’s students weren’t attending colleges because of less-than-vocational based curriculums.
Only four percent of high school students were attending colleges and the majority of them weren’t earning four year degrees. Now that the vocations are in our state’s schools the university presidents are unconstitutionally giving the careers away to foreigners instead of “Ohio residents.”
Rhodes didn’t intend for our state’s schools to educate foreigners and the campuses he built weren’t planned for them. The same with the Ohioans I personally know he appointed to lead the state’s university boards during the 1970’s and 80’s. The state constitution declared an interest in educating “residents” in 1965.
My 1983 campaign for a seat on the Cleveland Board of Education resulted in me getting TRI-C President Nolen Ellison and Dr. Fred Holliday together for a meeting at Nolen’s office.
The two American Negro men agreed to my request to let Cleveland school students attend TRI-C for college credits. Both agreed to fund film school curriculums so our children could learn the industry. They were each obstructed from elevating our people.
This is the basis for my meeting with CWRU’s interim president, John Wheeler, prior to Snyder’s appointment, with questions about why the last American Negro dental student was graduating with no incoming freshmen. I was serving as East Cleveland’s mayor.
Before any foreign student is educated in an Ohio university every child whose parents tax dollars support the funding of those schools should be educated … first. This shit’s insane.
Snyder’s new job this fall will be as the president of the Association of American Universities (AAU). The shame is she’s going to spread her un-American views to universities across the nation. If I worked on the current AAU staff I’d be worried this un-American’s going to “select” me out of a job if I’m not foreign.
According to a consultant’s report, she relegated “Blacks” to sticks and brooms.” Washington, D.C. is too chocolate for her. Like East Cleveland. Keep in mind she earns around $1.14 million a year while her American Negro kitchen staff’s pocketing about $20,000. A trophy “Black” was hired who’s about as silent as her bosses on CWRU’s majority foreign student population. The folk I know who work and worked for CWRU, and it’s a lot, say she’s a horrible boss.
My sources say she’s been working Old Man Ward “Timken Steel” Timken for bequeathing money when he dies. That’s one of her straight up Moscow connections as they serve the Russian Federation from Canton. You can’t raise over $1 billion by not making an old man feel good about himself.
Despite all the media hoopla about her selling out Americans for foreigners, CWRU’s retention of the “talent” she attracted “sucked.” AAU’s board of trustees should be careful with this one. Snyder’s perspective doesn’t fit the mood of the nation.
