RTA board member Valarie McCall has a right to file a complaint against duty-exceeding Mayor Bibb

CLEVELAND, OH – If Mayor Justin Bibb had passed the Ohio Bar Association’s examination and obtained a license to practice law in Ohio before he decided to campaign for a job as Cleveland’s chief law enforcement officer; he might not be racking-up a felony-level list of federal and state laws he’s violating as mayor.  Nothing in Bibb’s background identified him as being prime time ready to manage a 6000 employee municipal corporation with a budget footprint that exceeds $2.5 billion. From his violation of Ohio’s campaign finance reporting laws, to those that invalidate his oath of office, Bibb is just days…

Clevelanders can’t trust lyin’ azz Bibb as this lame blames Jackson for his snow removal failure

CLEVELAND, OH – Mayor Justin Bibb had from January 3, 2022 until January 16, 2022 to either directly or indirectly visit the city’s 7 service yards to meet with snow removal crews, inventory equipment and salt; and to respond to the snow removal department’s requests to repair the trucks that were out of service.  Looking at his time in office through a longer lens, Bibb had from November 3, 2021 to work closely with retired Mayor Frank Jackson to learn how he’d kept our streets cleared of snow so efficiently over the past 16 years. There’s no excuse for Bibb’s failure…

Justin Bibb “appointed” friends to 2 jobs he created out of thin air; and that are not in council’s current salary ordinance

CLEVELAND, OH – Around December 23rd Mayor-elect Justin Bibb’s campaign/transition website identified several city hall jobs he was seeking to fill.  Three of the jobs were newly-created in his mind and not in a salary ordinance of council as required by unsuspended Ohio general laws Bibb continues to violate.  Despite pretending to make the process open to the public two of the three created jobs went to members of his campaign team.  Bradford Davy and Bay Village resident Elise Hara Auvil will be engaging in theft if they “enter” the non-existent public jobs. The unclassified job titles of chief administrative…

Griffin and Bibb are placing themselves in the middle of a potential federal criminal investigation of the $37 million Shaker Square non-profit deal as advocates with no knowledge of violated laws

The "administration" is responsible for determining whether a police or firefighter's death was within the line of duty. There should be complete silence coming from city council about the mayor's decision to exercise administrative authority over the employees under the mayor's supervision. Council approved a collective bargaining agreement that did not include "death benefits" for cops because the matter has already been resolved by state law's Mayor Justin Bibb's administration has a duty to enforce. It's Council President Blaine Griffin's duty to ensure that his branch of government remains on its side of the aisle.

CLEVELAND, OH – The $12 million to $37 million Shaker Square cash give-away outgoing Mayor Frank Jackson and Council President Kevin Kelley’s asked council to support as a tautological emergency ordinance is exactly the type of “carryover” contract that causes problems for new mayors entering office behind a mayor whose performance they really don’t know.  Council is holding off on considering the ordinance until after January 3, 2022 and it will be Mayor-elect Justin Bibb’s “mayor’s” signature on the authorizing documents should it pass.  Blaine Griffin will sign the ordinance as council’s president. The mayor’s signature on a document affirms…

Neighborhood Progress Inc’s Shaker Square deal is actually $37 million and not $12 million as it’s being falsely reported; and its records and meetings are not public in violation of federal and state laws

CLEVELAND, OH – When Asian Indian immigrant Tania Menesse served Mayor Frank Jackson for nearly two years as his director of community development it was her job to “monitor” the “subrecipients” of the block grant funds Cleveland receives from the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).  One of the subrecipients Menesse had a duty to “monitor” at least twice during her two years in the appointed public office was her current employer.  Neighborhood Progress Inc (NPI). Had Menesse monitored her current employer as required by federal laws Cleveland’s community development directors have not mastered and obeyed, then…

Mayor-elect Justin Bibb doesn’t have to wait until January 1st to replace Mayor Frank Jackson after the board certifies the election and he’s fully complied with Section 3517.10 of the Ohio Revised Code

CLEVELAND, OH – There’s statutory language in Cleveland’s charter that’s similar to language found in the East Cleveland charter as it pertains to the “term and qualifications” of winning candidates for mayor.  It explains why after defeating Ralph Perk, Sr. for mayor of Cleveland on November 8, 1977, Dennis Kucinich was administered his first oath of office to “succeed” him on November 14, 1977. Cleveland voters exercised the power of local self-government in 1980 with modifications to Chapter 11, Section 68 of the Charter that expanded the term of the mayor’s office from two to four years.  Changes were made…
