Brandon King has debate opponent who humiliated him arrested, jailed and instructs cops not to let him make bond on his word only that he was “assaulted”

CLEVELAND, OH – Richmond Heights resident Brandon King lost a mayoral debate miserably to a first time candidate with a lengthy criminal record who simply outclassed and outknowledged him with every response.  “Name-dropping” King was humiliated in front of an audience of supporters to a repentant ex-offender who made the mayor and his two ex-offending brothers look more like a criminal than he’d ever been.  He even made the mayor’s master’s degree in business look like nothing than just a piece of paper since King’s never been hired by a major corporation or government agency to use it. According to…

Sean Ward won’t be on the ballot for East Cleveland mayor just like he was warned

CLEVELAND, OH – Two would-be candidates for East Cleveland mayor learned they won’t be on the ballot for either the September 14, 2021 primary election or the November 2, 2021 general election.  Neither of the two men who’d turn in petitions to seek the mayor’s office in East Cleveland met the qualifications of the city’s charter requiring mayoral candidates to be qualified residents and electors two years prior to the election. The members of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections unanimously agreed with activist and East Cleveland Sunrise Co-Publisher Justyn Anderson’s challenges against the mayoral candidacies of Sean Labrett Ward…

Election fraud complaint says Ward doesn’t meet East Cleveland’s 2-year residency and voter requirements for mayoral candidates

CLEVELAND, OH – Sean Ward may have had good intentions when he decided to campaign to serve in the office of mayor of East Cleveland as the municipal corporation’s chief law enforcement officer.  But there are laws that instruct political hopefuls on when they’re qualified to seek an elected office he was warned not to ignore. For circulating petitions knowing he did not meet the qualifications for mayoral candidates, Ward now has a hearing scheduled before the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.   He’s accused of violating Section 112(A) of East Cleveland’s charter. …

King is obstructing council from receiving mail that told him not to put anyone in jail

Richmond Heights resident Brandon King has been repeatedly warned by state officials to close East Cleveland's filthy jail. Council vice president wants it either closed or money used to repair it ... immediately.

CLEVELAND, OH – On September 20, 2020 I published a 13-page letter law enforcement officer impersonator Scott Gardner received from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections on January 2020 instructing the “municipal corporation” – through one of its public employees – that the jail was supposed to already have been closed.  No one was supposed to have been housing in it throughout 2019, but council did not know.  Mayor Brandon King, a resident of Richmond Heights, conspired with Gardner to ensure council did not see it. The letter Gardner received belonged to the municipal corporation though it was addressed…

King’s proclamation says he suspended all federal, state and local laws so he can spend the city’s money

Brandon King created a proclamation in August claiming he had the authority to suspend the U.S. Constitution, federal laws, Ohio's constitution, state laws, East Cleveland's charter and ordinances. He must have been snorting some good shit when he signed it.

CLEVELAND, OH – East Cleveland Mayor Brandon King and his team must have been smoking and snorting up some good shit when they crafted a July 7, 2020 “proclamation” that suspended all laws so they could spend the city’s money; and receive cash gifts and grants under no laws without council’s permission.  The proclamation is a “criminal tool.”  King’s proclamation claims the document is authorized by constitutions and laws, but I guarantee he can identify no section of any constitution or law that authorizes such an inventively-creative piece of bullshit.  Jungle rule. Had this snorting-azzed idiot, and the unsworn private…

No recall of Gowdy as Gadison admits she and McCollough engaged in fraud

/
Heather McCollough acts like she learned law from Josef Stalin and politics from Adolf Hitler. This is one evil bitch who should never be allowed anywhere near a trusted public office. As an attorney she witnessed Che Gadison sign another woman's name to an affidavit to recall Councilwoman Juanita Gowdy and notarized it. She knows each and every individual impersonating a law enforcement and is still presenting their arrests as if they're valid instead of bringing charges against them for impersonating law enforcement officers. She's supposed to be guiding the officers and employees to discharge only official duties; and she's got no valid oath of office or bond to have even been appointed by a director of law who lives in Shaker Heights.

CLEVELAND, OH – The fraudulent recall petitions Che Gadison collected and submitted to fired ex-East Cleveland council clerk Khadijah Guy to recall Ward 2 Councilwoman Juanita Gowdy have been invalidated by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections during a September 28, 2020 hearing.  Resident Justyn Anderson obtained affidavits from some of the 200 individuals who had signed the petitions Gadison admitted she asked them to sign that actually bore Kelly Bright’s name as the circulator. According to Gadison’s testimony before the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections on September 28, 2020, Bright, a woman she claimed had multiple sclerosis, was waiting…
