Simone Biles’ brother was acquitted of killing two men so stop with the “if Rittenhouse was Black” bullshit

Immigrant and foreign reporters, and ignorant celebrities, are offering baseless and racially divisive opinions in place of fact-based information that flies in the face of all known facts about criminal justice in America; and about who gets off and who doesn't

CLEVELAND, OH – If Americans were to believe the thoughts of racing car driver Bubba Wallace, FOX NEWS analyst Juan Williams and a host of other celebrities offering baseless legal opinions about the successful outcome of Kyle Rittenhouse’s “murder” trial he’d be under the jail if he were “Black.”  That’s the story line they’re pushing.  That Rittenhouse would be in jail if he were “Black.”

Wallace was more specific.  He claimed that Rittenhouse would have been killed before the “bullshit” trial.

Fox News’ Juan Williams: If Kyle Rittenhouse Was a Black Teen, ‘The Laws Might Have Treated Him a Little Differently’

Williams was born in Panama and is from the Third World nation.  He’s spent an entire news career laboring in America with people believing he was an American Negro and a news spokesman of “the Black community.”  His words and those of Wallace’s and others are lies.  If they were true then Simone Biles‘ brother, Tevin Biles, would not have been acquitted on June 15, 2021 of killing three men in Cleveland on December 31, 2018.  They were in a west side bed and breakfast at a New Year’s Eve party at Denison and Fulton Avenue.

In both shootings involving Rittenhouse and Biles the victims bore the same skin color as the shooter.  It was originally thought that the Olympic gold medal winning gymnast’s brother killed Delvante Johnson, Toshaun Banks and his cousin by accident, Devaughn “Barber Gibbs” Gibson.  But Biles said he didn’t shoot anyone and Cuyahoga County Prosecuting Attorney Michael O’Malley’s prosecutors couldn’t produce a weapon or a witness to prove their charges of voluntary manslaughter and felonious assault.

Judge John Synenberg declared a mistrial in Biles’ first trial and dismissed the charges in his second.  The mistrial came after O’Malley’s prosecutors included pleading information with the evidence.  O’Malley is Cleveland’s equivalent to dirty prosecutor Thomas Binger.

Rittenhouse was found not guilty of shooting three Russian American Caucasians with criminal records who were attacking him in Kenosha Wisconsin.  A fourth Russian American criminal, Joshua Joseph Kiminski, was armed and appears to have been attempting to ambush Rittenhouse.  He was seen firing his handgun behind Rittenhouse.  Two of his antifa attackers and Kenosha curfew violating rioters were killed.  Rittenhouse is a Caucasian.

Williams is a journalist who should know better, professionally, than to make uninvestigated comments.  Tevin Biles’ case was dismissed 5 months ago and easily verifiable.   Professionally, before he opened his mouth, the intellectually lazy Williams had a duty to confirm the information he was presenting in a factual forum.

Wallace is a race car driver with an uninvestigated opinion about historical and legal matters that exist far outside his “car mechanic’s” body of knowledge as someone born in 1993.  A writer sharing his views on matters outside his body of knowledge has no interest in quoting a knowledgeable source.  The right question to ask Wallace would be about NASCAR’s relationship with American Negroes since Wendell Scott won his first race in 1963.  I was 10.  Scott was NASCAR’s first American Negro driver and winner.

There is no truth whatsoever to the “if Rittenhouse were Black” statement as evidenced by a celebrity family member’s voluntary manslaughter and felonious assault dismissal five months ago.  As a journalist who’s covered homicides I know several American Negro men and women who have not faced convictions for killing another American Negro.

My incumbent Democratic opponent in my successful 2005 campaign for East Cleveland mayor was against an American Negro woman who had stabbed her American Negro boyfriend to death while she was a married woman.  She claimed self-defense and walked.

Three Russian American antifa anarchists with criminal records assaulted an American teenager with no criminal history because he was too loyal to his nation and they didn’t appreciate him disrupting their unlawful activities. Although Kyle Rittenhouse took all necessary precautions, and exercised great restraint, to avoid direct confrontations with the criminals: he was forced to defend himself against attacks from Jonathan Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber. He had no duty to wait and see if Grosskreutz was going to shoot the gun pointed at his head. Rosenbaum was a repeat convicted pedophile going after yet another minor.

I covered 16-year-old David Owens’ murder for my East Cleveland newspaper in 1986.  He was shot to death in the parking lot of the Superior Rapid Station in a stolen car.  His girlfriend was seated next to him and saw the shooter.  Her eyewitness testimony didn’t matter after the shooter was caught and went free.

The retired Cleveland cop editor of a local newspaper shot and killed his nephew.  All American Negro on American Negro killings.  I can name more but my point has already been made.  United States Senator Sherrod Brown wasn’t even questioned about the murder of Colleen Shaughnessy in downtown Cleveland’s state office towers in 1983.  That was a suspected White Anglo Saxon Protestant on Irish Catholic crime.

Too many “celebrities” are commenting on matters of public concern and it’s their voices that are being amplified over Americans with actual knowledge.  Williams underscores only why immigrants with foreign backgrounds and no ancestral ties to our culture and democracy have no business interpreting it.  I’ve always seen Williams as a Panamanian and not an American Negro in the same way that I see Kamaladevi Harris as an Asian Indian.  Neither has ascended on “merit.”  They’ve pimped the “person of color” game on the American Negro side of the table for professional appearances … only.

The average American Negro who’s observed the Rittenhouse trial has drawn the same conclusion as the jury.  He shot antifa anarchist Gage Grosskreutz and killed anarchists Jonathan Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber in self-defense while they all were engaged in acts that threatened his life.

What Americans have learned is the divisive racial scheme certain American and foreign media outlets are playing.  Rittenhouse’s attackers were supposed to be “Black” and he was supposed to be “an active shooter.”  Those lies were actually published.  According to the white male front for immigrants in the White House, Joseph Robinette Biden, Rittenhouse was a “white supremacist.”  I smell lawsuits.

Whoopi Goldberg’s done well for a welfare mother turned comedian and actress, but I don’t get my opinions about matters of public concern from The Five.  What Colin Kapernick thinks doesn’t matter either.  They’re nothing more than “celebrities” with no special insights.

The self-defense legal argument is available to American Negroes just like it’s available to Caucasians.  Reporters, analysts, fact checkers and celebrities saying otherwise are maliciously ignorant-azzed liars.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
