30,000 is the number of Ukrainian military personnel Russia’s reporting they’ve killed or wounded in the de-Nazification’s first 30 days

Zelenskyy's government is offering bribes to Russian soldiers to surrender and turnover jets, helicopters, tanks and more in exchange for up to $1 million in US dollars

CLEVELAND, OH – The Russian Federation is admitting to killing 14,000 and wounding 16,000 members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.  That’s the death and wounded toll since the former Soviet Union’s leading nation began its de-militarization and de-nazification military operation against the nationalist government of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.

In contrast Ukrainian armed forces killed 1,351 Russian troops and wounded 3,825 during the military operation’s first 30 days.  The number of dead and wounded Russian troops comes from the Russian Federation’s sources; and are not the estimates of Ukraine, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the United States Department of Defense.

Included among the 30,000 dead and wounded Ukrainian combatants are men Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made Russian military targets.  Their “civilian” lives were lost because Zelenskyy deployed his nationalist government’s armed forces to forcefully prevent 17 to 60 year old Ukrainian men who wanted no part of his war or neo-Nazi government from leaving.

Instead of fleeing Ukraine like the two presidents before him, Zelenskyy crazily encouraged non-combat trained Ukrainian men and women to use their own weapons and molotov cocktails in suicidal acts of terrorism against professionally-trained Russian combat soldiers.  Unlike his two predecessors, Zelenskyy decided to force Ukrainian men at gunpoint to risk their lives against trained warriors to save his job and neo-Nazi government.

In a nation of 42 million, over twice the size of Texas plus another 100,000 square miles, Zelenskyy ridiculously distributed 18,000 Avtomat Kalashnikov (AK-47) rifles to Ukrainian men who were not members of the professional armed forces or reservists combat trained to use them.  In his presidential decrees the nationalist nation’s president guaranteed that the men he supplied what Democrats call “assault rifles” would eventually become “genocide victims.”  Zelenskyy created the deadly reality for Ukrainians whose deaths he’s now exploiting.

Zelenskyy’s “decrees” make it impossible for him to claim that all of the estimated 300 dead civilian men and women in the city of Bucha were not Russian-hating Ukrainian war fighters following his orders.  It is why the official American policy should have been silence instead of President Joseph Robinette Biden and members of the United States Congress individually calling for Russian President Vladmir Putin to be charged as a war criminal.  When the smoke clears the facts on all sides will be examined without the onslaught of nerve-wracking drama Zelenskyy’s refusal to step down has brought the world and a Congress full of Logan Act violators.

The Russian Federation’s numbers tell a more precise story of the damage troops under Putin’s command have inflicted on Zelenskyy’s outnumbered and overpowered armed forces.   The precision comes from Russian military personnel conducting inventories of the military hardware, weapons and ammunition they’ve either destroyed or captured intact.

85 percent of the Javelin missiles the Biden administration wasted money delivering to Zelenskyy were destroyed within 30 days.  The destruction included 112 out of 152 aircraft.  75 out of 149 helicopters.  148 out of 180 S-300 and Buk M1 air defense systems.  1587 tanks out of 2416.  117 out of 300 radar stations.  All 35 of the Bayraktar TB2 drones Ukraine purchased from Turkey were destroyed.  Russian Federation forces report destroying 36 of the Turkish-made drones.

All of Ukraine’s military bases have been destroyed.  So have the airfields.  The 40 aircraft still intact have no place to launch.  It’s why Zelenskyy wants NATO to enact a no-fly zone since he now can’t get to or launch his aircraft.  Zelenskyy’s military is now forced to operate like heavily-armed nomads with shrinking opportunities to hide or replenish, reload and refuel as they follow Russian Federation troops into vanquished cities.  Once the Ukrainian nationalists are down to the last bullet or gallon of gasoline they’ll either surrender or die fighting the suicide mission Zelenskyy’s refusal to leave created for them.

This is an image of men and women burn victims from Bucha as published in the Kyiv Independent. Ukrainian armed forces members are taking credit for the column of destroyed Russian tanks their rockets struck in Bucha from a distance. The Russian Federation is blaming deaths like these on Ukrainian rockets.

The Russian Federation’s “de-militarization” of the Zelenskyy government’s armed forces explains why he has become an international nuisance who begs the world and blackmails Biden for more weapons and sacrificed American lives and interests.  If Ukraine were a NATO member Biden and his Russian-hating, Ukrainian blooded Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, would have already pressured Congress for authorization to send Americans there to die for Nazi’s we fought as Russia’s ally to defeat during World War II.  Blinken’s Ukrainian nationalist ancestry and Russophobia makes him unfit to represent the interests of Americans who were Russia’s allies against the Nationalists and Nazi’s during World Wars 1 and 2.

The shrunken inventory of destroyed or captured Ukrainian military hardware and weapons coincides with Zelenskyy and his foreign minister Dmitry Kulebra’s daily whining for help.  Promises have been made that have not been kept; so in an act of desperation the Ukrainian parliament passed a law on April 1, 2022 that offers rewards of up to $1 million for Russian military equipment.  The “parliament” in Ukraine is similar to the United States Congress and is called the “Rada.”

The $1 million is for a fighter jet or combat boats.  $500,000 for a combat helicopter.  $100,000 for a tank.  $10,000 for a truck.  There are various amounts for other military equipment and weapons.  The payments are in United States currency.

23 days after receiving $1.4 billion in aid from the International Monetary Fund, Ukraine’s nationalist parliament passed a law allowing them to bribe Russian soldiers for weapons in exchange for U.S. currency.

According to the bill’s delusional sponsor, Oleksandr Kornienko, Russian Federation soldiers are already demoralized so they might as well become traitors.  In the same mindset that Biden used to claim that economic sanctions would “deter” Putin from de-nazifying and de-militarizing Ukraine’s nationalist government, Kornienko believes Russian troops don’t know why they’re fighting and want to surrender.  Surrendering Russian soldiers taking Ukrainian bribes paid with America’s dollars is Kornienko’s solution to restocking his nationalist government’s weapons arsenal.

“We understand that, on the one hand, we have many willing soldiers of the aggressor country’s army to replenish their financial status, and we do not see anything wrong here – if they surrender not just individually, but also with their equipment. And this action has been going on for a long time.”

From a national security perspective Kornienko’s “bribes for weapons” bill confirms the success of the Russian Federation’s de-militarization campaign to the world.  So do the offer of payment for the bribe-delivered weapons in the currency of the United States of America.  It tells the world Ukraine’s got no money.

To legitimately receive access to United States currency requires the approval of the United States Secretary of the Treasury.  That person is Biden’s Polish-blooded and Russophobic appointee, Janet Yellen.

Last August 2021 the International Monetary Fund (IMF) gave Ukraine $2 billion in “special drawing rights” access to its quota in the 190 member organization.  In December 2021, Biden’s treasury secretary, Yellen, purchased $560 million of Ukraine’s $2 billion quota in our federal government’s currency and gave the Zelenskyy government access to the cash.  What the Zelenskyy government did with the $560 million it received two months before the Russian Federation’s military operation has not been investigated and disclosed.

On March 9, 2022, the executive board of the IMF voted to approve a “rapid financing instrument” that would deliver $1.4 billion in “emergency financing support” to the Zelenskyy government “to help meet urgent financing needs.”  The amount represents 50 percent of Ukraine’s remaining IMF quota.  They had $2.8 billion.

Ukrainian resistance against the Russian Federation has been futile.

Yellen reported to the House Financial Services committee of the United States Congress chaired by United States Representative Maxine Waters on April 5, 2022 that the money was intended for payroll and “debt obligations.”  What she did not disclose was the bribery for weapons scheme Ukraine’s parliament approved to be paid in American currency four days earlier on April 1, 2022.

“Rapid IMF and World Bank assistance has allowed Ukraine fiscal space to pay salaries for civilians, soldiers, doctors, and nurses, while also meeting its external debt obligations. These are admirable acts of credibility by a government under siege. IFI support is helping keep businesses and banks open in Ukraine and neighboring countries. IFIs are dedicating technical and surveillance expertise to provide critical insights on the depths of the economic crisis caused by Russia’s reckless actions. The IMF, World Bank, and EBRD will be critical partners in rebuilding Ukraine, alongside bilateral donors, and they also will provide vital support to neighboring countries welcoming refugees.”

This reporter from NBC Nightly News confirmed that Ukraine’s cell phone service is disrupted. No cell phone service. No internet service. No Ukrainian nationalist newspapers printed and delivered door to door across the nation. The Russian Federation’s cyber army has already blocked Russians from receiving foreign communications from the United States of America and other unfriendly Western nations. Who does Volodymyr Zelensky believes he’s communicating with if he’s not communicating with blocked and cut-off Ukrainians?

From a government perspective $560 million and $1.4 billion is not a lot of money.  The city of Cleveland’s municipal budget is slightly less than the $560 million Ukraine got from the U.S treasury through Yellen in December 2021.  Russia’s Su-35s fighter jet costs $85 million and Zelenskyy’s nationalists are offering $1 million.  What they’re offering and what Ukraine’s nationalist losers will be forced to pay a Russian traitor for a jet are two different numbers.

All of Zelenskyy’s political moves have been weak.  According to his economic minister, Yulia Svyrydenko, the troops under Putin’s command had done $564.9 billion in damage to Ukraine’s infrastructure and economy by the 41st day of the Russian Federation’s military operation.  Destroyed she said were more than 4,970 miles of roads and 10 million square meters of housing.

There are 7.5 homes to every 1000 square meters.  That’s over 75,000 destroyed homes based on her 10 million square meters estimate.   The number exceeds 100,000 when individual high rise apartment building units are included.   $564.9 billion and growing is a lot of support they believe will be coming in part from the pockets of American taxpayers.

Russian troops have destroyed this Ukrainian arsenal of military weapons; and the military base that stored them.

In an Atlantic Council online meeting with Logan Act violating members of Congress’ Ukrainian Caucus, United States Representatives Marcy Kaptur and Brian Fitzpatrick, on April 6, 2022 were told by Svyrydenko that Ukraine wanted a trade and investment relationship with the United States of America.  From the perspective of this article that was yesterday.

Svyrydenko is a “Millenial” who fails to see the writing on the wall of her own words about how much damage the Russian Federation has done to Ukraine; or who’s going to be in charge of the nation when Putin’s de-militarization and de-Nazification campaign is complete.  She actually believes Putin is going to let the Biden administration’s Blinken involve himself in the Donbas negotiations; and that Americans will support their nuclear aspirations after supporting Russia’s removal of Ukraine’s 1400 warheads in 1990.

“We would like to further develop cooperation in the fields of agriculture, nuclear and renewable energy, as well as in the aerospace sector. We strive to dramatically increase the volume of bilateral trade and attract American investors and technology to Ukraine.”

“We must work together to defend democracy and freedom and to oppose the authoritarian regime. We highly appreciate your participation in the fight against regimes that violate international law.”

This Ukrainian man’s father was killed by Russians. Now he’s out for vengeance and headed east to fight them

Svrydenko operates like Zelenskyy, Kornienko, Kulebra and every other person within the Ukrainian president’s line of communications.  They’re all on social media and caught in an artificial intelligence algorithm that’s feeding them the information associated with their searches.

They believe the estimates of Russian soldier deaths that fits their narratives.  They believe help is coming.  They believe they’re still in charge instead of characters in an Eastern European snuff film with diminishing opportunities to save their lives.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
