Is Pete Buttigieg a top or a bottom? It doesn’t matter in the US. He’s “openly” gay.

CLEVELAND, OH – The difference between Pete Buttigieg and Abraham Lincoln’s homosexual lifestyles is in who knows.  Buttigieg is openly gay and Lincoln’s alleged sexual affections for Elmer Ellsworth, and his “sleep in the same bed” bodyguard, Lt. David Derickson, were privately and somewhat publicly-known.   

Washington, D.C. insiders knew FBI director John Edgar Hoover lived with Clyde Tolson and privately dressed in drag.  What America didn’t see in political and business leaders who preferred sex with men was them kissing each other.

The only new thing about Buttigieg’s relationship with his husband, Christen, is his being the first “male” candidate for President of the United States of America with a mate who call each other “husbands.”  In the past the only other candidates who called marriage partners “husbands” were female.

Lincoln biographer David Herbert Donald shared information about the president’s four year relationship with Andrew Speed before the words “gay” or “homosexual” even existed.  It did by the time Hoover’s generation of gay men emerged in Puritanical America as he sexually matured around 1910 and into the “Roaring 20’s” and the presence of drugs, prostitution and sexual orgies that came with Eastern European organized crime. 

Hoover collected sexual information about elected officials, business leaders and prominent citizens he knew was useful to a federal law enforcement officer operating without Constitutional and Congressional guidance.  He also knew his Communist espionage counterparts in Russia, China, Germany, Japan and elsewhere were doing the same. 

So though he was not ever known to have been in a relationship with a woman, Hoover’s complete control of the FBI and imaginative use of his power insulated him from his sexual and relationship preferences being used against him.  He didn’t feel the same about other homosexuals working in government after the Red Scare of 1919, the Roaring 20’s, the Prohibition 1930’s and another worry over Communism during and after World War II that brought the Lavendar Scare of the 1950’s.

Homosexuals were flocking to Washington, D.C. and Congress saw them as infiltrating the federal government.  The nation’s White Anglo Saxon Protestant (WASP)  and the same-on-the-Black-side  85 percent majority saw them as “national security risks” who were susceptible to Communism.  U.S. Rep. Arthur Miller rallied Congress to support his Sexual Psychopath Law in 1948 for D.C.   The Congressional Record dated March 29 – April 24, 1950, Volume 96, Part 4, pages 4527-4528 carry Miller’s words.

In the Eightieth Congress I was the author of the sex pervert bill that passed this Congress and is now a law in the District of Columbia. It can confine some of these people in St. Elizabeths Hospital for treatment. They are the sex perverts. Some of them are more to be pitied than condemned, because in many it is a pathological condition, very much like the kleptomaniac who must go out and steal, he has that urge; or like the pyromaniac, who goes to bed and wakes up in the middle of the night with an urge to go out and set a fire. He does that. Some of these homosexuals are in that class.

Remember there were 91 of them dismissed in the State Department. That is a small percentage of those employed in Government. We learned 2 years ago that there were around 4,000 homosexuals in the District. The Police Department the other day said there were between five and six thousand in Washington who are active and that 75 percent were in Government employment.

There are places in Washington where they gather for the purpose of sex orgies, where they worship at the cesspool and flesh pots of iniquity. There is a restaurant downtown where you will find male prostitutes. They solicit business for other male customers. They are pimps and undesirable characters. You will find odd words in the vocabulary of the homosexual. There are many types such as the necrophalia, fettichism, pygmalionism, fellatios, cunnilinguist, sodomatic, pederasty, saphism, sadism, and masochist.

Indeed, there are many methods of practices among the homosexuals. You will find those people using the words as, “He is a fish. He is a bull-dicker. He is mamma and he is papa, and punk, and pimp.” Yes; in one of our prominent restaurants rug parties and sex orgies go on. Some of those people have been in the State Department, and I understand some of them are now in the other departments.

The 91 who were permitted to resign have gone some place, and, like birds of a feather, they flock together. Those people like to be known to each other. They have signs used on streetcars and in public places to call attention to others of like mind. Their rug and fairy parties are elaborate.

“So I offer this amendment, and when the time comes for voting upon it, I hope that no one will object. I sometimes wonder how many of these homosexuals have had a part in shaping our foreign policy. How many have been in sensitive positions and subject to blackmail. It is a known fact that homosexuality goes back to the Orientals, lone before the time of Confucius; that the Russians are strong believers in homosexuality, and that those same people are able to get into the State Department and get somebody in their embrace, and once they are in their embrace, fearing blackmail, will make them go to any extent. Perhaps if all the facts were known these same homosexuals have been used by the Communists.” 

Buttigieg’s Armenian ancestry makes him somewhat oblivious to the way “real” Americans expressed their thoughts about homosexuals, immigrants and others.  The “real” America has been buried under foreign media ownership and reporters with no historical perspective covering the nation within the limits of what they don’t know.  So when the “real” America surfaces it seems “racist” and “xenophobic-alarming.” 

“Political correctness” is a media term that carries no weight in a 1st Amendment “free speech” nation.  Miller’s 1950 words expressed the nation’s fears when Congress voted “yes” to declare homosexuals perverts who shouldn’t be allowed to work in government.

“I realize that there is some physical danger to anyone exposing all of the details and nastiness of homosexuality, because some of these people are dangerous. They will go to any limit. These homosexuals have strong emotions. They are not to be trusted and when blackmail threatens they are a dangerous group.

The Army at one time gave these individuals a dishonorable discharge and later changed the type of discharge. They are not knowingly kept in Army service. They should not be employed in Government. I trust both sides of the aisle will support the amendment.”

Since Congress controlled D.C.’s local ordinances the law is still on the books in Washington.  Two sections have been repealed.   The one on “sodomy” and the other on “indecent acts with children.”  Sodomy is another word for butt-fucking and a gay presidential candidate’s last name starts with the four letters “Butt.”

Pursuant to the “defintion” of “sexual psychopath” in the current D.C. Code under section 22-3803(1),  “The term “sexual psychopath” means a person, not insane, who by a course of repeated misconduct in sexual matters has evidenced such lack of power to control his or her sexual impulses as to be dangerous to other persons because he or she is likely to attack or otherwise inflict injury, loss, pain, or other evil on the objects of his or her desire.”

The penalities used to be up to 20 years of commitment.  Seriously.  Today, it could still be up to 20 years because the time is up to the doctor.
