CLEVELAND, OH – The parts of American history that reveal our nation’s original intent towards Israel are left out of the storyline that President Harry Truman recognized the Government of Israel after illegal Russian, Polish and Ukrainian immigrants to Palestine raised $50 million inside the United States of America to arm themselves against them in 1948.
With the help of $25,000 from Forest City Enterprises’ and illegal Russian alien Leonard Ratner, as well as illegal alien Russian gangsters Meyer Lansky, Bugsy Siegal, Micky Cohen and more, Russian terrorists Golda Mabovitch, Ariel Scheinerman and Menachem Biegun raised $50 million to create a Zionist apartheid government on land to which they’d immigrated illegally. This terrorist trio – who entered our nation illegally in pursuit of funds from Russian gangsters – were known as Golda Meir, Ariel Sharon and Menachem Begin. Begin was “wanted” as a terrorist by the Palestinian police.
Yes. In her 4-page position paper on Israel Cuyahoga County Council member and 11th District congressional candidate Shontel Brown is correct that “the United States was the first country to recognize the Jewish state on the day of its establishment.” If she’d read any of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) or Government Accounting Office (GAO) reports to Congress to which seeks to be elected, Brown would know her next statement is a lie. “Over the last 70 years, our relationship has deepened and grown stronger people.”
The CIA has reported to Congress that Israel is our nation’s #1 spy threat. The GAO has warned the Congress Brown doesn’t have the historical sophistication to join that AIPAC or the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is an unregistered foreign agent of the Government of Israel.
So is the Cleveland Jewish Federation that’s been promoting trips to Israel; and so is Global Cleveland that’s been creating “sister city” relationships with Israeli cities without the authorization of the United States Department of State.
AIPAC’s members have been directly accused of stealing national security secrets and delivering them abroad; and they’re compromising elected officials like Brown with trips to Israel and Logan and Espionage Act violating meetings with Russian Israeli government officials. The Logan Act found at Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 953 reads as follows:
“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”
Brown’s 4-page statement on Israel includes an admission that she took the trip to the foreign land without the authority of the United States; and includes a pledge that she’ll misuse the office of Congress to continue disobeying federal espionage laws Israel’s agents dismiss as nothing more than “temporary policies.” Israel’s disregard for our nation’s laws wouldn’t deepen if members of the United States Congress pledged only allegiance to the United States of America.
Local elected officials have no authority from the United States of America to meet with a foreign government’s officials locally or abroad. Foreign affairs is not among the duties of a county council member in the Cuyahoga County charter. The trip to Israel and meetings with its government’s officials is just as bad if Brown claimed the visit was as a private citizen. She must not have ready any of the indictments of ex-President Donald Trump’s friends the United States Department of Justice prosecuted for Foreign Agent Registration Act, Logan Act and Espionage Act violations.
Article 8 of the Constitution of the United States of America Brown disregarded gives “Congress” the exclusive authority to “regulate Commerce with foreign Nations.” She also disregarded two provisions in Article 10 of our Constitution with her foreign travel and interests.
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation. No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power.
Below Brown’s statement reads like her campaign’s been well-paid by unregistered Israeli government agents to disregard our nation’s laws.
“When I visited Israel, I observed the fruits of the friendship between our nations firsthand. I was eager to immerse myself in the well-preserved religious sites, and I found myself enamored by Israel’s robust democracy and incredible diversity. Our relationship must be permanent and durable — one that is nourished on an ongoing basis and withstands any temporary policy disagreements. If elected to the U.S. Congress, I will work to strengthen this crucial international relationship and partner with Israel to advance our common goals and values.“
Brown’s 4-page pledge to Israel is plastered on Mark Mellman’s Democratic Majority for Israel website with a link to donate to her campaign. Brown is also on the record as blatantly begging for Israeli money. Mellman’s PAC has been behind some of the attack ads against one of Brown’s 12 opponents … Nina Turner. Turner is siding with American neutrality and conditions on any aid to Israel.
Of course President Truman made the United States of America the first nation to recognize the “Government of Israel” in 1948. He’d sent United Nations “organizer” and American Negro Dr. Ralph Bunche to negotiate the armistice between Israel, Egypt and Palestine in 1948. Truman ratified his own work when he recognized the “defacto” Government of Israel on May 14, 1948. The recognition was a mere formality of recognizing a government created out of force. That’s what the word “defacto” references in a political setting.
Brown should have studied before she repeated the propaganda Israel’s unregistered agents asked her to spew and disseminate to residents of the 11th Congressional District in exchange for campaign cash. Studying would have taught her President Truman “only” recognized that a new government had been established by illegal Russian aliens in Palestine through armed violence, terrorist bombings and assassinations in 1948.
What’s not ever discussed is the “Tripartite Declaration Regarding the Armistice Borders” agreement; and the joint statement Truman issued with French President Vincent Auriol and Prime Minister of Great Britain Clement Attlee on March 25, 1950. Recognition is not the same as “support.”
The three western governments agreed not to arm any of the Near East states that took aggression towards another; and to prevent the use of their weapons for violence by the nation or state they’d supplied them. The area wasn’t called the Middle East during the Truman administration from 1945 through 1953. It was called the Near East.
All the Near East governments could purchase arms from the three western nations if the purchasers agreed not to attack each other. Neither Josef Stalin’s Soviet Union or Chiang Kai Shek of China were signatories on the agreement. The agreement not to use weapons from the United States of America to attack their neighbors was the original “condition” placed on Israel’s acquisition of arms from the United States of America our history shows they were never trusted to receive by Truman and President David Dwight Eisenhower.
Brown would know – if she’d studied before signing off on the foreign-influenced propaganda she’s spreading for Israel’s unregistered foreign agent – that Truman and Eisenhower specifically chose not to arm the Russian, Polish and Ukrainian aliens calling themselves “Jews” in Palestine. Eisenhower left the illegal aliens to get their weapons from Socialist France and Great Britain.
It was France in 1958 that violated the Tripartite Agreement and delivered nuclear capabilities to the Eastern Europeans living on and claiming Palestine as their “native homeland” where DNA tests have already proven they have no bloodline affiliation. Brown does and so do millions of American Negroes whose ancestors were sold here as slaves from Africa.
The Russian, Polish and Ukrainian “Jews” are not the Judeans associated with the Jesus of Brown’s Christian faith. Russian, Polish and Ukrainian Jews from Eastern Europe are not the Jews from the Bible.
From 1948 until 1962 the Government of the United States of America did not supply the illegal Russian, Polish and Ukrainian alien terrorists who’d taken over Palestine and created their own government with a bullet. It was the Russian, Polish and Ukrainian organized crime figures calling themselves Jews and living in the United States of America who ignored our foreign policy to push their Zionist agenda. Zionist Eastern European Jews living in the United States of America then and now continue to fund the arming of their fellow Eastern European Jewish countrymen in violation of this nation’s Constitution and espionage laws.
Before he died on March 5, 1953 Russian Prime Minister Josef Stalin had not armed the Russian Jews he had sent to Palestine and neither did his successors. He was actually planning to either jail, execute and deport more Russian, Polish and Ukrainian Jews out of the country in a purge called the “Doctors Plot.” Far too many of them had served as Nazis during World War II for his comfort.
Jews after and during World War II had gained control of so many jobs as physicians that Stalin believed they were planning to medically assassinate politicians and leaders who opposed Zionism. President Woodrow Wilson in 1919 had ordered United States Attorney General Alexander Mitchell Palmer and Federal Bureau of Investigation Director John Edgar Hoover to arrest 4500 “Bolshevik” Russian Jews he suspected of planning 300 assassinations. 240 Russian Jews living in the United States of America were deported to Stalin’s Russia aboard the USS Buford.
Hoover dogged Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. for being a puppet of the illegal Russian Jewish aliens he had spent his career investigating. He was very close to Communist Party financier and Russian Jew Stanley Levison until Robert Kennedy advised him to end their friendship in 1963 while working in his brother’s administration as United States Attorney General. Jack O’Dell, an American Negro Communist, also had to go.
King back then sounded like Brown and other Democrats when he was shot to death in Memphis promoting the same Russian, Polish and Ukrainian controlled labor unions whose members had slaughtered American Negroes in cities like East Saint Louis, Illinois on July 6, 1917 early in Hoover’s career. A congressional investigation estimated that more than 1000 American Negro men, women and children were slaughtered by Eastern European and Irish Catholics and Jewish “unionists.”
Their goal in East Saint Louis on that day, as it’s been with the Palestinians, was to “exterminate all the niggers.” It was their acts of terrorism against American Negroes in East Saint Louis, St. Louis, Chicago, Tulsa, Detroit, Boston and at least 40 cities that resulted in Wilson’s decision to let Hoover arrest 4500 suspected anarchists in 1919.
Like in every other nation that had expelled them, Russia under Stalin found itself with a tiny minority desiring to live outside the laws and culture of the nation he led; all while carving out control of the nation’s top government jobs, finance jobs, academic jobs, medical jobs, union jobs and control of industries for themselves. From an American perspective the Russian, Polish and Ukrainian Jewish population in the United States of America is 1.9 percent or roughly 6 million; and the majority are the descendants of illegal aliens.
To Truman and Eisenhower the Eastern Europeans from Communist or Nazi nations, and calling themselves Israelis, were lying, violent and untrustworthy deceivers. In 1954 illegal Russian-Polish immigrant to Palestine David Grun, aka David Ben Gurion, planned the Lavon Affair or Operation Sussanah to trick Eisenhower and Great Britain’s Clement Attlee into believing Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood had attacked American and British citizens.
Grun aka Gurion’s scheme with Ukrainian Jew Pinhas Lavon, who was claiming Egyptian citizenship as an infiltrator on the other side, was to plant and detonate bombs in buildings, shopping districts and entertainment venues used by American and British citizens. Eisenhower and Attlee were supposed to be tricked into selling weapons to the Russian, Poles and Ukrainians now controlling Palestine. Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nassar learned of the Zionist plot and arrested the Israeli Eastern European’s who had plotted the evil deception.
The Tripartite Agreement was still in effect in 1955 when Russian President Nikita Krushchev sold weapons to Egyptian President Nassar through Czechoslovakia a year after Israel’s Lavon Affair. Great Britain and France had been stocking up the Israelis. Eisenhower withdrew our nation’s financial support to Egypt to fund the construction of the Aswan Dam as a violation of the agreement; but took no action to aid either of the other nations militarily because Nassar didn’t attack them.
Ben Gurion’s justification for every IDF “pre-attack” was to claim without proof that the nation or people Israel attacked “planned” to attack them first. Eisenhower assured an hysterical Ben Gurion the U.S. would defend and arm Israel should an attack that never came during the 1950’s … occur.
What did happen was that in 1957 Russian alien Grun or Ben Gurion conspired with the British and French who’d been delivering weapons to his terrorist government to lead a military occupation of the Suez Canal against Nassar. The Suez Canal occupation was the real purpose of Israel’s “Sinai Campaign.”
The Egyptian president had taken office at the same time as Eisenhower in 1953. Nassar was a pan-Arabist who believed in the unification of the the 400 million Arabs in the area in the same way that American Negro Paul Robeson had founded the Council on African Affairs which is now the African Union to unify over 1 billion Africans. Truman and Eisenhower desired to have “market friendly” relations with the Arabs and Africans.
Neither American president had an interest in creating an enemy out of 400 million Arabs for what was at the time less than 3 million Russian, Polish, Ukrainian and other Jews who had migrated to Palestinian land; and who now drain our nation of $4 billion a year in arms aid. Truman and Eisenhower knew siding with a tiny minority of racist Eastern European terrorists over the area’s native Near and Middle East inhabitants would cost United States corporations and workers trillions in lost economic opportunities.
Eisenhower’s enforcement of the Tripartite Agreement after Nassar purchased Soviet weapons in 1955 resulted in Nassar “nationalizing” the Suez Canal on 26 July 1956. The nationalization put the Suez Canal French Prime Minister Napolean Bonaparte funded in the 1850’s under Egyptian government control. The Universal Company of the Maritime Canal of Suez of France was no longer allowed to operate it as a private shareholder-owned business. The Israeli Defense Forces Ben Gurion led was seen as a nefarious solution.
Great Britain had already withdrawn its troops as a colonizer of the nation’s in the area. In exchange for greater military weaponry from Great Britain and France, Ben Gurion led the Israeli Defense Forces into Egypt in what was called the “Sinai Campaign.” It was a near-deadly mistake that triggered Eisenhower’s duty to enforce the Tripartite Agreement in defense of the nation Israel had attacked.
Eisenhower, a former United States Army 4-star general during World War II, directly in correspondence and through his Secretary of State, John Foster Dulles, told Grun aka Gurion to withdraw and he wasn’t playing. Foster’s brother, Allen Dulles, built the CIA from its inception in 1947 under Truman and was serving as Eisenhower’s director. They weren’t Americans sympathetic to constant demands for weapons from Russian, Polish and Ukrainians they’d just been fighting as Nazis and Communists.
Eisenhower and Dulles were also impervious to criticism they received from the Russian, Polish and Ukrainian-controlled media, organizations like the Anti-Defamation League or the nation’s various B’nai B’rith chapters. Unlike Brown they didn’t care because they understood loyal Americans were behind them despite the media manipulation. Deportable illegal aliens and their “dreamer” descendants who made up less than one percent of the United States population were only pissing off the majority who didn’t want any Near East involvement.
“Neutrality” was the official policy of the United States of America towards a government illegal Russian, Polish and Ukrainian aliens had used acts of terror to create. Eisenhower intended to maintain America in a neutral position and to enforce the Tripartite Agreement; and he was already infuriated over the Lavon Affair Ben Gurion had plotted. Ben Gurion knew he was playing with fire with a superior general when he was told to withdraw from all lands occupied during the IDF’s Sinai invasion. He obeyed but he ran his mouth after following orders.
Reading would have taught Brown that Eisenhower’s firmness had established what should have been continued policy by Presidents John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Lyndon Baines Johnson. Truman and Eisenhower’s neutrality and enforcement of the Tripartite Agreement of 1950 had kept Americans out of the Near East mess despite interference, domestically, from disruptive illegal alien Russians like the Ratner’s, the late Samuel Minkin aka Samuel Miller, the Lansky’s and other Russian Jewish, Polish and Ukrainian mobsters controlling real estate, construction, insurance and organized labor unions. These were all individuals the FBI’s Hoover was still investigating and sending some to federal prisons.
It wasn’t until Kennedy’s election that presidents and members of Congress started disregarding laws and past practices towards the Government of Israel in disregard to the Tripartite Agreement and against “neutrality.”
Inside Kennedy’s White House was an attorney he’d appointed as a special counsel. Myer Feldman was both of Russian ancestry and Jewish. Unknown to American voters at the time was that the first Irish Catholic elected president had also selected a Jew masquerading as a Protestant as his vice president. United States Senator Johnson of Texas.
Johnson as a federal senator had been a consistent supporter of the Israeli government and one who voted to reject Eisenhower’s enforcement of the Tripartite Agreement against Israel for its invasion of the Sinai and Suez Canal takeover attempt. Johnson was tight with Russian Jews Benjamin Cohen and Abe Fortas. History now confirms that Johnson’s mother had Russian Jewish ancestry.
Johnson and Feldman had a close bond and a secret desire to aid in Israel’s arming; and they had an inside-the-White House infiltrator’s access to apply internal pressure to a resistant Kennedy to achieve their goal by coloring the information in the briefings he received. What Kennedy didn’t like was the Near East’s growing friendly relationship with Soviet Russia and the Communist Party, but he also didn’t trust the Russian, Ukrainian and Polish Jews controlling Palestine as ex-Soviets and Nazis.
A sneaky Ben Gurion had begun construction of the Dimona Nuclear Centre in 1958 right after the Suez Canal back down. Backing down to Eisenhower had affected his ego. Ben Gurion was unable to “stand up to an American president” as ex-Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu bragged that he’d been able to do and still take $4 billion a year out of the nation’s treasury in his final address to Knesset.
Kennedy for the first two years of his administration appears to have followed Eisenhower’s treatment of our nation’s tiny Russian and Eastern European Jewish minority. He appears to have resisted the cacophony of complaints coming from individuals here illegally and who had once been excluded by federal immigration laws. Through his father Joseph Kennedy’s relationship with the Nazi’s, President Kennedy had a different perspective on who he knew was leading Israel.
By 1962 when Ben Gurion was demanding more weapons from the United States of America the Dimona Nuclear Centre had gone live. The “Israelis” who’d proven themselves repeatedly to be liars claimed Dimona was to be used for research and industrial purposes. National Security Agency reports to Kennedy in 1962 were that Ben Gurion was being secretly aided by the French to build a nuclear plant to produce nuclear weapons. Kennedy’s demands for inspections were his doom.
Internally, the Israeli leadership took the perspective that since America was intent on remaining neutral and enforcing the Tripartite Agreement; that Ben Gurion should ignore Kennedy’s demands for inspections that began in 1962. In other words, he was told to tell Kennedy to kiss Israel’s ass. For more than a year Ben Gurion stalled and tried to change the topic in correspondence, but Kennedy relented despite Johnson and Feldman’s backdoor manipulation of the reports he was receiving from them and their subordinates.
Ten days after Ben Gurion resigned as prime minister for the 1954 Lavon Affair, and Levi Eshkol was appointed to replace him on June 25, 1963, Kennedy forwarded him a congratulatory letter and his continued demand to have Israel’s Dimona nuclear plant inspected. Like Eisenhower. Kennedy wasn’t playing and it was the second time a U.S. president had unnerved the Russian, Polish and Ukrainian terrorists with implied threats of military action.
Five months after his letter to Eshkol, on November 22, 1963, Kennedy was shot to death in an orchestrated assassination in Dallas, Texas. Fingers pointed to Johnson and Eshkol for the killing as well as to others. Historical records show Johnson taking full control of the path Kennedy was to be driven once inside his state on the day of his assassination.
After Johnson was sworn in to replace Kennedy on the day of his assassination 1963, Eshkol two months later agreed to an inspection. The inspectors were inexperienced. Not all areas of the facility were inspected. Despite CIA evidence that Israel had purchased nuclear weapon making materials the inspectors under the Johnson administration didn’t find any. Throughout Johnson’s five years as president the twice annual inspections never revealed the nuclear weapons Israel was known to be making.
Unlike Truman, Eisenhower and Kennedy, the nation’s first “secretly Jewish” president chose without any authority from Congress not to enforce the 1950 Triparte Agreement or to maintain neutrality towards the Near East. Israel wanted weapons and from 1962 until 1965 it was Johnson and Feldman who made sure they were secretly delivered through West Germany.
It was in 1966 that the Johnson administration made a public announcement through the United States Department of State that Israel was going to be supplied with 200 Patton tanks and Skyhawk jet bombers. For Johnson his love of Israel was his political undoing after his secret arming of Israel was exposed in 1965. From then on he was forced to explain his actions to the public.
One year after delivering tanks and jet bombers to Israel in 1966 they started a 6 Day War with Egypt from June 5 through June 10, 1967. In between those days on June 8, 1967, murderous-minded Israeli Defense Forces attacked the USS Liberty and slaughtered 34 U.S. sailors. Another 171 were wounded. The Russian, Polish and Ukrainian Jews Johnson backed had proven, again, that they were murderous-minded deceivers who’d sacrifice American lives to achieve their goals.
The U.S. sailors were killed by the Israeli Defense Forces on Jun 8, 1967 to deceive Johnson into believing their deaths came like the Lavon Affair of 1954 at the hands of Egyptians. The slaughter of U.S. citizens was how Johnson’s Israeli loyalty was rewarded.
11 months after the death of U.S sailors and no retaliation from Johnson, a president many Americans see as a traitor announced on March 31, 1968 that he would not seek to be re-elected. Five days later on April 4, 1968 Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated. Two months and five days after Johnson’s final term decision, U.S. Senator Robert Kennedy was assassinated on June 5, 1968.
These historic facts wipes out any notion that the United States of America since 1948 has been a friend of Israel and Israel is our nation’s “greatest ally.” Brown’s open pandering to unregistered agents of a foreign government in exchange for campaign cash should be viewed by 11th District residents as troublesome. They should also be alarmed at her willingess to spread and sign off on a foreign nation’s propaganda as directed by its unregistered agents.
Neither Mark Mellman nor his Democratic Majority for Israel PAC is registered with the United States Department of Justice as an agent or propagandist of the Government of Israel pursuant to Title 22 of the United States Code, Section 612. “Registration statement.” There are no “exemptions” for Mellman or even AIPAC that was once the American Zionist Council.
“No person shall act as an agent of a foreign principal unless he has filed with the Attorney General a true and complete registration statement and supplements thereto as required by subsections (a) and (b) of this section or unless he is exempt from registration under the provisions of this subchapter. Except as hereinafter provided, every person who becomes an agent of a foreign principal shall, within ten days thereafter, file with the Attorney General, in duplicate, a registration statement, under oath on a form prescribed by the Attorney General. The obligation of an agent of a foreign principal to file a registration statement shall, after the tenth day of his becoming such agent, continue from day to day, and termination of such status shall not relieve such agent from his obligation to file a registration statement for the period during which he was an agent of a foreign principal.”
