CLEVELAND, OH – Rev. Theodore P. Lucas was placed on administrative leave by Bishop Nelson Perez of the Catholic Diocese of Greater Cleveland because of a “credible accusation of sexual misconduct involving a minor.” The order was announced on May 16, 2018. Lucas was instructed “not to function in any capacity as a priest anywhere.” Lucas had been assigned to St. Bartholomew’s in Middleburg Heights from 1984 to 1989.
