CLEVELAND, OH – In a brief video posted on a YouTube channel called Toldot Yisrael, ex-Forest City Chief Executive Officer and Russian oligarch Albert Ratner is shockingly seen admitting his illegal alien father from Bialystoker, Russia, Leonard Ratner, criminally violated the Logan Act of 1799, the 1917 Espionage Act and other federal espionage laws in 1948 behind the back of President Harry Truman. Ratner said his father “loaned” $25,000 to officials of the terrorist government illegal Russian aliens had created in Palestine called the “State of Israel.” The interest payment was $7.
Rather identified the unregistered agent of the new state of Israel as a man named “Rosenbluth.” 1948 was the year of the Arab – Israeli War that came before former Toledo, Ohio resident and American Negro Dr.Ralph Bunche negotiated an “armistice” between the Russian terrorists who had taken over Palestine with the help of Ratner money and the Egyptians in 1949. He won the Nobel Peace Prize for the deal in 1950.
Ratner’s description of his father’s generosity gave the act of treason the appearance that the disloyal illegal Russian immigration criminal was “a good guy.” Ratner had an old man’s “look at what my Daddy did” moment as he confessed to his father’s treason. The video shows Ratner later discussing a $1 million check he personally gave Chaim Weitzman, the terrorist state’s first president.
The $25,000 loan was in direct obstruction to U.S. foreign policy towards the more than 200,000 illegal Russian aliens who had moved to Palestine illegally; the same as Ratner’s father and 7 uncles who immigrated illegally to the U.S. in complete disregard for the laws of this nation under fake names and forged documents that made them organized criminals on arrival.
What’s known from now declassified Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) files is that Irgun leader and terrorist Menachim Begin aka Menakhem Volfovich Begin was leading an effort to raise money to create the “State of Israel” from the illegal Russian aliens who had built criminal enterprises inside the United States of America in 1948. Golda Mabovitch aka Golda Meir aka Golda Myerson was with Begin. So was Hillel Kook under the fake name Peter Bergson. So was Ariel Sharon aka Ariel Scheinerman.
Begin, Meir and Sharon had initially hoped to raise $25 million to fund their new terrorist state of Nazi or Fascist Russian Jews in Palestine. The success of Russian Jewish illegal immigrant organized criminals like Meyer Lansky, his childhood friend Bugsey Seigel and Mickey Cohen, aided the Russian terrorists in raising $50 million to arm their violent takeover of Palestine; and in direct obstruction of U.S. foreign policy.
The Russian organized criminals created the “global” illusion that the “natural born citizens” of the United States of America were arming terrorism in Palestine against the citizens of Great Britain who had implemented a “mandate” that would have resulted in “Ethiopian Jews” and not Russian Nazis and Fascist terrorists calling themselves Jews occuping their “original” land in 1923. The Ethiopian Jews of the world are the original Jews; and an oppressed current “minority” in the Isreal the Russians Josef Stalin sent there now lead.
The Palestinians Amin Al Husseini led in 1923 – when the Russians showed up – were expecting people who actually resembled the other 400 million inhabitants of the area. They weren’t expecting Nazi and Fascist Russian white supremacists calling themselves Jews who wanted to dominate and drive them out.

The view of the “illegal” Russian alien Jews in Palestine as “terrorists” was also shared by Albert Einstein and 28 other Russian immigrants who saw themselves as law-abiding and loyal to the Government of the United States of America. This nation never saw Israel until Benjamin Netanyahu’s election as “America’s greatest ally.”

There were 93 fatalities of citizens of Great Britain that Begin and his terrorist followers saw as non-believing “goyem” Nazi-minded Jewish Fascists could exterminate to steal that nations they wanted.
Einstein understood the reasons Stalin wanted these violent criminals out of Russia after they aided him and Vladmir Lenin’s “peasant” revolutions against Russia’s established leaders. Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) director John Edgar Hoover, a passing for white American Negro, had rounded up 4500 Russian and Eastern European Catholic anarchists in 1919 at the orders of President Woodrow Wilson for the waging war on natural born Americans through their Communist and mob-controlled labor unions in cities like East Saint Louis, St. Louis, Tulsa, Detroit, Boston and more. 40 in all during a “Red Summer” where they planned 300 assassinations. With Hoover’s help, Wilson sent 240 of these violent Nazi and Fascist minded Russians back to Russia aboard the USS Buford in 1919. Ratner’s father and six uncles arrived the next year in violation of the Chinese Exclusion Act that authorized no more than 73 immigrants from “all” of Eastern Europe access to the nation.

The authors made specific note of how Begin had led violent illegal Russian aliens in Palestine to slaughter 240 unarmed Palestinians living in a “village.” They killed the men and women; and then heartlessly paraded their now traumatized and murderously orphaned children as prizes to demonstrate their ruthlessness. He was a terrorist when Albert Ratner said he handed Wietzman a $1 million check. He was a terrorist when Samuel Miller aka Minkin honored him with a pin in Cleveland.
Consider that in every “old” western from this nation’s history, men with disputes confronted each other face to face in duels. Best shot wins. Now imagine a culture of physically weak “diminuitive” cowards who plant bombs in places unarmed men, women and children as families are loving each other. Imagine a culture of cowardly little illegal alien Russian gangsters living in America who plan attacks against a bigger man when they know he will have his dick instead of his gun in his hand in a men’s restroom.
Begin was no John Wayne. Einstein new Begin expressed the culture of a vicious, cowardly sneak and not a real man. Einstein and the 28 other signers, being Russians and Jews, spoke up because they had a more intimate and nuanced understanding of Begin’s association with Russian Jewish Nazis’ like Vladimir Yevgenyevich Zhabotinsky aka Ze’ev Jabontinsky’s.
It appears Einstein and the 28 Russian Jewish letter signers knew Begin had been one of the children indoctrinated by Jabontinksy who had developed ties with Italy’s Benito Mussolini and his fascists. This “fascist Jewish” thinking is literally the “basis” for how the Russian Jews who took over already-inhabitated Palestine from Amin Al Husseini and other Palestinian leaders see themselves today.
1200 Russian Jews served with Nazi Adolf Hitler. According to a December 24, 1996 story in the Los Angeles Times titled “The Jews in Hitler’s military,” 10 Russian Jews served as Hitler’s generals and two as field marshalls. They commanded troops of up to 100,000 men. Zhabotinsky, Begin’s influencer, called himself a “Jewish fascist.” During their “factious” struggles, Sharon was assigned to hunt other Russian Jews who were antagonizing the British. The force of Einstein and the 28 other signers words in their very public letter seem to foretell that they knew Zhabotinsky’s thinking was shared by Begin; and that the terrorist raising money from Russian organized criminals in the United States of America planned for fascist Jews to wage war against socialists and communist Jews. Zhabotinsky once wrote: “The democratic-liberal idea is not holy to us. If the realization of democratic thinking can lead to destroying the ideal of the Jewish state, we can also be anti-democratic.”
Einstein and American Negro Paul Robeson were best friends. Robeson also knew American Negro Dr. Ralph Bunche who President Franklin Delano Roosevelt had assigned to help plan the United Nations at the Dumbarton Oaks Conference in 1944.
Robeson had founded the Council on African Affairs in 1939; and had lived in Russia beginning in 1934 for four years. Roosevelt had appointed American Negroes Bunche, Harry Edwards, Dorothy Doyle, Raphael O’Hara Lanier and Robert Weaver to the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration (UNRA). They were all intricately involved in international espionage and foreign relations as provenly loyal Americans. All but Robeson.
Stalin created the NKVD in 1934 as an international spy organization 13 years before the U.S. Congress funded the CIA in 1947; and he and Robeson were “tight.” Seriously tight. 1953 Josef Stalin medal winner tight for service to Russia so high he named Mount Robeson after him. Anti-colonialist … tight. Robeson also spoke 22 languages in the same spirit of American Negro excellence that Dr. George Washington Carver identified 326 ways to use a peanut every other people only ate.
Bunche had been involved in international intelligence through the UNRA and the UN in Africa and so had Robeson who was more known on the continent as the world’s greatest gospel singer. Michael Jackson before Michael Jackson. His Council on African Affairs is now the African Union. Bunche had also been assigned to the Office of Strategic Investigations (OSI). Through UNRA Weaver had been assigned to the Ukraine in Russia. Weaver later served as the nation’s first director of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) under President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1968.
Loyal American Negroes were at the highest levels of U.S. foreign and intelligence operations and connected with each other and the American Negro community … nationally. Bunche had been involved in foreign espionage, like Robeson, since the 1930’s. Bunche’s focus was on Africa. It was not called then “the Middle East.” Palestine was not called “Israel.” It was called “Palestine.” When he helped plan the United Nations, Dr. Bunche shared the following words that reached American Negroes through the national network of newspapers our publishers had created; so we heard them in our segregated schools.
“Negroes ought to get busy and prepare to obtain some of the jobs in the United Nations’ set-up,” he counseled. “There are going to be all kinds of jobs and Negroes should attempt to get jobs on all levels. Some organization should be working on this now.” – Dr. Ralph Bunche.
Bunche was given the job to help plan the United Nations for Roosevelt because of our unproven loyalty to the nation our “combined” Anglo and African ancestors built. Our bloodlines co-mingled for 200 years with every other inhabitant on the continent before governments formed and states with immigrants from different lands gained political control of local elected offices and bureaucracies; and enacted laws that fit their “segregated look out for your own” thinking as the years progressed.
American presidents had fully-embraced Mr. Booker T. Washington’s 1894 call to “cast your buckets down” with loyal American Negroes when Bunche “embedded” loyal American Negroes in foreign diplomacy from the beginning of the United Nations as one of the agency’s planners. It’s gotten so far away from its original mission President Donald Trump’s interest in defunding it is correct.
The British Mandate had been the guiding document governing what was originally planned as a resettlement of Ethiopian Jews, and not Russians, to Palestine from the perspective of the American Negroes and Africans involved with the Palestinians, Russians and British in the original 1923 resettlement agreement. Negroes or “Africanists” as they called themselves “professionally” could relate to the 400 million Africans – some who called themselves Arabs – in what is now called the Middle East.
Bunche was assigned to negotiate the 1949 armistice that ended Begin and his Russian terrorist war against the Palestinians in what “they” had promoted as an “Arab – Israeli war” instead of an terrorist led and Russian-gangster financed invasion. Bunche was working to do it without the criminal obstruction the Ratners and their fellow Russian gangster friends were engaged in back in the United States. FBI director Hoover was investigating Russian illegal immigrant traitors back home. He did not get them all.
Sharon and Bunche met to complete the agreement after the Russian cowards ambushed one of his United Nations negotiators … Folke Bernadotte. The date was September 17, 1948. Political assassinations are just one of the ways Begin, Sharon and Meir used Leonard Ratner’s $25,000 and the $1 million check Albert Ratner says he gave Weitzman.
Illegal Russian aliens Yitzhak Ben-Moshe (Markovitz), Avraham Steinberg, and Meshulam Makover set-up a roadblock in Palestine where they knew Bernadotte would be traveling. They could have been given “how to conduct a hit” tips from Lansky, Seigel and Cohen. Maybe even Samuel Minkin aka Sam Miller aka “Skinny” when he was a shooter for illegal Russian alien pimp Shondir Birns could have given “how to hit” advice to Sharon.
When a “captain” in the new “Israeli” governent’s army told the illegal alien Russian criminals let Bernadotte and his team pass, Markowitz approached the UN negotiators vehicle with a machine gun and shot him and his driver to death. Ratner and Russian gangster money at work.
Bunche and Sharon scheduled a meeting after he and Begin’s terrorists completed their “hit” on Bernadotte. They met privately over a pool table and a game of pool. If Sharon had not signed the agreement, Bunche told folk back home afterwards he was going to crack the little mutha fucka’ over the head with his cue.
When Sharon was away from Bunche, knowing they would continue to be funded from Russian gangster money from the Ratner’s, Lansky’s and Seigels, they later shredded the deal. Bunche advised Truman to leave them alone; and he did. All weapons to the Russian terrorists in Palestine were embargoed; so Americans became their “useful” enemy.
Six years after raising $50 million inside the United States with the help of Leonard Ratner, Begin was drunk with the power that had come with their “U.S. Russian gangster” financed armed takeover of inhabited Palestine. The cowardly terrorist was now scheming to bomb the theaters, businesses and shopping areas Americans were using in Egypt to blame on the Egyptians in the Lavon Affair of 1954.
By 1967 Begin, Sharon and Meir led the slaughter of 34 U.S. sailors aboard the USS Liberty on June 8th. 171 were wounded. Again, the Russian criminals who had taken over Palestine sought to blame the Egyptians.
Hollywood has never identified the Ratners, Lansky’s, Siegel’s, Cohen’s, Dutch Schultz’s and other immigrantion criminals as self-proclaimed Zionist illegal Russian aliens raising money to create a “mafia state” by turning natural born American citizens of the United States of America into drug addicts and dealers, pimps and prostitutes, pornographers, drunks and bootleggers, homosexuals, gambling addicts and immoral non-religious heathens. Meyer Lansky’s Russian name was Meier Suchowlański. Schultz’s birthname was Arthur Simon Flegenheimer. The Ratners claim to be from Bialystoker, Russia like the Lansky’s and Siegel’s. The original name is supposed to be Ratowczer.
The Ratner’s “zionist” political leanings was associated with the Bolshevik’s who were overthrowing Russia and other eastern European monarchies. Instead of entering the nation with the intent of fitting into its Christian character, the Russians were infiltrating it with criminal activity, pornography and homosexuality that had been a private affair until the Russians wanted to exhibit their lifestyles openly.
Illegal Russian alien Ruben Sturman built the world’s largest porn empire from Cleveland. One of my Guardian Angel chapter members in Cleveland worked for his swingers magazines out of 3700 Kelly in the early 1980’s. She shared a story of how he showed a video of a dildo sliding up his azz at an office party.
This was before he sent Russian thugs to Chicago to bomb a competitor’s peep show; and the IRS assigned a child of German immigrants who had been a member of the Hitler Youth to investigate him. I met the agent at the Fraternal Order of Police hall at 24th and Payne Avenue through Tom Diemert. My friend the late Pat Gallina was with us.
Sturman was the world’s billion dollar industry building peep show and porn distribution king right out of his offices in Cleveland before he was sent to prison for sending thugs to blow up a competitor’s peep shows in Chicago; and for tax law violations. The thugs being Russian blew up themselves.
Dynamite was invented by a Swede born in Russia named Alfred Nobel. His father, Immanuel Noble, made weapons for the Crimean and U.S. Civil wars. There is no prior use of dynamite as a terror tool until Russians arrived in the United States of America in large numbers in 1881 when Samuel Gomperz immigrated here to found the American Federation of Labor. Afterwards it was used by illegal Russian aliens to bomb natural born Americans in the Haymarket Affair of 1886 during a “labor strike. By 1920 illegal Russian aliens used dynamite in the Wall Street bombing and they’ve never stopped.
With so much terror and death associated with the money the Ratner’s gave to support a foreign government in violation of federal laws in 1948, one wonders why Albert Ratner is in a video bragging about something that could have got him sent to prison and to an electric chair for treason.
When his niece Lizzie Ratner can write an article in The Nation magazine as its senior editor that describes her admiration for the criminal way in which her illegal Russian alien grandfather and great uncles entered the United States of America in 1905 and 1920, and her father Bruce Ratner can bribe New York officials who go to jail and he doesn’t; then obstructing U.S. foreign policy to arm terrorists who want to take over a nation in 1948 is no big deal.
What Albert Ratner also admitted to with his $1 million check to Weitzman, after President Truman’s embargo, is it didn’t and has never mattered to him or his family and gangster friends what U.S. foreign policy is towards the Russians who created the State of Israel within the already existing Government of Palestine. Our nation’s laws do not matter to him. He may be right. As he’s known to advance the foreig government’s interests on these shores, Ratner’s video confession also makes him a violator of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 … today.
Ratner’s as guilty as his most recent check if he’s still sending payments to the foreign government; and interacting with its officials in violation of the Logan Act of 1799 and the Espionage Act of 1917.
