Federal prosecutors and the FBI must add O’Malley’s failure to enforce and prosecute federal and state “color of law” election law violations between the elections board and prosecutor’s office

CLEVELAND, OH – Justin Bibb’s September 14, 2021 pre-primary election campaign finance report was required pursuant to Section 3517.10 of the Ohio Revised Code to be delivered “not later than 4 p.m.” on the 12th day before the election.  September 2, 2021 was the due date and Bibb’s campaign treasurer, Scott Hruby, delivered it on October 8, 2021. Failing to file on time violates Section 3517.13 of the Ohio Revised Code.  The heading is “failure to file.”  Because they violated Section 3517.10 and 3517.13 of the Ohio Revised Code, Bibb and Hruby should have two separate 1st degree misdemeanor charges…

Clevelanders want police, dirty prosecutors and crooked judges criminally prosecuted and not disciplined for crimes; which isn’t what the charter change promoters are selling with Issue 24

FAIR USE: Tamir Rice's mother, Samaria Rice, has from the beginning demanded a federal criminal investigation of her son's murder at the hands of ex-Cleveland cop Timothy Loehman. I introduced her to attorney Benjamin Crump to push her son's name into the national spotlight. His great-grandmother, Mildred Brewer, served as my council vice president and she was with Shirley Smith, Marcia Fudge and I at Huron Hospital the night Stephanie Tubbs-Jones was hosptalized. I'm off to the right of Tamir's father.

CLEVELAND, OH – Samaria Rice did not want Timothy Loehman and Frank Garmback disciplined for their individual roles in the death of her son Tamir Rice.  She wanted them criminally prosecuted.  It was her desire to meet with ex-United States Attorney General Eric Himler Holder to deliver that message when he arrived in Cleveland to announce the “civil review” of 600 incidents of police incident reports; and the crimes they detailed law enforcement officers under Mayor Frank Jackson’s management committing against Americans. Rice’s voice was hijacked by self-serving attorney David Malik who showed up without her after she fired him. …

Zack backs “Black” as he endorses Justin Bibb for mayor. Sellout Jones rides again with his race baiting Kelley endorsement!

CLEVELAND, OH – For the past four years Kevin Kelley remained silent about Basheer “Sellout” Jones living between South Euclid and Cleveland Heights while serving Ward 7 illegally on Cleveland city council.  He said nothing, publicly, about the two Jones Boys each missing 10 out of 19 council meetings in 2021.  10 missed meetings and you’re supposed to be off council. The other Jones Boy is Ward 1 Councilman Joe Jones. So despite the overwhelming evidence that a lazy-azzed suburbanite was stealing money and impersonating a resident and an officer of the municipal corporation, Kelley remained silent knowing Jones’ illegal…

The 1989 White – Forbes race for Cleveland mayor showed the Caucasian political power structure that American Negro voters controlled the city

CLEVELAND, OH – For some odd reason political thinkers have attempted to compare Cleveland’s 2021 campaigns for mayor to the 1989 campaign that featured veteran Council President George Lawrence Forbes against his protege, State Senator Michael Reed White, in the general election.  That year two American Negroes prevailed in the mayoral primary election for the first time in the city’s history.  From my perspective it was a campaign which clearly affirmed that American Negroes living in Cleveland no longer had to call themselves “minorities” as the city’s largest ethnic demographic. The Forbes-White matchup was the first dramatic display of the…

Justin Bibb is the latest curve graded endorsement for Plain Dealer editorial pages director Elizabeth Sullivan and team; and it’s past time for her to resign

CLEVELAND, OH – The Plain Dealer’s “King and Queen-making” publishers, editors and writers need to get out of the candidate endorsement game.  They’ve been curve graded poor at it.  Name an indicted and convicted elected official and behind them is a curve graded Plain Dealer endorsement. Not only have their endorsed candidates been criminally inclined they’ve also been incompetent and harmful in a very overall way to the area’s political elevation, growth and focus.  Behind every “Gary Norton” or “Ed Fitzgerald” or “Jane Campbell” or “James Rokakis” type endorsement is a loss.  In Norton’s case East Cleveland lost its hospital…

Frank Jackson’s “Kelley endorsement” isn’t sitting too well with Clevelanders who want to move on and close the door on his 32 year presence at city hall

If a new mayor and council want to avoid the FBI raids at city hall, and more criminal prosecutions, they'll read, master and obey two constitutions and the laws referenced in the governing documents identified in their oaths of office. Lots of federal, state and local violations occurred over the past 16 years that have cost Clevelanders millions. If you do not read you cannot lead.

CLEVELAND, OH – Clevelanders looking for an indication of how the 2021 campaign to replace Frank Jackson as mayor might turn out can look at two endorsements.  Jackson’s and the Plain Dealer’s.  Each endorsed Nina Turner to represent the 11th Congressional District in the August 3, 2021 primary election. Turner raised over $6.2 million to Shontel Brown’s $4.5 million and lost by 4000 votes with their endorsements and that of Russian United States Senator Bernard Gitman Sanders.  It’s Kevin Kelley who now has to see if he can do better with one of the two local endorsements.  The Plain Dealer…
