Judge Dawson did not dismiss case against 3 Cleveland cops

Judge Will Dawsons knows 24 East Cleveland cops lack credentials to make arrests but he lets them arrest and charge citizens instead of ordering them arrested and charged for violating their constitutional rights with the help of the private attorney he lets prosecute them in his court in violation of R.C. 2938.13.
