CLEVELAND, OH – Coronavirus carrier and spreader Governor Richard Michael DeWine made Cleveland and Level 3-infected Cuyahoga County less safe when he left Level 3-infected Franklin County to nearly infect President Donald Trump at Burke Lakefront Airport.
