CLEVELAND, OH – British citizen Donald Jasper Harris has seemed particularly upset about his daughter’s run for both president and vice president of the United States of America; and has consistently made comments that appear to undermine her effort. The New York Times quoted him in a September 13, 2020 article written by Russian American writer Ellen Barry as saying Harris was not seeking any celebrity status; and did not want to share the political limelight with his first born child. Barry did not have the curiosity to investigate “why not?”
Donald J. Harris has experienced the limelight from his academic career between Jamaica and the United States of America for the paid work he’s done for the Government of Jamaica since 1958 as British citizen living in Jamaica; and at Stanford University where he taught for 20 years to collect a pension. Nothing about him has “renounced” any allegiance to the Government of Jamaica as his papers show its development has consumed the bulk of his career time; and that of his late mentor and University of the West Indies chancellor the late 1979 Noble prize winner Sir William Arthur Lewis. Lewis, a Jamaican, was an official under the direction, control and supervision of the Government of Jamaica, Ghana and 27 others while he taught at Princeton.
Harris’ public exposure as an academic and a consultant working under the direction of and on behalf of the Government of Jamaica since he arrived here in 1959 has been previously limited to his work on behalf of the nation where he was born; and where he is a citizen. Natural born Americans are now wanting to know what’s on pages 1 through 15 of his N-400 application to the U.S. Department of Immigration & Naturalization; or if he ever asked to be admitted as a citizen.
If Donald Jasper Harris did not seek citizenship, it may explain why he’s been consistently and publicly advising his eldest daughter not to involve herself in U.S. politics for the can of worms it opens about her parents’ immigration status. Had Harris been a natural born American Negro. instead of an Indian whose ancestry includes an Irish immigrant to Jamaica who owned enslaved Africans and calls herself “Black,” there’d be no questions anyone would have for a vice president whose ancestry could be traced to the birth of the nation. Blacks, African Americans, persons of color and minorities are not American Negroes.
We also want to know what’s on the form DS-160 that let both Vice President-elect Kamala Harris’ parents in to study as students who were not authorized to be under the control of a foreign government’s officials or travel. They specifially weren’t supposed to be undercover officials of a university funded by the Government of Jamaica here to complete an analysis of his nation’s economy on equipment reserved for natural born Americans and legal aliens; and access to national defense secrets.
Donald Jasper Harris appears to have used his time in America helping Jamaica behind our backs without ever registering as an agent of the foreign government. Along the way this illegal immigrant deadbeat dad tricked Americans into paying him a taxpayer-funded pension.
Our nation’s immigration laws are found in 8 U.S.C. 1401 and they’re unamended. It means Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be administered an oath of office to ensure that they are enforced as written. As 18 U.S.C. 4 requires anyone with knowledge of felony offenses to report them to a court of cognizable jurisdiction, or to some official in civil or military authority, Harris has information she’s been concealing about her parents origins she knows are felony federal law violations. So do members of her family and close inner circle.
My information has already been shared with the United States Department of Justice; and anyone who has knowledge after reading the facts set forth below has a duty to report and aid the Government of the United States in investigating a crime that is about to be committed against it by Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
To her credit, Harris has been upfront in telling Americans her mother, Shyamala Gopalan, was one of the Antifa-like anarchists involved in 1964 protests at the University of California’s campuses at Berkeley in Southern California the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was investigating for radical and anarchist activities. A series of four extensive files on the FBI’s Vault identify 27 different “Asian” associations on various California college campuses under the Asian Alliance. Among the names of the groups were the Guerilla Theater, Yellow Power, Red Guard Party and the Yellow Brotherhood.
I enlisted in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War in 1972 and volunteered for duty in Thailand to prevent it from spreading during the fall of Saigon in 1975. When I returned to civilian life in 1976, and enrolled at San Antonio College, there the fuck they were. Communists on my college campus were surrounded by soldiers enrolled as students from 5 large militlary installations; who had just returned from fighting this Communist shit in war. We didn’t have any disruptions.
Media programming is different today than it was in the 1950’s and 60’s. We were instructed to report Communists, spies, subversives and illegal aliens to the FBI. I support the agency’s “original” Communist fighting mission … enthusiastically. Communism is outlawed in the United States of America.
Shyamala Gopolan, from Communist Tamil Nadu, arrived in our nation 23 years after the Government of Japan attacked the Government of the United States of America on December 7, 1941. She affiliated herself with Communist groups associated with the descendants of Asians and Eastern European Nazis and Fascists who slaughtered Americans during World War II and others. The FBI, since its inception in 1908, had been investigating subversive immigrants from Eastern Europe, particularly Russia, China, India and Pakistan who had been entering the nation since 1881 and the founding of Russian Samuel Gomperz violent American Federation of Labor. For the first time in the nation explosives were used against natural born Americans in “labor strikes” in cities like Chicago during the Haymarket Affair under the guise of free speech for their Communist and labor Russian and Italian mob controlled “unions.”
Gopolan was too culturally ignorant to consider she was on a American university campus where some among the community, student population, faculty and police lost family members or either served during Vietnam, the Korean War, World War II and World War 1 against the ancestors and relatives “back home” of the people with whom she was affiliating. One of the issues the groups Harris’ mother affiliated with, that FBI Director John Edgar Hoover was investigating, wanted the Internal Security Act of 1950 repealed which required Communist organizations to register with the U.S. government. It also gave agencies the authority to investigate individuals suspected of subversive activities. The repeal of this anti-Communist law was viewed as an obstruction to the “rights” of a woman whose nation just celebrated 100 years of Communism on October 19, 2020. They obviously did not like the unrepealed Communist Control Act of 1954.
While Kamala Harris’ Communist Indian alien mother in 1964 claimed an affiliation with the American Negro community, the images she’s shared of her protests shows her with Eastern European antifa-like Communists the FBI was investigating for “infiltrating” the American Negro’s civil rights movement. In the protests in downtown Cleveland and Akron in 2020, the violence was initiated by the descendants of the Eastern European anarchists wearing black with “skateboards” and backpacks.
The violence in Cleveland started when an antifa anarchist climbed on top of a van being driven by an American Negro who had just been led by an American Negro sheriff before he was replaced with a Russian American. An antifa anarchist skateboarded a van in Akron. BLM’s Cleveland organizer, American Negro Kareem Abdul Nafi, made specific note at a rally on Cleveland’s west side that his people were instructed not to let antifa infiltrate. The majority of the nation’s 280 million American Negro’s weren’t on that Black Panther Party bullshit. Majority rules. We hate Communists and the Commie’s color doesn’t matter.
Everyone who lived through the 1960’s and attended the nation’s universities and colleges with the intent to study were constantly disrupted by protests from the descendants of anarchist immigrant new arrivals who were unfamiliar with both our history, laws, language and customs. Instead of assimilating they disrupted because they chose not to obey the legal ways to redress grievances without protest signs and the disruption of the stability of our nation’s governments … everywhere. Russian illegal immigrant Bernie Sanders admitted to being a poor student in high school; and a disruptive one in college. The Chicago 7 and all that bullshit … American’s didn’t support that unwelcome anarchist Communist and Socialist evil that immigrants were bringing to our communities.
Kamala Harris was also upfront about her father. He was an immigrant alien student studying on a student visa and so was her mother. Like other scheming immigrants, the two found a “marriage exception” as a waiver in our immigration laws and appear to have used it as an opportunity for them both to stay. He split to travel after a year. She stayed in California and took care of their two children … alone.
Gopolan may have thought her daughters being born in America, no matter what her and Donald’s immigration status was, made them legal. Donald Harris told the New York Times reporter he didn’t want to risk his visa; so he left Kamala’s anarchist-loving mother from a Communist-loving nation and her protest activities … alone. Kamala Harris praised her mother’s anarchism.
The new Vice President-elect of the United States of America has confirmed that her father offered the family no financial support through the divorce. She allegedly struggled, alone, as a student unable to work with two infant daughters and a full time class load, and time for Communist law breaking, when she was supposed to be studying to learn a cure for breast cancer.
Foreign students are supposed to be able to sustain themselves and are restricted as aliens from receiving public benefits and working in U.S. states. Under those prohibitions, it has to be asked how the single Asian Indian mother survived? Did Gopolan somehow obtain public assistance? How as a non-resident alien here on a student visa under the very strict immigration laws in existence during the 1960’s? The dirt poor village where her grandfather’s people prayed for her daughter to be elected vice president don’t have paved streets, let alone the rupees she needed to afford California rent with two dependents.
Harris has further affirmed that her two alien parents traveled on student visas; and that neither was a continuous and permanent resident of the United States of America for required periods of time.
The problem with the vice president-elect’s story about her parents is she’s admitted that any truthful answers they supplied in order to become “naturalized” citizens of the United States of America would have made each of these Marxists ineligible for citizenship just on how she’s described their irresponsible lifestyles as unassimilable aliens. As a prosecuting attorney with the facts she’s supplied to the public about her parents, both would have been motivated to lie on their naturalization applications to conceal what she’s shared with us about the reckless lives they lived as students and unauthorized foreign workers.
These are federal and deportable crimes she would be required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 4, “Misprision of felony,” to report. The facts Kamala Harris has presented to the public would also make her ineligible to have sought a seat to any public office unless she, independently, applied for naturalization.
Harris and the illegal aliens backing her have always relied on the 14th Amendment’s naturalization clause, and the 1898 Supreme Court of the United States ruling in Kim Wong Ark. It’s obvious they haven’t read it. If they have they don’t understand that the Supreme Court settles matters of law on a case by case basis that applies to the set of facts connected to a specific law or application of it that results in the violation of a constitutional right to an individual or class of individuals.

The events in Wong Kim Ark’s case applied only to a law that existed at the time he was denied re-entry to the United States of America when he left and returned after Congress enacted the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1892. The law also excluded Russians or everyone from Eastern Europe; and limited admittance to no more than 73 of them per year from the entire region and the Communist parts of India and Pakistan.
The “no Chinese and only 73 from all of Eastern Europe” restriction was recodified twice pursuant to the Emergency Immigration Quota Act of 1921 and 1929. In only Wong Kim Ark’s case his parents were legally in the nation; and not working for or under the jurisdiction of the Chinese government.
It means they submitted an application to customs and had been lawfully allowed admittance. The legality of their presence in the nation made their natural born son a legal citizen as they were under the jurisdiction of the Government of the United States of America as lawfully-welcomed guests.
I read Chapman University School of Law Dean Dr. John Eastman’s opinion of Harris’ citizenship in Newsweek magazine. .What Eastman noted is that the Supreme Court “has never held that anyone born on U.S. soil, no matter the legal status of their alien parents, is automatically a U.S. citizen.” He’s correct and there is absolutely no flaw in his legal argument.
“The language of Article II is that one must be a natural-born citizen. The original Constitution did not define citizenship, but the 14th Amendment does—and it provides that “all persons born…in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.” Those who claim that birth alone is sufficient overlook the second phrase. The person must also be “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States, and that meant subject to the complete jurisdiction, not merely a partial jurisdiction such as that which applies to anyone temporarily sojourning in the United States (whether lawfully or unlawfully). Such was the view of those who authored the 14th Amendment’s Citizenship Clause; of the Supreme Court of the United States in the 1872 Slaughter-House Cases and the 1884 case of Elk v. Wilkins; of Thomas Cooley, the leading constitutional treatise writer of the day; and of the State Department, which, in the 1880s, issued directives to U.S. embassies to that effect.”Were Harris’ parents lawful permanent residents at the time of her birth? If so, then under the actual holding of Wong Kim Ark, she should be deemed a citizen at birth—that is, a natural-born citizen—and hence eligible. Or were they instead, as seems to be the case, merely temporary visitors, perhaps on student visas issued pursuant to Section 101(15)(F) of Title I of the 1952 Immigration Act? If the latter were indeed the case, then derivatively from her parents, Harris was not subject to the complete jurisdiction of the United States at birth, but instead owed her allegiance to a foreign power or powers—Jamaica, in the case of her father, and India, in the case of her mother—and was therefore not entitled to birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment as originally understood.
Harris father entered the United States of America on August 7, 1959. In 1958 Donald J. Harris had taken a staff job with the Institute of Social and Economic Research at the University of the West Indies. The “government funded” university was created in 1948 and the staff job made Harris a “public official” of the Government of Jamaica. Sir William Arthur Lewis joined the University of the West Indies in 1959 as vice chancellor after having taught at the University of Manchester until 1957. He elevated to the office of chancellor as a public official of the Government of Jamaica.
For two years in between 1957 and 1959 before he arrived in Jamaica to help lead the University of the West Indies, Lewis was a paid consultant to the governments of Nigeria, Ghana, Trinidad, Jamaica and Tobago. When Ghana won its independence in March 6, 1957 after a series of coups to topple British rule, “Marxist” President Kwame Nkrumah appointed Lewis to serve as his first economic advisor. Lewis led the creation of the nation’s first 5-year Development Plan from 1959 – 63. President Dwight D. Eisenhower recognized Nkrumah as Ghana’s new president on the same day as people from a land where a large percentage of my ancestral DNA is from won its independence from colonial rule.
While operating as an agent of and under the control of at least five African governments, Lewis applied and was accepted at the University of Princeton to work as a professor in 1959. There’s been no reason until now to investigate the deceased man, or his immigration papers, but he is an important ‘Marxist” figure in Donald Jasper Harris’ life. He was also an unregistered agent of a foreign government building a 34-year pension off American taxpayers until his retirement in 1983. Harris appears to have followed the same pattern of behavior as Lewis. Deceive and steal from Americans while working secretly to benefit the Government of Jamaica and its development.
What Lewis had not done as an alien when he entered the borders of the United States of America was register as an agent of the Governments Jamaica, Ghana or the others with the United States Department of Justice pursuant to the Foreign Agents Registration Act. The same questions that apply to Donald Harris and Golopalan-Balanchandran apply more so to Lewis as Kamala’s father’s mentor and boss at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica.
In addition to violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the two exchanged this nation’s national defense secrets with each other between the two respective universities they had infiltrated to advance and work on the interests of Jamaica, Ghana and four other African governments. As each was here under visas, they had every duty to obey the Logan Act of 1799; and no lawful authority to communicate with the government officials paying them to work on their interests inside the two American universities both unregistered foreign government agents had infiltrated.
In 1959, Lewis was 23 years older than the 21 year old Harris and his employer while the economics “student” was gathering information for a paper the older economist wanted produced that would result in an analysis of household consumption in Jamaica to help plan for their nation’s development. The University of the West Indies was founded in 1948 and Jamaica’s academic infrastructure lacked the sophistication available to natural born Americans in the United States of America and legal aliens.
1959 appears to be the year each citizen of Jamaica decided to relocate to the United States of America. Lewis got an associate professor’s job at Princeton. Harris was accepted as a student at the University of California at Berkeley. He then leaped into teaching jobs at the University of Wisconsin and Stanford as a “first black.” Not a first American Negro. His great-grandfather was an Irish slave owner.
It was in the United States of America that each could have access to this nation’s national defense and proprietary secrets related to science and technology to complete the work they had begun for the University of the West Indies in 1959 as unregistered agents of the Government of Jamaica for Harris; and five African nations for Lewis. Sir Lewis appears to have acknowledged as much when he and Theodore W. Schultz accepted the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences award in Memory of Alfred Noble.

The University of the West Indies alumni link identifies Donald Jasper Harris as graduating in Jamaica a year after he arrived in the United States of America in 1960. It also identifies his nationality as “Jamaican.”
In December 1964 the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies at the University of the West Indies published Harris’ paper on the “Econometric Analysis of Household Consumption in Jamaica.” In the “introduction” to his paper on page 471, the footnote explains how the work product was prepared and where. Harris’ research began where he was born and raised in Jamaica; and was completed at the University of California in Berkeley.
Harris noted in his introduction that his final computations were done at the state university’s computer center. He ends with the affirmation that “the author, alone, is responsible for the contents of this paper.”
What is also of note is the University of the West Indies alumni association identifies Harris’ father as working as the Jamaican government-funded Director of the Consortium Graduate School of Social Sciences at UWI from 1986-87. A presence he held simultaneously while building a pension at Stanford University until he retired in 1998 as a non-citizen here since 1959 as a deadbeat dad, foreign government official and a “sham marriage” immigration swindler. He was hired as a consultant in 2010: again to work on the nation’s economy. There are “intervals” in his immigration status that required updates. The same for Shyamala Gopolan and the now extended members of her family who appear to have entered our nation since her “single” arrival.
Lots of Gopolans are showing up on the internet as “physicians.” So are the Balanchandrans connected to the vice president elect’s grandfather’s last name. Physicians and scientists from a name that more than did not exist in the White Pages until Harris’ mother arrived.
While Donald Harris was scamming California taxpayers at Stanford University as a non-citizen unregistered agent of the Jamaican government with access to national defense secrets, his mentor was doing the same thing at Princeton after his 1959 arrival the same year as Kamala’s father. The year Kamala’s mother and father divorced in 1970, Lewis became president of the Carribean Development Bank in 1963 while still drawing a paycheck and building on his 34-year Princeton pension. That same year he was “Knighted” with the title of “Sir” by Queen Elizabeth. In 1979 he won the Nobel prize for economics.
In his “official capacity” with the Carribean Development Bank, Lewis became an unregistered foreign agent operating “internally” and without detection under the direction of its 27 member nations and 19 foreign regional borrowing members. Lewis was representing 46 different foreign entities with national security interests different than were he was “teaching” and building a pension at Princeton for a local unit of the Government of the United States of America. His wife,Gladys Lewis, lived and died in Princeton during their 44 years of marriage.
Donald Jasper Harris appeared to be following the same “foreign conflicted” path as “Sir Arthur” at Stanford as the Jamaican descendant of an Irish man who owned enslaved Africans. The foreign descendant of a foreign slave ower is the man who became Stanford’s “first black” scholar to be granted tenure at the university. It’s an opportunity the illegal alien deadbeat father had stolen from an American Negro economist whose career focus would have been on the “Black Ghettoes” of this nation he only “commented” about during his career.
Like his pandering to the American Negro community daughter, Donald Jasper Harris was advancing himself at the expense of natural born American Negroes. At the same time, the man who became offended at being labeled a “Negro from the Islands” by a natural born American Anglo-Saxon – who saw through his years of neglect as a father who left the girls with their mother – was giving “black fathers” a bad name.
Nothing about Donald Jasper Harris’ presence in his daughter’s life reflected the character of loving American Negro fathers in the homes with their wives and children who were and are very hard core about protecting them. He was an immigrant “Black.” American Negro men were driven out of public housing homes. He left his alien wife and child … alone. Our color. Not our kind.
From his published “papers” the vice-president elect’s father admits his economic theories are influenced by Marxism. One is entitled, “On Marx’s scheme of reproduction and accumulation.”
There are 5 lists of topics that identify where he’s been quoted or cited in other publications. There are articles he’s written. There are reports. The U.S. economy is listed as a topic where he’s been quoted for a few articles. To make it look good. But the bulk of his collective body of work, time and interests are in Jamaica even when he’s on U.S. soil; and it’s been that way since he arrived here the same year as Sir Lewis.
‘In a report among his list of papers where he made an observation about the the slow growth of Jamaica’s economy, Donald Jasper Harris seemed not to grasp the reason for the answer that was right in his face. Jamaica’s two most brilliant economists left for America in 1959; and tried to help their nation’s economy from remote while they worked in a better paying nation as pension stealing unregistered foreign agents. They came to America to uplift Jamaicans. All they uplifted was themselves. The pay and pensions are better in America. Harris gets to look like a “big shot” back “home.”
Now his daughter is in trouble because she campaigned for the nation’s highest elected office; and a full federal criminal investigation of Donald Jasper Harris’ U.S. immigration forms will prove he’s been here unlawfully since 1959 as an unregistered agent of the Government of Jamaica. Kamala Harris is not a U.S. citizen. This wouldn’t be a problem had she applied, independently of her parents at 16, but that official act did not occur.
