CLEVELAND, OH -New York Governor Mario Cuomo and the state’s Attorney General, Letitia James, are enforcing an unconstitional law the general assembly enacted last year that will allow millions of illegal aliens to register and vote in this year’s federal elections up to the day of the election. One out of four New Yorkers is an immigrant or undocumented alien.

Ohio’s General Assembly should order Attorney General David Yost to lead other states affected by the oily move Cuomo, James and New York’s general assembly made; and challenge that state’s right to seat congressional representatives in Congress. The two anarchist state elected officials, in color of law conspiracy with New York’s immigrant-controlled general assembly, appear to be making a last minute rush to steal congressional districts from states like Ohio, Alabama, Pennsylvania and others during this year’s census reapportionment.
Ohio had 21 congressional seats in 1990. 19 in 2000. 18 in 2010 and we could drop to 17 in 2020. Had the illegals not been counted in 11 states in the 2010 Census, California would have lost six congressional districts and Ohio’s would have increased to 19. Some of our federal money went to them.
Governor Richard Michael DeWine and his ex-quack health director’s crazed way of turning the common cold and flu season into a pandemic obstructed not only the state’s primary federal elections, but the census count. Unconstitutionally closing businesses and sheltering the state’s workers and residents has made a credible 2020 Ohio census impossible; and could cost the state more than the one seat it’s already projected to lose.
Cuomo appears to have concocted his scheme two years ago after Election Data Services conducted a reapportionment analysis showing the state would lose two seats. One will be lost because 19,648 residents left the district. New York had 45 congressional representatives in 1950. The 2020 reduction will take the state from 27 to 25.
The anarchist and immigrant-controlled politicians New York’s sleazy Cuomo leads have not been alone in their attempt to give illegals “sanctuary” city and state access as residents and voters to boost congressional-seat and money-stealing “reapportionment” statistics.
Nearly 12 million illegal aliens are spread across the nation’s 52 states. They’ve “re-herded” in 20 metropolitan areas. The largest numbers are also in the 11 states that ridiculously registers everyone applying for a drivers license to vote. There are 13 in total.
What each of the 11 “big immigrant” states general assemblies have done in between census counts, particularly within the past five years, is rush to tie the issuance of a drivers license to voter registration. They’ve also enacted laws allowing residents of their states to register up to the day of the election. Mail-in voting allows this fraud on the federal elections to be executed.
New York passed its “let the illegals vote” law in December 2019 right before the federal primaries. Cuomo then sent the nation, with DeWine’s help, into an anti-Trump “coronavirus” panic with the help of 1 in 4 immigrants now working in New York media.
California, another state on that “sanctuary” bullshit, “documented” 1800 registered illegal aliens during the first six months of its drivers license / voter registration law. California’s general assembly, however, did not give illegals voting rights like Cuomo’s general assembly did in New York.
What these idiots expected was criminals in the nation illegally with forged documents to tell the truth that they’re not citizens on official government applications. Shit like this makes me appreciate the tight way Ohio’s voting laws have been enforced.

But she did it 115 years later; and after the illegal Russian aliens built a housing and property empire off the American politicians Ratners like her father, Bruce, bribed on New York city council.
Trump asked Ross in a “memo” not to count illegals in the 2020 Census. It would have disrupted the congressional seat theft as well as preventing the misappropriation of federal dollars to illegals and undocumented workers local mayors, police, prosecutors and judges should be removing from each of the nation’s 19,429 municipal corporations instead of providing sanctuary. A panel of three-federal judges decided the fate of the president’s instructive “memo” on the laws Ross was applying to the census.
The three federal judges ruled that every person in the nation has to be counted. The issue for natural born Americans is how the illegals, here criminally with forged Ratner-like documents, can be “separately-identified” away from us in the census count.
The issue for the illegals is they don’t want to be identified away from us because their presence in the nation is criminal; and so is their being employed and working. So is their driving cars without insurance, voting and even holding office.
After infiltrating the state and now its workforces, the 25 percent immigrant population of New York has now joined and control some of its labor unions and locals. Immigration has nothing to do with organized labor as any recipient of public funds must be lawfully allowed to receive them. Undocumented immigrants now have access to the $300,000 a year union boss salaries at the taxpayer’s expense.
Cuomo and the New York general assembly’s decision to give illegals access to the vote now gives them access to the precinct organizations of each political party and government officials with whom they can steal national defense secrets. Cuomo and New York’s general assembly have literally given illegals the ability to organize, fund and promote a political message around their agenda with tax dollars. It’s why so many immigrants were “headliners” during the Democratic National Committee’s convention.
One 1199 SEIU local is among the many in New York that are “all immigrant.” This means New York city government officials are now forced to enter organized labor contracts with unions now controlled by illegal aliens working and being employed illegally. It makes every New York politician a slave to the political agendas of foreigners from multiple nations whose true names and backgrounds they can never know.
Scott Stringer, the Russian American comptroller of New York city, announced on August 31, 2020 that he was paying $2 million in what he described as “stolen prevailing wages” to undocumented criminals in the nation working and being employed illegally. Any government official negotiating a labor agreement with an illegal alien should be prosecuted under the Espionage Act as they have no idea to whom they’re giving government money and access to national defense secrets. This shit is insane.
Prevailing wages are federal and state law requirements forced on local “governments” because of that Communist union filth Russian Samuel Gomperz (aka Gompers) immigrated here and founded in 1881. States like Indiana, Alabama and others, particularly throughout the south, make it unlawful to negotiate with them. Ohio did until a child of immigrants named Richard F. Celeste was elected governor in 1982.
Congress should have long ago outlawed the 1931 Davis Bacon Act, the federal prevailing wage law, because it was intended to prevent southern American Negro men from competing with the unions that came from the evil of American Federation of Labor Gompers’ mind. “Never let a nigger touch a tool,” was their secret motto. Every report coming out of the CATO Institute ain’t bad. Read David Bernstein’s “1993” CATO report captioned: “The Davis Bacon Act: Let’s bring Jim Crow to an end.”
New York’s large immigrant population doesn’t like the “citizenship” question on the 2020 U.S. Census. Since Cuomo and the state’s mayors didn’t assign police to enforce the federal immigration laws “states rights” under the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution gave them the authority to enforce, they’re now bending to the political machine illegal immigrants have built that their “sanctuary” policies created.
Cuomo’s perspective of the nation looms larger only because of where he’s located. His views on immigration, as the grandson of immigrants, is not reflective of the nation’s more than 300 million “pre-Civil War” majority. If 25 percent of his resident population are immigrants it explains the large immigrant presence on the reporting staffs of the national and international media organizations headquartered there. That city’s media organizations are no longer “American.”
This is the “voter suppression” discussion taking place across the U.S. It’s not about the suppression of “Black” voting rights from the perspective of American Negroes who experienced Jim Crow segregation. The “illegal aliens” want “voting rights” as a “civil right” they are not entitled to receive as non-citizens here unlawfully. They also want the opportunity to seek public office. They’re making a “national” power grab through the Democratic National Committee’s local organizations under the “progressive” label.
What’s been happening is that the “Black, minority and persons of color” label now applies to everyone but American Negroes whose families experienced Jim Crow laws, as illegal Africans, Guatemalens, Dominicans, Haitians, Cubans, Brazilians, English, French, Italian, Chinese, Indian and Canadians who look like us want voting rights and access to our political offices. The “Black” label now applies to the “Rachel Dolezal’s” who, like the transgender community, “identify” with whom they “choose” to associate.
Some of this New York political anarchism is designed to ensure that President Trump is defeated in November. New York’s 25 percent immigrant presence in the city’s media workforce makes sure everyone in the world hears “their” perspective that he’s a racist. It’s another word the illegals have appropriated as if they have a civil right to enter the nation in violation of our laws and receive the equal rights and privileges of natural born Americans.
Ohio and Alabama residents exist under correctly tight voter registration laws and both stand to lose congressional seats to New York and California. Both of our state’s congressional seats, if they are taken with the help of illegal aliens in 11 states voting unlawfully in federal elections, will more than likely be captured by one of them as a “first of their kind” in Congress. Then they’ll work internally to change our immigration laws to let more of them in.
Voting in “federal” elections is restricted to citizens both in the U.S. Constitution each elected official was administered an oath of office to obey; and in the nation’s federal laws enacted by Congress. The New York law was enacted by the general assembly last year to “intentionally” violate the U.S. Constitution and federal laws; and is unenforceable as it gives “non-citizens” voting rights.
