Fuck Bill Gates and this asshole’s 4th Amendment violating “contact tracing” apps

CLEVELAND, OH – So all of a sudden because Americans are supposed to be concerned for others, William Henry “Bill” Gates, III and Apple want us to voluntarily place our privacy protected health care information in one of their apps to share with health departments using them to keep “contract tracing” tabs on us. Then these government officials are going to conduct a “search” to locate us without a warrant to initiate a government action without probable cause that the cold or flu we got we got over.  He must be insane.

Google is already tracking our every move through the GPS.  Go to MAPS in your “Apps” settings and erase its history of everywhere you’ve traveled and every place you’ve stopped. These fools done lost their “Communist” minds.  Force “stop” and “uninstall” that shit they’ve been turning over to police, sheriffs and FBI agents with and without warrants.

Citizens who don’t want their privacy protected healthcare information uploaded by a state, county or city health department to one of Apple or Bill Gates’ “contact tracing apps” can file injunctions in their courts to stop it. In Ohio the words “contact tracing” don’t exist in the Revised Code and its use is not authorized by law as a violation of the 1974 Privacy Act.

Coronavirus is the “seasonal” common cold.  Gates would know that if he hadn’t dropped out of Harvard.   It’s identified as such in the University of Texas’ medical school’s 1996 edition of its Medical Microbiology handbook for students.

Co-Vid 19 is a bad flu and it’s not the worst flu the world’s dealt with in its “recent” history.  The origins are known so there’s no mystery, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), that this year’s flu is a camel to human zoonotic gift from the Middle East.  WHO calls it the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.

As recent as December 2019 this year’s MERS was tracked mainly from the area around Saudi Arabia, Israel and Egypt, sprinkled with India and Pakistan.  It’s why the Chinese were quick to say, “It wasn’t us.”  The people in the Wuhan Province there were infected by “Middle Eastern” travelers and aliens.  It’s why they were separated from Chinese people, sent home and refused admittance back.

Again, this is the shit Gates would know if he wasn’t a Harvard drop-out computer mechanic.  It would be better for Gates to “contact trace” humans who are engaged in farming or in the meat industrty because of their interaction with animals. Particularly pigs and birds since both Swine Flu and H1N1 influenza viruses come from those two animals. Three seconds of watching a Ukrainian farmer fuck a pig on a bestiality website and I’m contact tracing convinced for nasty-azzed mutha fuckas like this.  Not me.

The only place Apple CEO Tim Cook’s name shows up on the U.S. Department of Justice’s Foreign Agents Registration Act is in a news release Marsten Webb filed when he was handling public relations for the government of Bermuda when the computer boss met with the nation’s government officials on a trade mission with President Bill Clinton. An examination of the Apple Play Store site reveals he’s entered agreements with foreign governments to provide them with contact tracing apps. Were his agreements with these foreign officials entered under the oversight of the U.S. Department of State or is he a routine violator like Bill Gates of both the Logan Act and Espionage Act that prevents American citizens from having conversations with foreign government officials and entering agreements. Even commercial transactions are covered under both espionage laws.

Gates and his Apple co-whack job executive should go to the markets in China where they sell bats and monkeys for people to eat and trace them.  Trace camel and alpaca handlers.  Trace criminal dockets for people all over the world who are being criminally charged for fucking animals. That’s some nasty-azzed shit.  Gates and Apple should leave the rest of us the fuck alone.

Being worth $106 billion makes Gates the nation’s 2nd wealthiest man, but it doesn’t give him knowledge of this nation’s laws or those in the states, counties and cities as it involves public health.  Fifty-two state revised codes are already written; and the duties of the health directors, health boards and health officials are already spelled out as instructions throughout the nation’s 19, 429 municipal corporations.

“Contract tracing” doesn’t exist anywhere in Ohio’s Revised Code and to use it would require approval of the state’s general assembly. Dr. Amy Acton in Ohio hasn’t asked to apply Gates and Apple’s new creation; and if any health board official uploads the federally-privacy protected health care information of an infected Ohioan in it they’ve criminally exceeded the  authority of the public office.

More to the point the concept behind Gates’ app is lunatic.  Coronavirus is the common cold and Co-Vid 19 is influenza.  Both are “seasonal” but the information in Gates and Apple’s apps will be permanent and accessible to anyone with the knowledge to hack their servers and sites where the data is stored.   Gates and Apple’s apps would literally mark a person who caught the common cold or flu during a “season” as a Co-Vid 19 carrier for “life.”

Google’s Play Store has contact tracing apps from foreign developers with virtually no controls on how they’re stealing an American’s personal health information and contacts. All their Apps require permission to access contacts, location, your camera and voice. They must think 4th Amendment loving Americans are stupid.

State health departments  would also be creating a “system of records” that pursuant to Title 5 and Section 552a of the United States Code, the 1974 Privacy Act, must be available to the individual and require his or her written permission before the information can be released unless it’s for a routine government purpose.  An example of this is the exchange of information between government agencies to deliver a citizen a Social Security check.

Without the “routine purpose” being written into every state’s health code authorizing public officials to use Gates and Apple’s contact tracing apps, again, that official could face criminal prosecution for dereliction of duty and more.  In Ohio a citizen who has knowledge of a crime committed against them even by a public official has the right to file a criminal complaint on knowledge in Title 29 of Ohio’s Revised Code pursuant to 2935.09 and 2935.10.  This shit is way beyond Gates and his Apple bud’s scope of knowledge.

Since influenzas are transmitted from animals to humans a logical use of contact tracing would be to create a worldwide database of nasty mutha fuckas who have sex with animals and contact trace everybody they breathed on, touched or fucked. It should include other billionaires like the late lynched Jeffrey Epstein. The shit about Donald Trump being pissed on by Russian hookers fucked me up. Rich dudes fuck differently than the rest of us. So do some farmers throughout the agricultural world.

The system of records is also required to give the individual the authority to easily correct and update it.  So any app would have to come with a control panel that gives only the person uploading the information the authority to control who has access to it.  That’s not the intent of either app from Microsoft or Apple.

Gates and Apple CEO Tim Cook should stick with computers and all the shit they’ve been doing to improve them as productivity tools.  I bought my first Mac in 1986.  I paid $2000 for a 2 gig Centris 610 back in the 1990’s.  Ready, Set, Go software?  Perfect at the time.  So was Pagemaker.

But this shit right here?  These boys done lost their minds.  It’s okay.  I ain’t uploading my information to no gotdamned contact tracing app when I catch a fucking cold or the flu.  Y’all mutha fuckas are crazy.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
