Over $1 million in fees and fines concealed in Judge Will Dawson’s court clerk’s safe

Judge William Dawson had no idea Mayor Brandon King's ex-finance director, Charles Iyahen, was involved in a scheme to pay his wife $107,000 a year. Iyahen should have deducted the county's percentage from the $64,500 Dawson approved and returned the difference to the court's budget.

CLEVELAND, OH – People who are detained, pursued, ticketed or arrested by individuals discharging police duties in East Cleveland should be using Ordinance Number 525.03 Council Vice President Juanita Gowdy, Councilman Nathaniel Martin and Council President Korean Stevenson enacted to validate their credentials.   State laws instruct police that if their appointing authority hasn’t ensured they’ve received state approved retraining, annually, by December 15th; they are to “cease discharging the duties of a law enforcement officer and wearing a weapon” on December 31st. CLEVELAND, OH – When East Cleveland police arrested Ward 7 councilman Basheer Jones on April 19, 2019 they sought to charge him with “improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.”  The offense was a 4th degree felony violation of Section 2923. 16 of the Ohio Revised Code.   The incident report East Cleveland’s cops generated doesn’t identify the reason for the arrest or the basis for the search of the Cleveland politician’s vehicle.  Jones was a suspect of something and they found the improperly handled gun. Larry Householder’s $60 million First Energy bag man, Neil Clark, is found dead in Florida days after Longstreth pleads guilty

CLEVELAND, OH – The federal criminal trial that Neil Clark was involved in with State Rep. Larry Householder, Larry Longstreth, Matthew Borges and Juan Cespedes is now one witness short.
