I filed for the 11th Congressional District seat because Biden-Harris must be held accountable

CLEVELAND, OH – What residents of the 11th Congressional District are not getting from the current Democratic representative in Congress is a detailed and knowledgeable report about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.  The details and nuances of the discussion from a geographic and historical perspective are complex.

The 11th Congressional District needs Brewer in Congress.  What we don’t need is another year of war and inflation fear now that President Joseph Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ covid fear-mongering and divisiveness is over in time for mid-term elections.

I am seeking the 11th District Congressional seat as a member of the Republican Party of President Abraham Lincoln and my great-grandparents.  Our civil rights as Americans are at stake and under attack by the un-American’s who control the Democratic Party.  My family’s roots exist here long before the Civil War and American Revolution.  Someone needs to fight for our shared history and values as Americans in our Congress.

I see nothing in the Democratic Party and its leadership or candidates that represents my patriotic support of our Constitution, laws and nation.  Contrary to how the media portrays us, loyal Americans who love our nation remain patriotically-undivided irrespective of political affiliation.  I intend to work, undivisively, with Americans.

I will deliver the American presence in our Congress that the leading Democratic candidates cannot.  I will do it in the same patriotic spirit that the late United States Representative Louis Stokes investigated the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Jr.; and that Congresswoman Marcia Fudge investigated the machines associated with our elections.   Americans deserve the truth.  You know I possess the knowledge and skills to find truth; and that I have always fearlessly delivered it.

In his current and manufactured fear-mongering crisis, President Joseph Robinette Biden has engaged American lives and dollars in a war with Russia over Ukraine that has nothing to do with us. From 1921 until 1991 Ukraine was a state of the Soviet Union under the Russian language and history like Ohio is to the United States of America, we speak English and pledge allegiance to our flag.  Beginning in 1795 Ukraine was a flag pledging Russian territory like Puerto Rico, Guam, Mariana and the Virgin Islands are to the United States of America.  Ohio was once an independent territory of the United States of America until our “free state” retroactively joined the union on March 1, 1803.

If a group of anarchist secession-minded Ohioans decided to takeover the state capitol in Columbus, and installed a new government with $2 billion in weapons from Russian President Vladmir Putin, it would be the duty of our president to retake it.  With force if necessary.  From 1941 through 1944 there were Ukrainians who gleefully formed a NAZI party when German Chancellor Adolf Hitler invaded western Ukraine.

In 2014 Ukraine’s government was taken over by “nationalists” who had launched a civil war in the eastern Crimean cities of Donbass, Donetsk and Luhansk against Ukrainians who still saw themselves as Russians.  The leaders of those cities asked Putin for help.  He resisted.  After 8 years of Crimean deaths at the hands of nationalist Ukrainians, Putin finally brought Russian forces back into Ukraine on February 24, 2022.  It doesn’t matter if the facts don’t fit the Biden-Harris narrative.  They’re facts.

What’s taking place in Ukraine that’s causing our food, housing, fuel and cost of living expenses to rise even higher than Biden-Harris’ first year of reckless covid-crisis mismanagement has nothing to do with us as Americans.  History has taught us we were “locally” manipulated by internal foreign influences into World War I and World War II over the same part of the Eastern European world that is not our business today.  President Woodrow Wilson’s state of the union addresses left behind a lot of valuable information about the instigating anarchists of his era.

There is an abundance of evidence pointing to the truth that Biden’s “jump when Zelensky says boo” support of Ukraine is associated with protecting his drug addicted son, Hunter Biden.  During a 2019 call between former President Donald Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, the duplicitous foreign leader said he would investigate corruption associated with Ukraine oligarch Igor Zolomoisky’s “Burisma Holdings” and Privatbank.

Zolomoisky owned 55 Public Square, the Westin Hotel and One Cleveland Center in the 11th Congressional District.  All were mismanaged by this supporter of a Ukrainian neo-Nazi battalion known as “Azov” who was paying Hunter Biden $83,000 a month.  Documents obtained from Hunter Biden’s computer depict him as bragging about how his money is taking care of the “family.”

The United States Senate has investigated and learned that Hunter Biden – who speaks no Ukrainian – received $83,000 monthly from Zolomoisky’s Burisma Holdings as a board member. This was while his father served as President Barack Hussein Obama’s vice president.  Obama’s vice president offered the former Ukrainian president, Petro Poroshenko, $1 billion in aid to drop a criminal investigation that would have included his son.  After Poroshenko was replaced by Zelensky, Trump asked him to restart the criminal investigation Biden as vice president obstructed.

Hunter Biden’s drug addicted lifestyle and sexual habits made him a national security risk under the protection of his vice president father.  The Biden’s owe Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky a favor.  Americans are paying for with our lives.

To any resident of the 11th Congressional District who’s eyes are open, President Biden owes Zelensky a favor for not investigating Burisma Holdings.  In fact, it looks like Zelensky possesses damaging information on the Biden’s as well as current and former members of Congress who have been living off Ukrainian oligarch dollars.

Instead of investigating Biden’s obstruction, Zelensky investigated how Poroshenko’s conversation with Biden was leaked.  This is the swamp-like, self-dealing evil that worsens our national quality of life and international image.  It’s the swamp that turns elected officials we should be trusting into lying and thieving “unregistered foreign agents” who manipulate our government and laws for their own selfish purposes.

The next 11th Congressional District representative must be someone who is already knowledgeable about the “swamp” in Washington, D.C.  It has to be someone you know will dig for the truth and fearlessly expose the lies and liars.  It has to be someone no one controls.  It has to be someone patriotic and loyal, only, to the United States of America and Americans.

Instead of investigating Biden’s obstruction Zelensky investigated how it was discovered.

There’s a chance that President Biden and his “lying about being black” Vice President, Kamaladevi Harris, may face impeachment as more evidence grows about their administration’s secrets and incompetence.  Wherever the truth goes it has to be pursued and exposed without partisanship.  What Americans living in the 11th Congressional District do not need – with all our lives at stake – is a minion-like Biden-Harris follower working against or turning a blind eye to the truth about their devastating incompetence.

Brewer in Congress guarantees the 11th Congressional District an already-proven and patriotic American truth warrior.  My vote on every matter before me will be after deep study, careful deliberation, hard questions and provable facts.  As I have done since I published my first Cleveland newspaper in 1979, I will keep the residents of the 11th Congressional District dutifully involved and informed through the 11th Congressional District Caucus, Inc.

This monthly report of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe describes violent events in Crimea that Volodymyr Zelensky’s nationalist forces were engaged in 17 days before Russian President Vladmir Putin stepped in.

I knew both Stokes brothers.  I played pool with Carl.  I honored Louis with a Key to the City when I served as East Cleveland’s mayor.  I attended and participated in their weekly 21st Congressional District Caucus meetings as a young and patriotic citizen and a journalist.  I remember their annual political training sessions for activists and involved citizens.  I once joined one of their panel discussions and workshops on public education.

I registered the name 11th Congressional District Caucus, Inc. with Ohio’s Secretary of State.  No one else did.  The grassroot organization was a necessary and important political tool for the Stokes brothers.  It will be the same for me.  Once organized I will attend the weekly meetings to share information, listen to your thoughts, answer questions and work out solutions when I’m in town.

These times call for Brewer in Congress.  I am ready, willing and able to serve Americans in the 11th Congressional District.  See you at the polls on May 3 and November 8, 2022.

Eric Jonathan Brewer

Cleveland's most influential journalist and East Cleveland's most successful mayor is an East Saint Louis, Illinois native whose father led the city's petition drive in 1969 to elect the first black mayor in 1971. Eric is an old-school investigative reporter whose 40-year body of editorial work has been demonstrably effective. No local journalist is feared or respected more.

Trained in newspaper publishing by the legendary Call & Post Publisher William Otis Walker in 1978 when it was the nation's 5th largest Black-owned publication, Eric has published and edited 13 local, regional and statewide publications across Ohio. Adding to his publishing and reporting resume is Eric's career in government. Eric served as the city's highest paid part-time Special Assistant to ex-Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White. He served as Chief of Staff to ex-East Cleveland Mayor Emmanuel Onunwor; and Chief of Communications to the late George James in his capacity as the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority's first Black executive director. Eric was appointed to serve as a member of the state's Financial Planning & Supervision Commission to guide the East Cleveland school district out of fiscal emergency and $20 million deficit. Former U.S. HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson told Eric in his D.C. office he was the only mayor in the nation simultaneously-managing a municipal block grant program. Eric wrote the city's $2.2 million Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant application. A HUD Inspector General audit of his management of the block grant program resulted in "zero" audit findings.

As a newspaper publisher, Eric has used his insider's detailed knowledge of government and his publications to lead the FBI and state prosecutors to investigations that resulted in criminal prosecutions of well-known elected officials in Ohio; and have helped realign Cleveland's political landscape with the defeat of candidates and issues he's exposed. Eric's stories led to the indictments of the late Governor George Voinovich's brother, Paul Voinovich of the V Group, and four associates. He asked the FBI to investigate the mayor he'd served as chief of staff for public corruption; and testified in three federal trials for the prosecution. He forced former Cuyahoga County Coroner Dr. Elizabeth Balraj to admit her investigations of police killings were fraudulent; and to issue notices to local police that her investigators would control police killing investigations. Eric's current work has resulted in Cuyahoga County Judge John Russo accepting the criminal complaint he guided an activist to file against 24 civil rights-violating police officers in the city he once led for operating without valid peace officer credentials. USA Today reporters picked up on Eric's police credentials reporting from his social media page and made it national.

Eric is the author of of his first book, "Fight Police License Plate Spying," which examines the FBI and local police misuse of the National Crime Information Center criminal records history database. An accomplished trumpet player and singer whose friendship with Duke Fakir of the Four Tops resulted in his singing the show's closing song, "Can't Help Myself": Curtis Sliwa of New York's Guardian Angels counts Eric among his founding chapter leaders from the early 1980's role as an Ohio organizer of over 300 volunteer crime fighters in Cleveland, Columbus and Youngstown, Ohio. For his work as a young man Eric was recognized by Cleveland's Urban League as it's 1983 Young Man of the Year.

Known in Cleveland for his encyclopedic knowledge of government and history, and intimately-connected with the region's players, every local major media outlet in Cleveland has picked up on one of Eric's stories since 1979. There is no mainstream newspaper, television or radio outlet in Cleveland that does not include an interview with Eric Jonathan Brewer in its archives over the past 40 years.
