Sanders’ Sister City mayors in Russia were appointed by Gorbachev and Yeltsin

CLEVELAND, OH – When Russian American Bernie (Gitman) Sanders traveled as a private citizen with a 12-member group of disloyal individuals to the Russian nation that founded the Communist Soviet Union in 1988, none were there in any “official” capacity or under the “authority” of the United States government. It didn’t matter if Sanders called his group a “delegation” or that he held elected office as a “municipal mayor.”

No federal, state or local law “delegated” a “municipal mayor” or a private citizen the authority to commence discussions with the Communist mayor Communist Party Leader and President Mikhail Gorbachev appointed to lead Yaroslavl in Russia … Alexander Riabkov.

Commencing correspondence with a foreign government official is not authorized for “municipal mayors” under any local, state or federal law.

The duties of the mayor’s office Gitman-Sanders held were found in Vermont’s charter under Title 24, Chapter 3 Section 116.  This writer’s the former mayor of East Cleveland, Ohio John D. Rockefeller lived in as the world’s first billionaire. Mr. Rockefeller’s local choices for mayor and council wrote similar language in the charter that guided my official acts; and it’s fairly universal language for this nation’s 19,492 mayors and city managers around the nation.

The Mayor shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the City. The Mayor shall use his or her best efforts to see that the laws and City ordinances are enforced and that the duties of all subordinate officers are faithfully performed. The Mayor shall take care that the funds of the City are properly expended, and shall recommend to the consideration of the City Council whatever measures the Mayor may deem necessary for the prudent and efficient management of the affairs of the City. The Mayor shall also be the Chief Conservator of the Peace and Safety of the City and as such is empowered to control and direct the police force, in case of riot, insurrection, or other emergency, when the Mayor may take command of the whole police force, including the Chief Executive thereof, and may for the occasion appoint and commission as many special police officers as the Mayor may deem necessary, who shall have all the powers of regular members of the police force.

So when Gitman-Sanders delegated himself to commence correspondence to enter a Sister City relationship with Gorbachev’s appointed Yaroslavl mayor, without the approval of the U. S. Department of State, the conversation he commenced violated Chapter 18 and Section 793 of the United States Code.  Every word he uttered was criminal and from the mouth of a traitorous spy whose utterings and the documents he caused his Russian handlers to be delivered were pipelined directly to Russian presidents.

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.”

Gitman-Sanders glossed over the details of who his Russian counterpart in Yaroslavl was at his June 6, 1988 return home news conference; and who the Russian Communist Party’s mayor, Riabkov, had to receive bureaucratic approval from to create his backdoor pipeline of information to agents of his father’s homeland.  He was a fellow Russian and more trusted than the American Christians who had welcomed his father in 1921 from Stopnica, Poland.

They drank, got drunk and sang Russian and American folk songs together as Bernie fraternized with the descendants of brutal Communists who’d allegedly exterminated his fellow Russian “Polish” Jews and rounded them up in pogroms. The room was probably KGB “wired” as he enjoyed a funky “old country” good time.

Poland didn’t exist until around the time Sanders’ father, Eliasz Gitman, left Stopnica in 1921.  Prior to 1921 Poland’s nearly 4 million territorial inhabitants were split between Communist Russia, Fascist Austria-Hungary and Nazi Germany at each dominant nation’s borders.  Poles didn’t have a military.  During World War II half the nation was Nazi while the other half was Communist.

Sanders was raised in a Christian nation of 300 million, but his Hebrew education didn’t prepare him for an academic life in high school and college rooted in American Christian culture.  He was a poor student.  John Wayne wasn’t his hero.  He’s a Tevye from “Fiddler on the Roof” man and hasn’t been able to adjust.

Americans don’t sit around half-naked in bath houses drinking, eating steak and smoking cigars like the schvitz at E. 116th and Kinsman next to and behind Family Dollar.  Jews crucified the Jesus loved by over 300 million Americans in this nation with American Revolution and pre-Civil War roots.  We don’t forget about slavery.  It’s “extremely” offensive to even suggest it.

The Son of Russia returned to the U.S. crowing about his ancestral culture, public transportation and youth programs under the Communists.  He’d left out the drama between Gorbachev and Communist Party First Secretary Boris Yelstin a year earlier after their internal Commie fight in 1987.  Yeltsin attempted suicide after Gorbachev dogged the ex-construction worker in public and forced him to resign his Commie party office.  Gitman-Sanders admitted to using words in Russia that caused discredit to this nation.

Gitman-Sanders did not disclose at his June 6, 1988 news conference if he was meeting with U.S. intelligence officials to learn how “our” side might benefit from the unauthorized relationship he was entering with Communist municipal officials between Gorbachev and Yeltsin’s dictatorial control.  It’s not known if he told “our” side what he learned.

The then mayor’s disloyal and unsupervised azz appears to have simply opened up the “national defense secrets” contained within the records of Burlington’s city government, library and academic institutions to experienced, disciplined and supervised Russian agents of a Communist government.

Burlington Mayor and Russian American Miro Weinberger’s original Yaroslavl handler was picked up by Russian police and jailed on charges he’d asked a contractor for a $1.2 million bribe. Ex-Yaroslavl Mayor Yevgeny Urlashov’s doing 12 years. Did Weinberger report his handler’s troubles to Burlington city council? How is a foreign relationship with atheist Russian scumbags better than one with Christian American scumbags? This is some of the crap that’s come out of Sander’s so-called “Sisters City” deal with Yaroslavl.

Gitman-Sanders was out of the mayor’s office and in Congress in 1991 when Yeltsin defeated Gorbachev and took over Russia as president for 8 years.  By then Burlington Mayor Peter Clavelle, who replaced Gitman-Sanders, was being handled by Russian Communist and Yaroslavl Mayor Viktor Volonchunas.  Volonchunas was appointed by Yeltsin after the president reneged on his promise of democratic elections. Clavelle’s nickname was “Mayor Moonie.”

Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger, another Russian “American”, was initially handled by Yaroslavl mayor, Evgeny Urlashov, in 2012.  But Putin had Weinberger’s handler taken out of city hall by Russian police a year after his 2012 election in 2013. Uralshov asked a sewer contractor for a $1.2 million bribe.  He’s now serving 12.5 years in prison.  Burlington Mayor Weinberger’s current handler is Yaroslavl Mayor Vladimir Volkov. He was elected by the Yaroslavl city council on December 5, 2018.

Every correspondence Gitman-Sanders used the letterhead of Burlington’s mayor to commence with a foreign government and its officers was unlawful.  So were all his “Sister City” agreements in Nicaragua and France in addition to Russia. They don’t exist anywhere on Sister Cities International’s website.

Traitor Bernard Gitman-Sanders routinely violated the 1917 Espionage Act by commencing correspondence with foreign leaders that discredited the nation to foreign leaders in violation of the Logan Act.

The “time” Gitman-Sanders spent writing letters to foreign leaders on Burlington’s letterhead, instead of studying the city’s charter, ordinances, administrative code and state laws, was unlawful.  The time cards he submitted under the claim that he’d performed “official” duties wtih his foreign trips, calls and letters were fraudulent lies.  If he submitted a time card asking Burlington’s taxpayers to pay him for writing the letters in support of his “color of law” and unlawful correspondence with foreign leaders he engaged in theft in office.

The choice of Yaroslavl is curious because it was once Russia’s capital during its Time of Troubles.  Gitman-Sanders alleed “Polish” ancestors exploited the death of Russian Czar Feodor Ist in 1598 when their rulers sent support to three fake rulers or tsars to cause even further instability before they attacked them. Dimitri Ivanovich was Ivan the Terrible’s son and heir. Three False Dimitrys pretended to be him.

There was no government.  Just gangs and anarchists in these “Time of Troubles.”  Russia’s leaders had to leave Moscow and run the government from Yaroslavl.  This is the anarchist garbage Gitman-Sanders promoted with his unauthorized foreign travel and interactions.  “Our Revolution” is his “October Revolution.”  His Red Summer II rise in 2019 was his “workers of the world unite” Red Summer I of 1919.

Yaroslavl’s population today is over 610,000 and President Dimitry Medvedev has favored the city for his annual “national security” conference ever since 2009.  The Russian Federation trains its pilots and air defense specialists there. It also trains military physicians and personnel.  The security conference is the largest of its kind in the world and Sanders made Burlington its U.S. pipeline complete with library card and university database access.

Gitman-Sanders bragged about the city being so fucking great, but during his 1988 visit residents didn’t get hot water during summer months, heat during the winter and stores were barely-stocked.  Yaroslavl’s current mayor has been wrestling with delivering “heat” to residents of Russia as recent as 2018.  Sanders and his self-delegated delegation got the “dumb disloyal American” tour.   Yaroslavl still doesn’t have enough kindergartens as only 78 percent of pre-school aged children are educated.

Ain’t no Yaroslavl identified as an authorized Sister City with Sister Cities International. Ain’t is a purely American word for the culturally-challenged.

Below is a description of the relationship Gitman-Sanders and his predecessors have unlawfully maintained since 1988, for the last 32 years, with presidentially-controlled Communist mayoral scumbag politicians from Russia.  Notice how many Christian U.S. students have been deprived of educational opportunities as a result of Gitman-Sanders’ unauthorized Russian favoritism over Americans.

“Burlington,Vermont established its sister city relationship with Yaroslavl,Russia, in 1988. Since then, exchanges between the two cities have involved mayors, business people, firefighters, jazz musicians, youth orchestras, mural painters, high school students, medical students, nurses, librarians and the Yaroslavl Torpedoes (currently Lokomotive) ice-hockey team. In 1993, Champlain and Trinity Colleges in Burlington sponsored six students from Yaroslavl; since then, dozens of Yaroslavl students have attended Champlain College. Yaroslavl State University and the University of Vermont have sponsored programs for graduate and undergraduate students going both ways. During 20 years of the program’s existence 20 students from YSU have earned MBA degrees at UVM. In 1997, Burlington Sister City Committee members donated children’s books by Vermont authors and illustrators toward the creation of an English-speaking room at the Yaroslavl Children’s Library.  Yearly exchanges now take place, each trip focusing on a different group and connecting them with like minded people.”

Gitman-Sanders and his crew of fellow “Our Revolution” Communists appear to be timing their introduction of that Eastern European bullshit here at the same time Communism is re-emerging in Russia.  Nazi’s are making a Ukraine return.

These are supposed to be the “Americans” looking out for the interests of the majority of Americans in this nation who are “Christian” and whose roots extend to the American Revolution and before the Civil War. We don’t forget slavery. Fuck Bobby Piyush Jindal. There’s no way these so-called “Americans” are defending this nation’s national defense secrets while running an international program President Dwight Eisenhower started in 1956. Most of these folk were on our “exclusion” list.  Especially those identified in the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1899. There are too many foreign hands in American business. How many of them are just like Mina Chang?

Any of the U.S’s 19,492 mayors and city managers wanting to enter a relationship with the municipalicity of a foreign nation in 1988 were required to apply through grants administered by the Director of the U.S. Information Agency.   The agency was disbanded in 1991 and its duties were transferred to the Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs.

Sister Cities International was President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s idea in 1956.  It is the “authorized” way for the officers of U.S. municipal corporations to create Sister City relationships athough a look at its “staff” directory doesn’t show anyone who looks like an American with American Revolution and pre-Civil War roots to this nation running it.

There’s no record of Yaroslavl being an authorized Sister City even though Burlington’s website confirms the existence of the unofficial relationship Sanders entered with the Russian Sister City “he” selected in 1988.

According to Bernie Gitman-Sanders, Yaroslavl’s public transportation system is more efficient than the U.S.’s. Sure Bernie. Since 2004 Yaroslavl officials have been cutting bus lines.

Without the “authority” of a notice from the U.S. Department of State advertised in the Federal Register that sets criteria for Sister City retationships, mayors and other local officials are not authorized to “commence correspondence” with “any” foreign government or its officials.

With so many foreign-born and non-Christian employees in elected office, and working in various U.S. governments and agencies interacting with foreign governments; it’s doubtful they have any perspective, like Gitman-Sanders, that their foreign contacts are not authorized.  They’re just communicating with friends and relatives “back home” when “this” is supposed to be their “only” home.

Not a single law changed in the State of Vermont or in Burlington’s charter to fit the “socialist bullshit” Sanders marketed to followers who thought he’d implemented a new “form” of government in a Christian nation with rigid laws he didn’t have the authority to change.

The fact he wasn’t prosecuted on charges of dereliction of duty, theft in office and obstruction of official business while impersonating a public officer is evidence that as Burlington’s mayor he did perform some official duties under Vermont and not Russia’s constitution.  So all that “socialism” bullshit is hype.

Yaroslavl, according to Bernie Gitman-Sanders, is such a great place to live little girls don’t get their faces kicked in by horses and women don’t get driven down in the middle of the street.

Aside from the statutory reality that no mayor is authorized to perform foreign policy duties reserved for federal officials, Sanders did so anyway and should have been criminally-prosecuted for it.

According to Gitman-Sanders in his “Outsider in the White House” book, Burlington had a foreign policy, because, as progressives, we understood that we all live in one world.”  A federal prosecutor should view these words as an “Espionage Act” confession of an admitted anarchist.  Burlington under no Vermont statute as a “municipal corporation” was authorized by its general assembly to “have a foreign policy.”  Had Sanders studied the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, as it affects the duties of the municipal elected office he held, he’d have known foreign policy was reserved to the federal government.

Now that the “Russia is helping” target’s been placed on Gitman-Sanders back, his backers should feel a sense of forewarning that U.S. Attorney General William Barr is watching.  FBI and intelligence agents know information like that I’ve just shared.

Those helping Gitman-Sanders are now in the “misprision of felony” danger zone.  They have every duty to report a felony they have knowledge has been committed pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 4. The challenge is not becoming the next Rick Gates or Paul Manafort as they communicate with aliens they may not know who have embedded themselves around Gitman-Sanders and infiltrated his campaign.  Misprision of felony is a law that should worry even the most casual Gitman-Sanders supporter.

“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

According to President Woodrow Wilson, who was NOT a racist, the disloyal and law-disregarding behavior Gitman-Sanders exhibited in his fake Sister Cities relationships is the reason he rounded them up during the Red Summer of 1919.  His December 2, 1919 State of the Union addressed reflected his desire to protect this nation’s Negro citizens and White Anglo Saxon Protestant Christians from the violence and acts of murder Russian and Eastern European “anarchists” in the labor movement were committing against them.  Eastern Europeans didn’t understand the “mixed-race love” Negro and WASP Christians have for each other.

Mr. Booker T. Washington in his 1896 Atlanta Compromise asked President William McKinley to cast America’s bucket down with the Negroes who’d never engaged in labor riots and wars; and who had already built the south. So in 1899 President William McKinley responded with the Chinese Exclusion Act that targeted Chinese, Russian and Eastern European immigrants for exclusion. It was an act that expressed this nation’s preference to employ the existing Christian, Negro, WASP and mixed-race citizens who’d built it from the Pilgrims through the American Revolution throur our Civil War and Reconstruction. McKinley was assassinated by a Russian Jew named Leo Cszolgosz from Cleveland in 1901. President Woodrow Wilson followed up in 1917 with the Espionage Act and used it to assign mixed-race FBI legend J. Edgar Hoover to round up 4500 Russians for anarchist acts; and 240 for deportation aboard the USS Buford. These men were loyal Christian-protecting patriots. Not racists.

Christian Negro,WASP and mixed-race American workers of all colors were being called “strikebreakers” by members of the American Federation of Labor Russian Samuel Gompers organized in 1881.  Wilson’s words below was just a continuation of President William McKinley’s enactment of the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1899 as his response to a request from Mr. Booker T. Washington in his 1896 Atlanta Compromise address to deal with attacks on the Negro and WASP Christian majority.  Wilson’s words expressed his love for Christian Americans; and a desire to protect “us.”

“America never witnessed anything like this before. It never dreamed it possible that men sworn into its own citizenship, men drawn out of great free stocks such as supplied some of the best and strongest elements of that little, but how heroic, nation that in a high day of old staked its very life to free itself from every entanglement that had darkened the fortunes of the older nations and set up a new standard here, that men of such origins and such free choices of allegiance would ever turn in malign reaction against the Government and people who had welcomed and nurtured themand seek to make this proud country once more a hotbed of European passion.

A little while ago such a thing would have seemed incredible. Because it was incredible we made no preparation for it. We would have been almost ashamed to prepare for it, as if we were suspicious of ourselves, our own comrades and neighbors! But the ugly and incredible thing has actually come about and we are without adequate federal laws to deal with it. I urge you to enact such laws at the earliest possible moment and feel that in doing so I am urging you to do nothing less than save the honor and self-respect of the nation.

Such creatures of passion, disloyalty, and anarchy must be crushed out. They are not many, but they are infinitely malignant, and the hand of our power should close over them at once. They have formed plots to destroy property, they have entered into conspiracies against the neutrality of the Government, they have sought to pry into every confidential transaction of the Government in order to serve interests alien to our own.”

Gitman-Sanders’ trip to Yaroslavl, and the unlawful interactions Burlington officials continue to have with the Russian government and its presidentially-appointed and controlled mayors, is the reason he can’t be trusted to lead this nation.  His recklessness has exposed a lot of people who call themselves “Americans” but aren’t rooted in its history to the drama that led to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of German American Donald Trump’s campaign.

Now the German American is the president and the Russian or Polish Sanders is emerging as his leading opponent.  President Wilson was clear that none of this European bullshit is “American.”

Gitman-Sanders’ team is full of current and former elected officials who’ve been administered oaths of office multiple times.  None are in the position at this level to say “I didn’t know” they were witnessing crimes.  Either you’re prepared for the majors or you’re not.  Class has been over.  EK ain’t never looked back.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
