One of Kirsten Welker’s statements demonstrates why journalists lack the knowledge to question presidents and candidates as debate moderators

CLEVELAND, OH – The best aspect about Kirsten Welker’s presence at the second debate between President Donald Trump and private citizen Joe Biden is that she got out of the way and let the two talk.  Unlike that obnoxious idiot Chris Wallik aka Wallace, Welker wasn’t trying to prove she knew more than the president and didn’t appear to have an agenda.  The only reason Wallick has a career is because he’s Mike Wallick or Wallace’s son.  His father was equally as bad as a reporter.  Presidential debates should be moderated by former presidents, secretaries and cabinet members who have some “real” knowledge of the job.

Welker asked the following question around 26 minutes and 58 seconds into the debate.

“As of tonight, more than 12 million people are out of work. And as of tonight, 8 million more Americans have fallen into poverty, and more families are going hungry every day. Those hit hardest are women and people of color. They see Washington fighting over a relief bill. Mr. President, why haven’t you been able to get them the help they need? 30 seconds here.”

Trump responded.  “Because Nancy Pelosi doesn’t want to approve it. I do.”

Welker said, “But you’re the president.”

Trump said, “I do. But I still have to get, unfortunately… That’s one of the reasons I think we’re going to take over the House, because of her. Nancy Pelosi doesn’t want to approve anything because she’d love to have some victories on a date called November 3rd. Nancy Pelosi does not want to approve it. We are ready, willing, and able to do something. Don’t forget, we’ve already approved three plans. And it’s gone through, including the Democrats, in all fairness. This one, she doesn’t want. It’s near the election. Because she thinks it helps her politically. I think it hurts her politically.”

President Donald Trump made enforcement of the nation’s espioniage laws the center of his debate discussion as he identified specific violations of the Logan Act and Espionage Act committed by his son, Hunter Biden. When Trump outlined the kickback scheme that tied money from foreign agents back to Biden, the president was detailing the elements of the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations law known as the RICO Act that will result in the Bidens’ criminal indictment.

Trump’s response that “Nancy Pelosi doesn’t want to approve it” was correct had Welker recognized that the president is limited to enforcing bills enacted into laws by the U.S. Congress.  Pelosi is the Speaker of the House of Representatives, an office with duties described in federal laws.

Trump doesn’t want stimulus money going to illegal aliens even if 20,000 of them are first responders.  Pelosi and the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives under the party Biden now leads wants them included.  The U.S. Senate Mitch McConnell leads is under Republican control.  If Republicans win the U.S. House and Senate then natural born Americans and legal citizens, only, will be paid.  Trump’s words don’t often flow in a linear fashion as he’s not a writer.  It makes his thoughts easy to twist.

The “read between the lines” sources of information are on the government websites reporters like Welker “pick through” without reading the associative governing authorities or laws behind the structured relationship between the three branches of government her “but you’re the president” retort showed she did not fully understand.  It’s the problem I have with journalists who cover the federal, state and local governments without knowing any of the laws connected to the offices of the elected and public officials they’re interviewing.  The better sources of information that describe how a president and congress are discharging the duties of public offices comes in the form of annual audits, investigations, reports and litigation.

Consider that the Constitution of the United States of America contains the Preamble, seven Articles and the Bill of Rights under the first 10 amendments.  The United States Code is sectioned off into 53 “Titles” that are each filled with what I consider to be well-structured, easy-to-read laws in plain English that begins with “General Provisions” and ends with Title 54’s National Park Service and Related Programs.

The “Titles” are ordered alphabetically so the only reason “Aliens and Nationality” are found in Title 8 is because the word “alien” begins with an “a.”  Its location in Title 8 of the United States Code does not make that group of laws more important than those that follow in Title 10 under the heading “Armed Forces.”  The duties of the President are found in Title 3; and where all moderators questioning the President of the United States or candidates for the office should begin their research.

None of “the issues” Welker, Chris Wallace (aka Wallik) or previous presidential debate moderators have raised as questions to presidential candidates comes from the the two “governing authorities” I’ve shared above that details the duties of the elected public office.  What Welker, Wallace and every other moderator I’ve witnessed has done – since the the first televised debate that occurred between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon in 1960 – is question presidential candidates based on “news headlines” and “news topics.”  Pop politics.

Under this paradigm topics like the $15 minimum wage, racism, children in cages and the pandemic are more prominent than the enforcement of the Communist Control Act, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the Logan Act or Espionage Act as existing general and unsuspended laws.  The topic of immigration is driven today by the truth that so many media owners and people making money in this nation’s media like Trevor Noah are not legal citizens.  He hates Trump because he wants to stay … illegally.  The other reason the topic is important is because of “click bait” tactics used to generate wealth for blog owners of news sites that are not even close sources of truth.

Private citizen Joe Biden’s wife is Russian. So his daughters are half-Russian. His running mate, Kamala Harris, has a Russian husband. It’s interesting how he turned his son Hunter’s decision to leave his personal computer filled with email and pictures of him smoking crack with a technician into a claim that Russian Vladmir Putin delivered it to Rudy Giluiani. The Russians are being pointed to as infiltrating enemies of the U.S.; and they’re all up in his family. Trump’s too. Jared Kushner is Russian. So are several key members of Trump’s cabinet and 33 members of the U.S. Congress. Okay Joe. It’s the Russians. We all know.

No one gives a shit about 500 children whose illegal immigrant parents could come out of hiding at any time and retrieve them to be reunited for their trip back over the border.  The duty of the president is to obey and enforce Title 8 as the requests for the “Commander in Chief” not to enforce federal immigration laws, even if 500 children of criminal aliens suffer, are unlawful.

Millions of natural born American citizens of this nation are locked up away from their children for the crimes they’ve committed.  Tamir Rice’s grandmother was locked up away from his mother, Samaria Rice, when she was a 13-year-old teenager left to fend for herself.  Ex-East Cleveland mayor Gary Norton told Cleveland Magazine his mother was in the streets and addicted when he and his brother were children in California.  Lisa Montgomery’s children won’t ever see her again after the death sentence she got for carving Bobbi Jo Stinnett’s child out of her body is carried out on December 8, 2020.

Each natural born American woman was separated from their children.  The children of these natural born American citizens were separated from their parents.  Illegal immigrants voting illegally in this nation’s elections are delusional if they think either candidate is “not” going to enforce laws the U.S. Congress has not and will not change to let them stay here illegally just because 500 children of illegal aliens are in “cages.”  All their parents have to do is show up and pick up their children for the trip back across the border.

Rudy Guiliani’s name was mentioned by Biden.  During his interview with the Daily Caller the ex-New York mayor and former U.S. Attorney made reference to the Foreign Agent Registration Act that Hunter Biden violated.  Trump has talked about the Logan Act.

Each of the nation’s two espionage laws are more important to Americans concerned about the infiltration of foreign agents into the nation.  They exist as a companion to the nation’s immigration laws as national defense tools designed to keep out people who commit war crimes in other nations; and who have a mission of infiltrating and undermining this one.

Forest City Enterprises ex-chairman Albert Ratner brags how his illegal alien Russian father donated $25,000 to weaponize illegal Russian immigrants in Palestine against that nation’s existing citizens in 1948.  19 years later the Ratner seed money was used by the Russians who took over Palestine and now call it Israel to slaughter 34 U.S. sailors aboard the USS Liberty in 1967.  171 wounded.

Had Ratner’s illegal Russian alien father and uncles been deported instead of welcomed, along with all the other illegal alien Russians who entered the nation, those natural born U.S. citizens might not have died.  Twice money illegal Russian immigrants living in the U.S. has been used to attack American interests by the Soviets who now occupy Palestine.

Russian “American” FOX News host Chris Wallace (Wallik is his Russian surname) demonstrated absolutely no knowledge of the duties of a president when he moderated the first debate between President Donald Trump and private citizen Joe Biden.

Espionage was the subject of the “Russian collusion” investigation and a concern for Americans during this election and that last one thanks to Hillary Clinton, John McCain and the FBI’s infiltration of Trump’s campaign under fired ex-director James Comey.  Welker did not ask a single question about how either candidate would be using federal laws to protect the nation from what has been a very clearly Communist-inspired Red Summer II of 2020 series of Black Lives Matter and Antifa organized riots in 40 cities across the U.S.

Welker now has the title of “the first Black woman to moderate a presidential debate.”  Trump complimented her moderating style.  I agree that her presence did not get in the way of the messaging I heard about the level of traitorous acts the Biden family engaged in during his 8 years as Barack Obama’s vice president.

I am not stunned about her ignorance of the nation’s espionage laws or their importance.  Mainstream reporters cover immigrant children in cages instead of the very real espionage that’s threatening the national security of the United States of America.  It’s a deflection.  Americans are not racist for wanting to keep Communists and infiltrators out.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
