EDITORIAL: Nazi-loving Ukraine President Zelensky should stop whining for America’s help and surrender to Russia’s Putin to save Ukrainian lives

Americans need to stop electing officials with foreign roots who keep shoving their "other home's" bullshit that has nothing to do with us down our throats

CLEVELAND, OH – Traitorous congressional Democrats and Republicans voting to send $300 million to arm Nazi-loving Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky to defend against an attack by Communist Russian President Vladimir Putin displayed their disloyalty to American interests for nothing.  Putin’s already sent more than 120,000 heavily-armed Russian soldiers to the Ukraine border.  Any weapons Congress sends to Ukraine will end up being owned by Putin.

Russia’s estimated military manpower is 1.4 million.  Zelensky’s working with roughly 240,000 soldiers and 125 aircraft.  Putin’s got roughly 4000 aircraft and the nations around Russia were Communist members of the Soviet Union.

Here’s one of the Ukrainian soldiers Volodymyr Zelensky thinks is ready to fight Russia. They’re probably trying to figure out which one of them is going to assassinate him so they don’t have to fight Russia.  They’re middle-aged men who are being forced into a decision to defend their homes and families because a politician who doesn’t understand the area’s history further pissed off an already pissed off next door neighbor.  After 500 years of living under Russian rule Ukrainians and Russians mixed bloodlines so much you can’t tell one from the other.  These idiots will unknowingly be killing family members if they war.

Putin gangstered the Crimean Peninsula from Ukraine in 2014 after a series of Antifa and Black Lives Matter-like urban riots and fights with Ukrainian police destabilized its government in Kyiv; and resulted in former President Viktor Yanukovych being overthrown in 2014.  Yanukovych asked Putin for help and the nationalistic Ukrainians who didn’t like being previously ruled by Russia made it dangerous for him.

Yanukovych fled to the safety of Russia as nationalistic Ukrainian rioters turned into a Nazi-like militia.  The new fascist government had issued a warrant for his arrest.  The United States Department of State’s international report of rights abusing nations today identifies Ukraine’s “revolutionary-controlled” government among the worst.  Russians to Zelensky are the equivalent of the Palestinians Ukrainian, Russian and Polish Jews are exterminating in Palestine.  Imagine the stupidity of hating Russians next door to a Russia that Ukraine belonged to as a member of the Soviet Union until 1991.

Americans will recall former President Barack Obama’s sanctions against Russia that Ohio corporations like Timken of Canton ignored.  Timken manufactures the bearings for the trains the Russian Federation’s railroad used to transport its tanks to Ukraine’s borders for the 2014 invasion.  Biden’s threatening a series of economic sanctions that, like Obama’s, will mean nothing.  Timken continued its relationship with the Russian Federation even during the O

Zelensky is a law school educated actor who played a president in a television series he produced.  Unlike Putin, Zelensky’s got no military or spy background in his resume.  He’s also working with a smaller army and air force than Putin.

Zelensky is playing the Ukrainian nationalism game and it doesn’t work in a nation where Russian was once its official language for over 200 years.  Russian and Ukrainian are “slavic” languages with some distinctions.  With no borders between the nations for more than 200 years they’ve bred with each other enough to share a similar DNA.  The Ukrainian “nationalists” have enmity with the Russians on “their” land in the same way the Palestinians would prefer to remove the Russians, Ukrainians and Polish aliens now leading and taking their homes and land in Palestine.

That’s the crowd Zelensky’s playing to when he tries to align formerly Eastern European Soviet Union Ukraine with the western European Union.  He’s down with the same Germany led by Nazi Adolf Hitler who Communist Russian President Josef Stalin fought with and lost millions of Russian lives during World War II.   That’s not a good fit for Russia’s next door neighbor.

Imagine if Russia or China had troops stationed in Mexico at Matamoros across from Brownsville, Texas and San Diego; and Canada at the borders of Detroit, Michigan and Buffalo, New York.  An American president who does not get gangster with the presidents of Mexico and Canada would be leaving us weakened.

Zelensky’s either going to flee Ukraine when Putin invades or he’ll be captured and killed in a coup by his own generals who know the nation’s got no chance against Russia.  There’s no sense in fighting a Russian leader over territory Russia once controlled anyway.  There was no Ukraine “as an independent nation” for 200 years between 1795 and 1991.  There was only Russia.  Ukraine for the majority of its existence has been a Russian territory or a Soviet Union state.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky promised President Donald Trump during a call in 2019 that he would investigate now President Joseph Robinette Biden’s offer of $1 billion in foreign aid in exchange for firing a prosecutor investigating his son, Hunter’s, relationship with Nazxi-leaning oligarch Igor Kolomoisky and Burisma Holdings.  Is Biden’s support of Zelensky’s administration a bribe in exchange for silence since the Ukrainian president’s prosecutor has not published any information about what appears to be a dead investigation?

Forget the fact that Ukraine President Zelensky’s religion is Hebrew.  Zelensky’s “government” favors neo-Nazis who hate the Russians and Russian-friendly Ukrainians in the Crimean peninsula.  Zelensky’s pro-Nazi views makes him an automatic enemy to most Americans but the Nazi lovers in our nation.

With all the trouble Russia had with Nazis at its borders through its territories in Ukraine and Poland during World War II, Putin would be a fool to let Zelensky promote another Russian-hating Nazi build-up.  Though he did not serve in our nation’s armed forces, and he operates like he’s mentally impaired, President Joseph Robinette Biden is lucid enough to listen to advice that loyal Americans died fighting Nazis during World War II.

It’s not in America’s interests to sacrifice a single life or even a bullet for this once Soviet Union state.

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
