One of its former partners, John Altorelli, dated Russian spy Anna Vasilyevna Kushchenko aka Anna Chapman. Another attorney was asked to spy after the FSB raided its Russian offices on July 16, 2009.
DLA Piper “deputy senior partner” Roger Lane-Smith was investigated by FBI Director Christopher Wray in a cooperative global investigation with Britain’s Scotland Yard. Lane-Smith was appointed a trustee of the Carroll Foundation Trust right before a three-continent embezzlement scheme was revealed and global agents working with INTERPOL seized records.
DLA Piper has specifically been accused of running a corporate smokescreen for embezzling $250 million from Gerald Carroll’s treasury investment holdings at Queen’s bankers Coutts & Co and Barclays International. DLA Piper, Harris’ husband’s law firm, is right now in the middle of the HBSC bank scandal in Britain.
One of its clients, Farellgas, is suing DLA Piper because then global co-chair attorney Thomas Califano was representing Redwood Capital who owns competing Thompsongas as a “mystery” client on the other side of its debt restructuring strategies.
This is the same “ethically conflicted” law firm that employed fired ex-FBI Director James Comey’s brother, attorney Peter Comey, during all the drama about President Donald Trump, Rosneft and ex-British MI6 agent Christopher Steele’s report about the president being in a Moscow hotel with two pissing Russian hookers. This was during the 2016 campaign for President of the United States of America between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
So let’s put some pieces of an intricate political global puzzle together.
The law firm of the husband of the “possible” next vice president of the United States of America represents Vladmir Putin’s Rosneft. It does today and did during the 2016 campaign for president of the United States of America as an unregistered agent of the Russian and Chinese governments.
A search of the United States Department of Justice’s Foreign Agents Registration Act database for all registrants since the 1938 federal law’s enactment by the United States Congress shows DLA Piper registering as agents of the governments of Saudi Arabia, India, Afghanistan, Mexico, Thailand, Haiti, Cote D’Ivorie and a few others. Nothing for the Russian Federation or The People’s Republic of China; although the firm has represented both Rosneft for Putin and Cathay Pacific Airways owned by the government of China for President Xi Jinping. Registration is not an option. It’s mandatory.
The law firm where Harris’ husband is a partner in August 2018 asked a U.S. District Court in Delaware to oversee Crystallex National crop’s $1.2 billion sale of shares in Citgo Petroleum Corp’s parent company on behalf of a Swiss unit of Rosneft. Records on file with the United States Department of Justice reveal that DLA Piper did not register as an agent of either the Swiss or Russian government for this transaction.
DLA Piper is well-represented “behind the scenes” in Clinton’s U.S. Senate email investigation as a donor to her and Bill’s foundation of around $100,000 at the time Steele was working on his investigation of Trump for her 2016 presidential campaign. It’s office players are identified in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Inspector General’s report about Clinton email. 568 pages.
One of DLA Piper’s former attorneys, Tashina Gauhar, is an Indian woman like Harris. She’s somewhat like Harris as her father’s not a British Jamaican. Both her parents are Indian.
Gauhar infiltrated the United States Department of Justice after leaving DLA Piper where she enventually ended up working as an assistant director of its national security division for Barack Obama under Eric Himler Holder as United States Attorney General. Obama was serving as President of the United States of America.
Gauhar is identifed as one of the most “seditious” players in the USDOJ Inspector General’s report about the Clinton email scandal. She’s also disappeared off the internet. Gone. No pictures. The one Indian attorney who people think is her in a picture is actually Vanita Gupta who Holder assigned to lead the Civil Rights Division of the USDOJ after Thomas Perez, a Guatamalen immigrant, was elevated to lead the Democratic National Convention to steal the 2020 presidential election.
Gupta and Lisa Foster led Holder and Obama’s “Access to Justice” intitiative and the “civil reviews” of the police departments led by incompetent mayors and councils who let them slaughter unarmed citizens like Michael Brown, Eric Garner, Timothy Russell, Malissa Williams, Tamir Rice, John Crawford and more. No criminal prosecutions for their killers.
The “federal” criminal prosecutions of police under the Obama administration were saved for the cops whose crimes involved assaults against illegal aliens. Perez took down four “Anglo’s” in East Haven, Connecticut for arresting illegal “Latino” immigrants who were stealing the identities and social security numbers of natural born Americans and legal citizens to acquire drivers licenses, attend schools, work and own businesses.
DLA Piper’s “global chairman,” a British citizen and attorney named Andrew Darwin, operates out of London where he personally would have no regard for protecting the “national security” of the United States of America from his law firm’s Russian or Chinese clients. Darwin, individually, is not under the “jurisdiction” of the United States of America as the global director of the 3rd largest law firm in the world. A foreign national directing citizens of the United States of America from foreign shores sounds like espionage.
Darwin can “Zoom” his meetings with Emhoff. Emhoff can “Zoom” meetings with DLA Piper’s Russian and Chinese government clients throughput the global firm’s internal network of over 5000 attorneys in 40 nations.
The convenience of the internet still does not give Emhoff or DLA Piper the authority to be of “domestic concern” to the Government of the United States of America while operating under the direction of foreign government clients inside the United States in violation of the Logan Act and Espionage Act; and without registering as the agents of their foreign government clients.
Emhoff, like is wife, may not be a legal citizen of the United States of America. As a “Russian” his citizenship status, nor that of his parents or grandparents, should simply be accepted. Harris’ Marxist-influenced father has publicly admitted that he is a British born citizen of Jamaica. Like her husband’s law firm, Harris’ father has never registered as an agent of the Jamaican government like his mentor: Sir William Arthur Lewis.
Harris and Lewis entered the United States of America in 1959. Harris under a student visa to attend school at the University of California at Berkeley. Lewis under a work visa to teach at Princeton. At the time Lewis arrived he was a chancellor for the University of the West Indies owned by the Government of Jamaica.
Harris was his employee and a student who completed a report for Jamaica using the University of California’s computers and access to national defense secrets in 1964. Lewis was Ghana’s economic adviser under President Kwame Nkrumah. Lewis did not register as an agent of the governments of Jamaica and Ghana.
Harris did not register as an agent of the Government of Jamaica, as a University of the West Indies “official” under Lewis’ supervision, while claiming to be a student. Even now he works for the Government of Jamaica as an unregistered agent. The citizenship issues raised by his own published statements, and unreported activities on behalf of the Jamaican government, as an alien on a student visa in 1959 would have made him ineligible for continued citizenship once it expired. Failing to take care of the two girls he fathered with Shyamala Gopolan would have also made him ineligible for continued citizenship.
Emhoff’s role in the “foreign controlled” law firm is compelling knowing it is operating as an unregistered agent of foreign governments on U.S. soil on behalf of Communist officials who are actively seeking to undermine and overthrow ours. Russia and China. It makes Harris’ Russian husband’s decision to enter the White House as the “unpaid” husband to a “Dreamer” vice president, who will have access to even more national security secrets of interest to his law firm’s undisclosed clients, suspicious.
Harris and her husband have secrets Americans are going to learn. The U.S. Senator’s father told his daughter to leave “this job” alone. My own father once described a relative as having eyes bigger than their stomach. That’s what I heard in Donald Harris’ admonition to his child.
Be careful for what you ask. You just might get it.
