“Me Too” liar should be charged for trying to make New York cops her personal hit men

CLEVELAND, OH – The “Me Too” movement just took a big hit.  The headline I’m expecting to read is the one where New York city prosecuting attorney Cy Vance decides to teachex-Franklin Templeton manager Amy Cooper and other New Yorkers who do this shit a lesson.  My gut feeling is he’ll revoke what she thought was a”white privilege card.”

FAIR USE:  American Negro Christian Cooper’s superior intellect saw through the Emmett Till-like fate Amy Cooper’s evil soul intended for him.  Instead of destroying a Harvard graduate and former Marvel Comics editor who’d done her no wrong,  Amy Cooper’s own small mind and deceitful soul destroyed Amy’s once blessed life.

Vance was blasted for taking a pass on prosecuting movie producer Harvey Weinstein.  Maybe he knew from reading thousands of reports and investigating thousands of claims that turned out to be lies that some women were liars.  Now that he has a real liar on video, a prosecutor with an attitude about this lying on men “Me Too” bullshit might decide to make Cooper an example.

There’s no way New York Mayor Bill DiBlasio, whose wife is an American Negro and son is mixed like the nation’s more than 280 million majority, should simply condemn Cooper as the municipal corporation’s chief law enforcement officer and ignore the “felony” level of offenses her conduct generated against her.  Adding up all the time New York officials, including himself, had to strip from the budget to use to address her lie can’t be less than $100,000.  More now that the city has no other choice, since her crimes are known, but to enforce its own ordinances and the state’s laws.

Cooper has forever put herself in a place where 20 years from now she can’t lie about how who she described as an “African American” man as having threatened or attacked her in Central Park.  In this case the American Negro man she lied on’s quick thinking recorded her lying azz before Donald Trump ran a full page ad in the New York Post calling for him to be put to death.

Trump, if he’s really committed to not being a racist no mo’, himself, can show he’s sorry by assigning U.S. Attorney General William Barr to figure out a creative way to investigate both the female Cooper and the Franklin Templeton firm.   If she’s got this type of attitude about American Negroes that police, to her, are like security; they can’t be an equal opportunity employer.  How many American Negroes do they employ or encourage to obtain Series 7 licenses to be a stock broker?

If New York city’s prosecutors are fair and unbiased, Cocker Spaniel abuser and slanderer Amy Cooper will face criminal charges for the Class A misdemeanor offense of “falsely reporting an incident in the third degree” as a violation of the city’s Public Law 240.50.  It’s a first degree misdemeanor that comes with up to 364 days in jail.  She should also be criminally charged with animal cruelty and violating the city’s “leash law” under its health code.

FAIR USE:  Manhattan Prosecutor Cy Vance should enforce the laws as intended against Amy Cooper; but he should not make an example of her. Prosecutors and judges making examples of American citizens implies they’re being selected for selective enforcement of laws they normally don’t enforce against others and give extremely harsh penalties. It violates 18 U.S.C. 241 and 242 when they do as the American’s treatment is disparate because of some factor.

A 4th charge could be “menacing in the third degree” under Section 120.15 of the state’s penal code  since she intended for police to commit some harm against audubon enthusiast Christian Cooper.

They’re not “known” to be related although in this nation, unless she’s an Eastern European immigrant descendant whose name was “Anglicized” to Cooper, a DNA test might place the two as distant Protestant Christian relatives linked to slavery and indentured servitude.  Pre-Civil War Americans numbering more than 280 million are this nation of 315 million’s Christian majority.

The investment firm of Franklin Templeton the female Cooper worked for was founded by Rupert Johnson, Sr. in 1947; a man who admired U.S. Constitution signer and writer Benjamin Franklin and honored him with the use of his name.  In 2004 the investment company paid the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) $20,000,001 to settle a $52 million conflict of interest.   Its 485 on Forbes’ Fortune 500.

A liar in an investment firm the SEC already investigated for lying about a conflict-of-interest may be the reason the female Cooper was terminated with such immediacy.  Client’s she may have handled would have concerns about her credibility.  Franklin Templeton is multi-national and handles trades for foreign governments.  Russia and Communist China among them.  With brokers “taking orders” from the officials of foreign governments that benefit another nation’s government, and they’re not registered with the U.S. Department of Justice, Rupert Johnson, Jr. doesn’t need preying eyes in his family firm’s affairs because of a racist like Cooper’s self-created lying to police drama.

The problem with headlines that simply describe the female Cooper as “white” is that from this nation’s perspective she may not be all “that” white; and the American Negro all that “African American.” Dr. Michael Nochomovitz of University Hospitals is a Russian Jew from South Africa who calls himself an African American.  That limited editorial consciousness around the public controversy is ignorantly incomplete.

Much of this nation’s racial drama is coming from immigrants bringing foreign views on race and religion to an 85 percent Protestant Christian majority nation of mixed people.  There are European immigrants among us who view the bloodlines of “whites” in our nation as impure because of how we’ve mixed with each other for over 400 years. The same with some of the nation’s Asian and Spanish-speaking recent arrivals.  Trump at his first State of the Union address featured an American Negro family that had been terrorized out of their homes by armed Guatemalen MS-13 members.

FAIR USE:  Carolyn Bryant now Carolyn Donham lied 14-year-old Emmett Till into being lynched in Mississippi in 1955. The consciousness and soul of Carolyn Bryant resides in Amy Cooper. Bryant apologized for her lie, but it was long after Emmett was dead. Amy Cooper apologized after she lost her job. She didn’t apologize to Cooper when she was lying in front of him to a New York dispatcher.

What Cooper’s conduct showed was the thinking of an un-Christian racist.  We know nothing about the kind of “ethnic white” the female Cooper is that would cause her to treat another American citizen so viciously.  It’s ignorantly incomplete, demeaning to white women and intentionally racially-inflammatory for headlines just to describe the woman as “white” as if all white American fear American Negro men.

There’s been no DNA divide between the “seed” of the inhabitants of this nation whose ancestors built it.  Christian American women who are “white” have made American Negro men their lovers and fathers of their children even during slavery.  So have the daughters of all of this nation’s European immigrants and their descendants.  This “fear of black men” bullshit is the media creation of foreigners and their descendants; and reporters exploting fear for profit.  The female Cooper sought to exploit the type of fear that resulted in Emmett Till’s lynching.

The fact she’s white is irrelevant to some extent because women lie on men all the time to police, prosecutors and judges about acts of violence, rape and other crimes like this one that never occurred.  I covered the police beat for the Cleveland Press inside the city’s justice center in 1981 a year before it closed.  Check the newspaper’s clips that year for the story I wrote about the county’s Rape Crisis Center.

Editor & Publisher featured the “all crime news” Crime Reporter tabloid I published for two years that ran a page of rape and assault claims women made against me; and I’m a former mayor and director of public safety.  I’ve read “thousands” of police incident reports, charging documents, trial transcripts and dealt with a lover’s quarrel between a firefighter and his girlfriend; and her allegations against him.   I believe Bill  Cosby’s accuser, Andrea Constand, is no different than Amy Cooper.  Same initials … too.  Both liars and I could care less what facts Philadelphia’s district attorney twisted into a conviction against him.

Rape Crisis Center director Jan Rench disagreed with me publishing the names of rape victims in my Crime Reporter.  From my perspective the decision made sense after a public defender called to let me know he’d gotten a man off because he’d learned the victim filed false complaints against other men.

The female Cooper “intentionally” selected the words she chose and the amount of “emotion” she added to her voice to create an impression in the mind of the New York police dispatcher she called that her life was in imminent danger.  The video shows her initiating the call with a calmer tone than before she started “acting” terrified.

Before the call to “use” law enforcement officers in her racist scheme, the female Cooper is shown “approaching” the male Cooper with her dog. He told HER to stay back. If she was in fear of him she would have run away.  It’s why the dispatcher was seeking more information. Why all the drama anyway?

FAIR USE:  Franklin Templeton CEO Jennifer Johnson was appointed to lead the global investment firm last November 2019. In April 2020 she had to cancel six high risk and so-called high yield debt fund schemes in India. Now the Amy Cooper drama drags the company’s name into another spotlight that rattles investors; and that’s on top of the class action the law firm of Chimcles & Tikellis is planning. They’ve accused Franklin Templeton of engaging “in a pattern and system of “market timing” and/or “late trading” in connection with Franklin Templeton operation of the Franklin Templeton funds. That’s on top of the Security and Exchange Commission of India’s May letter that they are under an investigation. The U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission got them, too. Is this the place where Amy Cooper perfected her lying? Come on Jenny. First woman CEO and now all this drama.

The male Cooper had simply asked the female Cooper to leash her dog as required by New York city’s health ordinances in the Ramble area of Central Park; and given the animal treats to ease the type of conversation a person who knows they’re violating the law doesn’t want to hear from someone else.   Cooper saw a “nigger” telling her what to do and didn’t like it.

On the streets with the 300 Guardian Angel volunteers I organized in Cleveland, Youngstown and Columbus, Ohio with Curtis Sliwa between 1981-83, I deployed the “gentle” approach with folk whose anarchist conduct caused us to interact with them.

The male Cooper said he kept the treats to lessen the tension for people like the female Cooper. Everything he did to keep the interaction civil was twisted by her into evil intent because the “anarchist” wanted to violate the city’s law and ignore the park’s “established order.”

1a person who rebels against any authority, established order, or ruling power  2a person who believes in, advocates, or promotes anarchism or anarchy especially one who uses violent means to overthrow the established order

Here’s how New York should see her conduct.

The female Cooper’s call stole the dispatcher’s time.  The municipal worker was paid in public funds to spend time on a false call.  The call consumed space on the city’s computer dispatching system and is now a public record people like me will ask them to use their publicly-funded time to deliver.

The female Cooper diverted police away from a legitimate emergency and created a manpower shortage.  She stole their time, too. The trip to the location cost gas and added wear and tear to the public vehicle.  More theft because of her false call.

City resources were used to create an information report to close out Cooper’s false 911 call.  Especially now because of the drama.  Again, a public record municipal workers will have to take their time to deliver to someone like me or Christian Cooper’s attorneys should he choose to fully-exercise his rights.

It appears Amy Cooper used Franklin Templeton’s account with a news release service to issue a statement. Her paid statement is supposed to suffice as an “apology” to the “person” whose life her malicious call to police placed in jeopardy; and whose good name as an audubon science editor she recklessly sought to smear. I’ve read no reports where she has personally reached out to him. She also addressed him as “Chris” instead of “Mr. Cooper.” She had never met this man before lied on him; and now her “sincere” apology demeans him more as an American Negro “Man” by refusing to address someone she doesn’t know, appropriately, as “Mister.” She’s foolish enough to think that in some way she’s still superior and calling shots. In her mind the statement means “it’s over” and she gets to go back to her managing job at Franklin Templeton when the drama dies down. Prosecute her … New York. Cooper’s sorry she got caught lying. That’s it. She’s still lying.

The female Cooper slandered the male Cooper and misused the criminal justice system to share “carefully chosen words” to make him look like a criminal.   A man whose life was private is now public; and there are those on social media now siding with her over him based on her “false light” portrayal of the events to a police dispatcher during what’s now a public controversy.

There’s a “hate” element Cooper added to her crime against the city of New York and the malciously slanderous words about the male Cooper because of his skin color, ethnic origins and possibly religion if he’s a Christian and she’s a member of a faith that hates those of us who make up the nation’s 80 percent religious majority.

The “white woman” whose ethnic and religious origins the public doesn’t know,  recklessly and without regard for the consequences, made an un-Christian malicious call to municipal employees to engage them in her racist scheme to cause harm to an American Negro whose constitutional rights she intended for armed law enforcement officers “on her side” to violate.

In her mind she was convinced he’d be subjected to “disparate treatment” under the law because of a false belief in “white privilege.”  Had he died as a result of her maliciousness, this evil soul would have created a legal liability for the city and another stain on law enforcement when the video of her calling them was released after his death.  New York’s police department would have one more violated American Negro man’s civil lawsuit to defend and pay.

The police officers involved in her evil scheme would need counseling to deal with the aftermath of their being used to hurt someone;’ or take that person’s life.  Not every law enforcement officer’s heart is as hard as the female Cooper’s.  I’ve negotiated drug and psychological counseling into police labor union agreements like every other mayor in the nation’s 19,429 cities, villages and townships.  The majority of the nation’s nearly 400,000 law enforcement do have souls and consciences even if they do, in Ohio, have 900 hours less training than my barber; and less than 40 hours on court cases … not laws.

There’s the costs of prosecutor’s and the office’s workers looking up and preparing charges, copying, utilities, benefits, pensions, arraignment and now the municipal court’s costs are involved. All this government waste because of a malicious racist liar.

FAIR USE:  New York Mayor Bill and First Lady Chirlane DeBlasio have a First Son they love. Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson’s 12 years in office didn’t help his grandson with better schools, better trained and less violent police so his life and interactions with them would be different. DeBlasio’s got a chance to ensure New York’s laws are enforced “evenly” instead of selectively against American Negroes; and for the sake of his son he should ensure Amy Cooper is criminally charged. She tried to use New York police as her personal hit men. Fairness dictate that she be held accountable.

Bloggers who “hyped” the story for “click bait ad dollars” have already made their money and appear now to think headlines like “White woman apologizes” will make her crimes and now known evil intent go away.  Cooper committed serious crimes in the park that will gain her no sympathy for the way she may have treated another member of her possible “DNA family” who shared her family’s last name.

Again, that’s unless her’s adopted it so they could appear “Anglicized” to fit in with our nation’s White Anglo Saxon Protestants, but keep their old pure blood European nation of origin’s same cultural and religious perspective against the people they appear to be.  The problem with this “pure blood” bullshit is Europe’s Africa’s next door neighbor; and Europeans have had curly hair for millions of years.  Adolph Hitler was not a blonde.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
