Clevelanders want police, dirty prosecutors and crooked judges criminally prosecuted and not disciplined for crimes; which isn’t what the charter change promoters are selling with Issue 24

FAIR USE: Tamir Rice's mother, Samaria Rice, has from the beginning demanded a federal criminal investigation of her son's murder at the hands of ex-Cleveland cop Timothy Loehman. I introduced her to attorney Benjamin Crump to push her son's name into the national spotlight. His great-grandmother, Mildred Brewer, served as my council vice president and she was with Shirley Smith, Marcia Fudge and I at Huron Hospital the night Stephanie Tubbs-Jones was hosptalized. I'm off to the right of Tamir's father.

CLEVELAND, OH – Samaria Rice did not want Timothy Loehman and Frank Garmback disciplined for their individual roles in the death of her son Tamir Rice.  She wanted them criminally prosecuted.  It was her desire to meet with ex-United States Attorney General Eric Himler Holder to deliver that message when he arrived in Cleveland to announce the “civil review” of 600 incidents of police incident reports; and the crimes they detailed law enforcement officers under Mayor Frank Jackson’s management committing against Americans. Rice’s voice was hijacked by self-serving attorney David Malik who showed up without her after she fired him. …

Mark Naymik. A lynch mob formed to hang a Samaritan. I went for the savage carrying the rope. Friendship had nothing to do with my Ken Johnson stories.

CLEVELAND, OH – On July 30, 2021 at 10:54 p.m. WKYC employee Mark Naymik sought some vindication for a series of stories about one member of the 17-member Cleveland city council’s adopted sons, their jobs, homes and employers.  The former councilman’s name is Kenneth Johnson. The net result of Naymik’s WKYC and Cleveland.com stories is that the media outlets are responsible for pressuring over 44 American Negro men and women out of work.  The economic stability of their own lives and the lives of their families are disrupted; and he’s cackling on Facebook while being praised by his “friends” for a…

Nina Turner was running a superb globally-watched campaign until she started sounding like “Bernie Light”

CLEVELAND, OH – There’s little Americans like about United States Senator Bernard Gitman aka Sanders.  They’ve told him “hell to the fuck no” twice in national elections as he’s sought to lead our nation as president.  Sanders’ Russian family name is Gitman that came from his illegal alien father, Eliasz Gitman, lying his way into our nation.  His first real paycheck and job came once he got elected mayor of Burlington, Vermont. Voters in the 11th Congressional District just told the world they don’t even want the candidates he supports no matter how much money they have or celebrity backers. …

Ex-block grant director and Indian alien Tania Menesse appears to have targeted Councilman Ken Johnson, Buckeye and the jobs of 44 American Negro men

CLEVELAND, OH – Tania Maria Menesse was born in Mumbai, India on December 8, 1973 and arrived in the United States of America sometime in 1978 when her parents moved “their family” to Shaker Heights at the age of four. 10,000 members of the 100 year old Communist Party of India rallied against the administration of Indian President Narendra Modi in July.  Communism is outlawed in the United States of America and has been since 1950. If the Asian Indian’s “family” entered our nation legally Menesse was eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship at the age of 16.  If Noel…

Johnson appeals the Supreme Court’s decision to suspend him from council based on a legally-unsupported request from David Yost to judges who appear not to have read the law

Cleveland Ward 4 Councilman Kenneth Johnson

CLEVELAND, OH – On May 19, 2021, Ward 4 Councilman Kenneth Johnson filed a “notice of intent to appeal” the April 20, 2021 ruling of the Supreme Court of Ohio removing him from discharging the duties of the public office to which he was elected.  It’s a story that won’t be found in the Plain Dealer or cleveland.com because the basis of Johnson’s appeal begins to unravel facts laid out in a series of 17-stories written by former reporter Mark Naymik and repeated in part in an indictment sought by the United States Attorneys office for the Northern District of…

Cleveland Councilman Kenneth Johnson tells EJBNEWS he’s appealing his suspension from council and seeking re-election to Ward 4

Cleveland Ward 4 Councilman Kenneth Johnson

CLEVELAND, OH – Ward 4 Councilman Kenneth Johnson says he intends to appeal the Supreme Court of Ohio’s decision to suspend him from serving on Cleveland city council at the request of Ohio Attorney General David Yost.  Johnson’s attorney in his criminal trial, Myron Watson, told him when Yost’s office filed for the suspension that he was not prosecuting the case and had no legal authority to request it pursuant to the section of the law the attorney general asked the Supreme Court to review. Section 3.16 of the Revised Code of Ohio gives a prosecutor prosecuting an elected official…
