US Attorney who’s a master of investigating fake terrorists heads to a top job with Trump

With all the known violations of 18 U.S.C. 241 and 242 inherent in the kidnapping of Scott Dingess by James Sternivitz, U.S. Attorney Justin Herdman should be launching a criminal investigation into the federal crime and use the 1994 Violent Crime and Law Enforcement Control Act "all the way up the ladder" as Congress intended. A life was lost in this civil rights violation. The penalty is 10 years in prison and the death sentence for the involved law enforcement officers.
