CLEVELAND, OH – Had Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) president Edward Hundert obeyed federal immigration laws enacted by the United States Congress when he allowed Biswanath Halder of India to be enrolled into the university and work, Youngstown native Norman E. Wallace would not have been gunned down in cold blood inside the school on May 9, 2003. Wheelchair-bound professor Avi Dor wouldn’t have been shot and neither would Susan Helper. The two faculty members survived.
93 students and CWRU workers would not have been held hostage by Halder for 7 hours. Cleveland taxpayers would have avoided the “highest three year” boosting overtime expense included with SWAT units assigned to capture him after this murderous immigrant entered a school building with the intent to kill Americans. There’d have been no need for a costly trial or his time-wasting appeals. Halder had even written letters of threats about councilman Michael Polensek as I reported in my Cleveland Challenger in 2003.
Halder unlawfully entered the United States of America to “get rich” in 1969 at the age of 29 and didn’t enroll at CWRU until 1999 at the age of 59. He’d already been educated in India at the University of Calcutta in 1963 with a degree in electrical engineering; a skill the United States of America’s labor force didn’t need.

Halder appears to have decided to milk the “I’m a student forever” game to remain in our nation like Kamala Harris’ mother, Shyamala Gopolan, but like her it hadn’t worked. Federal immigration officials flagged Gopolan’s requests to stay as “worker fraud” and scheduled the illegal alien for a deportation hearing.
According to her immigration records Shyamala Gopolan was a forever student from 1959 through 1986 when she returned from a 12-year stay in Canada. The nutritionist educated at the University of Delhi to become a home maker never found a cure for any of the 173 cancers the National Center for Biological Information reports as coming from zinc deficiencies.
While here Halder also attended the University of Massachusetts from 1989 through 1994 where his presence replaced an American citizen who wanted to learn mathematics, computer science, and economics. Halder attended Boston University from 1995 to 1996. He received an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU in 1999 at 59 and again took the place of a younger and legally employable natural born American.

The 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act in effect at the time of Halder’s 1969 arrival wouldn’t have allowed him into our nation to “get rich.” The 1965 law reserved 6 percent of visas for refugees, 10 percent for professionals, scientists, and artists, 10 percent for needed workers, and 74 percent for family members of naturalized U.S. citizens. What happened at CWRU 18 years ago on May 9, 2003 is a direct result of the negligence of university officials in Cleveland, New York and Massachussets in ensuring that our nation’s immigration laws were obeyed.
Halder’s life as an illegal alien inside our nation had been a bust and he’d become a brooding alcoholic living in a third floor attic. He wasn’t rich but angry and vengeful. His life in America had been wasted. In trial even public defender John Luskin saw him as crazy as the CWRU workers and students with whom he’d interacted.
Miller, the CWRU worker he sued, described Halder to NBC Dateline reporter Rob Stafford as a “creepy guy” in “tighty-whitey shorts.”

Wallace’s face is not familiar to Clevelanders because the town’s racist mainstream media encourages the “sanctuary city” policies of the American-hating anarchists controlling the municipal and county elected offices within Cuyahoga County. Congress was warned by the Government Accounting Office in 2010 that illegal aliens and immigrants are killing an average of 12 American citizens a day. As more Asian Indians and Chinese have been entering the nation illegally their crimes against this nation’s natural born citizens have increased exponentially. They are not the “model minorities” agenda-driven liars calling themselves journalists have claimed.
Do a keyword search of the local news sites for the name “Norman E. Wallace” or “Norman Wallace” and Clevelanders will find virtually no information about him. The American Negro murder victim wasn’t humanized until NBC reporter Rob Stafford of Dateline NBC covered the story of the CWRU shooter and killer nationally in 2006. CWRU created a scholarship in his name but it’s not known if it’s been used to enroll other aid other American Negroes into the school with a 56 percent foreign enrollment.
In Stafford’s NBC report, one that included an interview with the killer, he showed the murderous illegal alien blaming CWRU for Wallace’s death. Wallace and his 10 siblings had struggled in Youngstown and he was the family star. According to Halder the two didn’t even know each other when he shot him to death at CWRU. Read the dialogue below between Stafford and Halder. According to Halder all CWRU had to do was discipline Miller for something two other CWRU workers had done.
Halder: I don’t know who I shot.
Stafford: You shot Norman Wallace. Do you remember looking at him when you shot him?
Halder: No. I had no idea who Wallace is. You’re keep on bringing up the name Wallace. I—
Stafford: Norman Wallace.
Halder: I— (overtalk)
Stafford: It’s not just a name. He—
Halder: Yeah.
Stafford: —he’s a victim. He’s—
Halder: of course.
Stafford: –your victim.
Halder: Not at all.
Stafford: Norman Wallace was the pride and joy of his family.
Halder: Yeah.
Stafford: Do you have any idea what you took away from his family that day?
Halder: I did not take away anything from his—
Stafford: What are you talking about? He’s—
Halder: It was—
Stafford: —he’s gone.

Halder isn’t the only Asian Indian hostage-minded shooter. Dr. Bharat Narumanchi entered Dr. Katherine Dodson’s medical clinic in Austin, Texas on January 26, 2021 where he held four Americans hostage before he gunned her down and took his own life. A week earlier Dr. Dodson had refused to let the 43-year-old child of Indian immigrants volunteer at her clinic. Narumanchi’s un-American and violent reaction like Halder’s was ignorantly Third World brutal.
Halder on May 9, 2003 had entered CWRU’s Peter B. Lewis building to take out revenge against the school’s officials and employees for losing a lawsuit against a computer lab supervisor named Shawn Miller he’d falsely accused and then sued for hacking his website and destroying his “life’s work.” The hack and destruction had been the work of CWRU employees Chris Fenton and Janis Kaghazwala, according to Miller.
Halder’s “life’s work” had become his creation of the Worldwide Indian Network in 1999 that by 2000 consisted of 50,000 contacts of Asian Indians he wanted to help create their own businesses inside the United States of America with plans of going global. As India has embraced Communism since 1920, Halder was on a mission to narrow the wealth gap between the poor and the rich.
The love of Communism in India makes those entering the nation liars on their federal immigration forms as it is outlawed as a “subversive organization” in the United States of America under the National Security Act of 1950 and the Communist Control Act of 1954. Each of Harris’ parents are and were Marxists. As Asian Indians, Communist Chinese and Russians have grown in numbers inside the United States of America since 1965. Their Communist-influenced “workers of the world unite” thinking has infiltrated American academia to corrupt the minds of this nation’s citizens as teachers in public schools, universities, medicine and science.

When Halder sued Miller, individually, Hundert’s administration assigned a legal team to help him. Halder was representing himself as a pro se litigant. Had CWRU’s legal team and Court of Common Pleas Judge Peggy Foley Jones verified his alien status Halder might have been delivered to ICE for incarceration and removal instead of allowing his case to proceed.
Halder was tried and convicted by then Cuyahoga County prosecuting attorney William D. Mason. Assistant prosecuting attorney Rick Miller handled the case and wanted the death penalty. The illegal alien, instead, is incarcerated for life at the Londonville Correctional Institution at a cost of $25,000 a year.

Not only should CWRU’s Hundert have overseen workers to check the illegal Indian alien’s immigration documents with the United States Department of State; the illegal alien shouldn’t have been sold a Cobray M-11, a 9mm Ruger and over 800 rounds of ammunition. He shouldn’t have been sold a “flack jacket” or an “army helmet.” He shouldn’t have been allowed to work at CWRU or remain at the university as a 62-year-old illegal alien or anywhere else he held a job in the nation.
A copy of Halder’s CWRU personnel file will more than likely not include a copy of the I-9 form all employers are required to submit to the U.S. Department of Labor prior to hiring any alien or claimed “naturalized” citizen. They’re required to first verify that the aliens are here legally.
Before he took over the Peter B. Lewis building and slaughtered Wallace, Halder had emailed the entire CWRU campus on August 27, 2000 to broadcast his thoughts about Miller who believed the alien Asian Indian wanted him dead. Miller asked CWRU for protection as well as Cleveland Heights police.
Halder had described Miller as an “evil man” when it was actually Chris Fenton and his foreign-named girlfriend, Janis Kaghazwala, who had harmed him. Both were fired by CWRU after the trial when Halder’s attorney traced the phone number that had hacked his website to Kaghazwala.
When Wallace’s family sued CWRU for negligence, Cuyahoga County’s judges ruled in favor of the university. So did the 8th District Court of Appeals. They bear no responsibility for the acts of the illegal aliens they’re welcoming into the United States of America in violation of federal immigration or espionage laws.
